Faiz","doi":"10.35719/fenomena.v20i2.62","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35719/fenomena.v20i2.62","url":null,"abstract":"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode reward dan punishment dalam peningkatan kosa kata bahasa Inggris serta menggali informasi mengenai kelebihan dan kekurangan metode reward dan punishment. Metode penelitian dalam kajian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mendapati bahwa penguasaan kosa kata bahasa Inggris peserta didik meningkat. Selain itu tingkat keyakinan dan kepuasan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran semakin baik. Praktik pemberian reward dan punishment disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Reward berupa hadiah kerajinan tangan, pujian, dan nilai. Sedangkan punishment berupa pengulangan materi dan tidak mendapatkan hadiah. Kelebihan dari metode ini adalah menumbuhkan rasa kompetitif dan memotivasi belajar secara maksimal. Sedangkan kekurangan dari metode ini berupa biaya yang harus disiapkan untuk memberikan hadiah serta terfokuskan pada siswa yang aktif saja, sebaliknya menjadi beban bagi siswa yang malas dan memiliki mental yang lemah.\u0000The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the reward and punishment method in increasing English vocabulary and to explore information about the advantages and disadvantages of the reward and punishment method. The research method in this study is a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study found that mastery of English vocabulary increased. In addition, the level of confidence and student satisfaction in the learning process is getting better. The practice of giving rewards and punishments is adjusted to the needs of students. Rewards are in the form of handicraft gifts, praise, and grades. While punishment is in the form of repetition of material and not getting a prize. The advantage of this method is that it fosters a sense of competitiveness and motivates maximum learning. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu teknik sampling yang tidak memberikan peluang bagi seluruh anggota populasi dimana penetuan sampel pada sebagian anggota populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik melalui uji T, koefisien determinasi (R2) dan regresi linier sederhana.     Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan Uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari pada t-tabel (2.063 ? 1,694) dan nilai  signifikan lebih  kecil dari 0.05  (0.0478  ?  0.05). Sedangkan   hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.124 ini berati kontribusi variabel independen (kepuasan kerja) mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) sebesar 1,24%  sedangkan sisanya sebesar 98.76% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian.\u0000This study examines how the influence of job satisfaction (X) and on the performance of employees (Y) Pawnshop Syariah, Bangkalan Branch. The total population in this study were 32 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that does not provide opportunities for all members of the population. So, the determination of the sample on some members of the research population. The method of data collection is done with a questionnaire or questionnaire. The analysis technique used is statistical test through T test, coefficient of determination (R2) and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the research with the T test, it shows that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value greater than t-table (2.063 ? 1.694) and a significant value less than 0.05 (0.0478 ? 0.05). Penelitian  ini dilakukan dengan tujuan : (1) untuk mengetahui  dan menganalisis bagaimana proses tranformasi IAIN Jember  menjadi UIN Khas Jember sebagai  wujud local wisdom (kearifan lokal), (2) untuk mengetahui  peran almuni UIN Khas Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan   diskriptif kualititatif, yaitu penelitian engan memahami fenomena secara holistik secara alamiah. Sumber penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yaitu penelitian yang berbasis kajian teoritis, referensi serta literatur ilmiah lainnyaHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Nilai local wisdom dalam proses tranformasi IAIN Jember  menjadi UIN Khas Jember, meliputi:  penghargaan sejarah, penegasan faham keagamaan, dan penegasan azas bagi UIN Khas Jember. (2) Peran almuni UIN Khas  Jember sebagai katalisator, kontributor, public opinion, dan mover networking bagi pengembangan dan kemajuan UIN Khas Jember.\u0000The organizational transformation of Islamic universities and colleges is not an easy task. Moreover, the transformation is under the authority of the state, namely the National Islamic Religious College (\"State Islamic Religious College/PTKIN). Eight State Islamic colleges (STAIN) are preparing to become State Islamic Institute (IAIN) and nine IAIN become State Islamic University (UIN), including IAIN Jember to become UIN KH. This manuscript discusses the role of graduates (especially S-3 graduates of IAIN Jember) in the organizational transformation process from the State Islamic Institute to the State Islamic University. This study aims to: (1) analyze how the process of transforming IAIN Jember into UIN KHAS Jember is included in local wisdom; and (2) to find out the progress of the graduates of UIN Khas Jember. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that is to understand the phenomenon holistically naturally. Dalam praktiknya, ada model jual beli bibit lele yang menggunakan timbangan. Penelitian mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode observasi untuk melihat fakta yang terjadi di lapangan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan menggunakan metode analisis penelitian deskriptif. Tujuan Penelitian untuk megetahui bagaimana praktik jual beli bibit ikan lele sistem timbangan dalam perspektif Etika Bisnis Islam. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Praktik jual beli bibit ikan lele yang terjadi di Dusun Tawang ini jika dilihat dari segi ketauhidan sebenarnya telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat dalam jual beli. Dalam kaitannnya dengan etika bisnis islampun tidak ada pelanggaran berat. Namun dalam prosesnya masih ada kecurangan yang dilakukan pembeli yaitu menimbang dengan tidak adil. Selebihnya sudah sesuai dengan etika bisnis islam. \u0000Catfish farming is currently increasingly varied. In line with the advancement of times and technology, the principle tends to use as little land as possible in order to get maximum results. In practice, there is a model for selling catfish seeds that uses scales. This research uses qualitative methods with observational methods to see the facts that occur in the field. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive research analysis method. The research objective was to find out how to practice selling catfish seeds with a weighing system in the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics. The results of the study revealed that the practice of buying and selling catfish seeds that occurred in Tawang, when viewed from the perspective of monotheism, actually fulfilled the pillars and requirements in buying and selling. In relation to Islamic business ethics, it is not heavy. However, in the process there is still fraud committed by buyers, namely weighing unfairly. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan SDM yang bersedia ikut andil melebihi in-role pekerjaan mereka, dengan kata lain SDM tersebut menampilkan perilaku extra-role atau disebut organizational citizenship behavior. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mendorong terjadinya OCB diantaranya motivasi kerja dan Budaya Organisasi. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah apakah motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan di Bank Jatim Syariah Kantor Cabang Kediri dan Kantor Cabang Pembantu Blitar. Populasi dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 47 orang. Metode yang dipakai adalah Kuantitatif Deskriptif, Analisis Regresi Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini, hasil kategorisasi variabe, seluruh variabel penelitian diperoleh kategori sedang. Hasil dari persamaan regresi Y = 0,160 + 0,436X1 + 0,501X2. Hasil dari uji koefisien korelasi X1 terhadap Y sebesar 0,748. Hasil dari uji parsial X1 terhadap Y menunjukkan Thitung>Ttabel (7,566 > 2,013) dengan Sig. 0,00 < 0,05, maka terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara X1 terhadap Y. Hasil dari uji parsial X2 dengan Y menunjukkan Thitung>Ttabel (6,104 > 2,013) dengan Sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Dengan hasil uji koefisien korelasi X2 terhadap Y sebesar 0,673. maka terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara X2 terhadap Y. Hasil dari uji simultan menunjukkan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (69,653 > 3,21) dengan Sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Serta, hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai 0,760, maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat.\u0000Abstract:\u0000Quality of human resources are the most valuable assets in maintaining the survival of a company. Therefore, HR are needed who are willing to take part beyond their in-role work, in other words, these HR display extra-role behavior or are called organizational citizenship behavior. There are several factors that encourage OCB, including work motivation and organizational culture. The problem in this study is whether work motivation and organizational culture affect organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Bank Jatim Syariah Kediri Branch Office and Blitar Sub-Branch Office. Lansia adalah individu yang mengalami proses penuaan sehingga rentan terhadap penyakit. Berbagai kondisi pada masa lanjut usia khususnya  status gizi  mungkin menunjukkan keterkaitan dengan kesehatan mental. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah  lansia yang tinggal panti werdha UPT. Tresna Werdha Jember. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling.  Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  metode observasi,  dokumentasi dan  angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah univariat,  bivariat dan multivariat dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini dapat simpulkan : (1). Tidak ditemukan kaitan status gizi dan  tingkat depresi. Artinya status gizi lansia tidak  berpengaruh  terhadap tingkat depresi pada lansia atau sebaliknya (2) Hasil uji statistik menggunakan regresi logistic berganda  menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden (jenis kelamin, umur, agama,  status pernikahan,  status gizi) tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat depresi, namun terdapat dua karakteristik yang berpengaruh pada tingkat  depresi pada lansia yaitu pendidikan dan kepemilikan penyakit. Kesimpulannya, tidak ada kaitan status gizi dan  tingkat depresi.\u0000The increase in life expectancy of the population causes the number of elderly people to continue to increase from year to year. Elderly are individuals who experience an aging process so they are susceptible to disease. Various conditions in old age, especially nutritional status, may show an association with mental health. The research approach used is quantitative, with with a cross sectional design.. The study population is the elderly who live in the UPT Tresna Werdha Jember nursing home. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The data collection instrument in this study used the method of observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis used was  univariate, bivariate and multivariate using the SPSS program. The results of this study can be concluded: (1). There was no association between nutritional status and depression level. This means that the nutritional status of the elderly has no  impact on the level of depression in the elderly. (2) The results of statistical tests using multiple logistic regression indicate that the characteristics of the respondent (gender, age, religion, marital status, nutritional status) have no effect on the level of depression, but there are two characteristics that influence the level of depression in the elderly,  which are education and disease. Terutama bagi umat Islam yang merupakan mayoritas penduduk Indonesia. Dalam melaksanakan ibadah seperti salat lima waktu, setiap muslim diwajibkan menghadap Kakbah di Mekah sebagai kiblatnya. Fenomena saat ini banyak hotel atau penginapan yang arah kiblatnya tidak ditentukan sesuai dengan kaidah ilmu falak/astronomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dari sumber data yang dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara terstruktur, observasi non partisipan dan studi dokumentasi. Hasilnya adalah, pertama; penentuan arah kiblat di kamar hotel di Kabupaten Pamekasan dilakukan berdasarkan insting/perasaan saja yang penting mengarah ke barat. Hal ini dilakukan oleh pihak pengelola hotel maupun kontraktor. Sehingga arah kiblatnya menyimpang dan tidak mengarah ke posisi Kakbah di Mekah. Kedua; kontraktor sebagai orang atau lembaga yang bertanggung jawab atas tersedianya sarana ibadah khususnya umat Islam seharusnya mengetahui cara menentukan arah kiblat yang benar sesuai kaidah ilmu falak/astronomi. Sehingga salat yang dilakukan pengunjung muslim memenuhi kriteria keabsahan sesuai dengan koridor fiqh. Thus, in this millennial era, teachers are required to be more creative and innovative in developing and designing teaching materials, media, and student-centered learning strategies to increase motivation and interest in learning. This study aims to design an electronic-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching material model to increase student interest in elementary school (SDN) in Indonesia. Theories related to this design are the characteristics of the content and teaching materials of Islamic Religious Education, constructivist learning theory, technological and humanistic curricula as well as the characteristics of lower grade Public Elementary School (SDN) students. The type of research used is research and development with data collection techniques, interviews, and observations. The research findings show that the results of limited trials and extensive trials of the design of the electronic-based teaching material model of the development results indicate a significant increase in the learning interest of low-grade Public Elementary School (SDN) students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) after the treatment.
