The sample used was 111 of PT X employees with more than one year work. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling. This study uses a Utretch Work Engagement Scale developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2004) with reliability of 0,888 and Survey of Perceived Organizational Support developed by Rhoades dan Eisenberger (2002) with reliability of 0,947. Data analysis uses partial least square method with the help of Smart-PLS 3.0. software. Kitab yang ditulis atas permintaan Khalifah Harun Ar-Rasyid ini digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam pengelolaan pajak. Sebagai salah satu sektor penting dalam penerimaan negara, pajak seharusnya tidak mendzolimi masyarakat dari besaran presentasenya. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejarah penulisan kitab Al-Kharaj dan isi kitabnya. Selain itu, tulisan ini juga untuk mengetahui konsep pajak yang ditulis Abu Yusuf dan utilitasnya dengan ekonomi saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metodologi pemikiran tokoh yang dilacak dari sikap, tulisan atau pun tanggapan pada suatu kasus fenomena yang terjadi pada masa itu. Untuk mengetahui latar belakang pemikiran Abu Yusuf tidak bisa mengesampingkan beberapa faktor yang ada, baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal yang menjadi pemicunya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pemikiran Abu Yusuf tentang pajak menjadi salah satu konsep yang dilaksanakan hingga saat ini. Konsepnya dipakai dan diaplikasikan dalam menentukan presentase penerimaan pajak oleh negara. Konsep Al-Kharaj digunakan dalam sektor penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB), bea cukai.\u0000Kata kunci: Abu Yusuf, Kitab Al-Kharaj, Pajak, Pendapatan Negara\u0000 \u0000As a well-known figure, Abu Yusuf has written a phenomenal work in taxation studies, namely al-Kharaj. This book which written at the request of the Caliph Harun ar-Rashid is used as a guide in tax management efforts. As one of the important sectors in state revenue, taxes should not deceive the public from their percentage. The article aims to find out the context of Al-Kharaj and its contents. Therefore, this study seeks to reveal the thoughts of Abu Yusuf and his background which were traced through his attitudes, writings, and responses to a case that occurred at that time. In addition, the paper is also to find out the tax concept initiated by Abu Yusuf and its practice in economic conditions' today. The results of this study found that Abu Yusuf's thought about taxes is one of the concepts that is still used today. This concept is applied in determining the percentage of tax revenue by the state. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Bentuk data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari informan dan dokumen pendukung. Analisis data dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap menurut teori Miles, Huberman dan Saldana, yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) analisis kebutuhan pengembangan sumber daya manusia analisis kualitas dan kuantitas, (2) pelaksanaan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dilakukan melalui rekrutmen, program pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan pembentukan budaya pesantren; (3) evaluasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dititikberatkan pada perubahan sikap dan perilaku dalam menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawab.\u0000Kata kunci: manajemen, SDM, pesantren\u0000 \u0000The aim of this is to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of human resource development at As-syafaah Islamic boarding school. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. The form of data in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained from informants and supporting documents. Data analysis is carried out in several steps according to Miles, Huberman and Saldana theory, which are data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and verification). Namun, pada kenyataannya, terdapat banyak keluhkan tentang kualitas guru khususnya di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya strategi yang komprehensif bagi guru menjadi tenaga pendidik yang berkualitas, profesional, berkomitmen serta memiliki semangat ibadah. Penelitian ini fokus mengkaji strategi pengembangan mutu guru MAN 3 Jember. Kajian penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif fenomenologis terhadap studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk mengembangkan kualitas guru, para pimpinan MAN 3 Jember perlu (1) untuk membuat, menyusun, dan merumuskan visi, misi, dan tujuan lembaga khususnya pengembangan mutu guru; (2) untuk membangun komitmen yang bernilai ibadah; (3) untuk membangun sikap dan kedisiplinan; (4) untuk merubah pola pikir dan untuk membangun karakter positif guru.\u0000Kata kunci: Lembaga pendidikan Islam, kualitas guru, proses belajar dan pengajaran, MAN 3 Jember\u0000 \u0000In the era of globalization, Islamic educational institutions have to emphasize the quality of their human resources. The teacher is one of the main characters for the success of the teaching and learning process. The quality of schools, especially the students quality, is inevitably related to the teachers concerned the students in the classroom. However, in reality, there are many complaints about teacher quality, especially in Islamic educational institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to have a comprehensive strategy for teachers to become qualified, professional, committed educators who have the spirit of worship. This study focuses on the assessment of teacher quality development strategies in MAN 3 Jember. This study uses a phenomenological perspective on a case study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (a) pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepercayaan, (b) pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, (c) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, (d) pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap loyalitas, (e) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas, (f) pengaruh kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap loyalitas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah berjumlah 119 orang. Seluruh data yang diperoleh selanjutnya digunakan untuk analisis data. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan pemilihan responden dengan random sampling. Populasi yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria adalah mahasiswa aktif pada Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang yang telah melakukan registrasi semester 1 hingga semester 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepercayaan menunjukkan nilai koefisien positif dengan nilai C.R=2.490 dengan probabilitas 0.013, pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan dengan nilai C.R=2.788 dengan probabilitas 0.005, pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan dengan nilai C.R=5.015, pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap loyalitas dengan nilai C.R=2.649 dengan probabilitas 0.008, sedangkan pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas dengan nilai C.R=2.030 dan probablitas 0.042, dan pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas adalah 2.723 dengan probabilitas 0.006. The purpose of this research are: (a) to describe the quality of the leadership of headmasters of Madrasah Tsanawiyah, (b) to describe the quality of educational supervision of Madrasah Tsanawiyah, (c) to describe the quality of the teachers performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah, (d) to find out the influence of headmasters’ leadership on the teachers performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah partially, (e) to find out the influence of education supervision on the teachers performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah partially, and (f) to find out the influence of headmasters’ leadership and education supervision on the teachers performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Samarinda simultaneously. The entire study population Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers of Samarinda amount 629 people, while the sample are 76 teachers applied multi - stage sampling technique. Determination of madrasah through purposive sampling technique, whereas the selection of respondents conducted through random sampling technique. Data collection used questionnaire techniques, while the data analysis techniques used Multiple Linier Regression Analysis. The result of this research concluded as follows. The headmasters’ leadership based teachers’ assessment are categorized as good (μ= 4,09), while the implementation of education supervision are in good category (μ = 3,92), and the teachers’ performance are in good category (μ = 4,01). Partial leadership has a strong influence on the teachers’ performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (r= 0.73). The headmasters’ leadership contributed 54.6 % to the effect for improving the quality of teachers performance. Partial implementation of educational supervision has a strong influence on the teacher performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (r = 0.72). Implementation of educational supervision contributed 53% to the effect for improving the quality of teacher performance. Headmasters’ leadership and implementation of educational supervision simultaneously have a strong influence on the teachers performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (r = 0.74). Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan profesionalitas seorang pendidik dalam menghadapi tantangan global saat ini. Penelitian ini merupakan Field Research yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif, data yang diperloeh melalui observasi, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Adapun variabel penelitaian ini ialah kecerdasan spiritual dan profesionalitas guru, dan untuk mengetahui koelasi antar kedua variabel tersebut, maka mengunakan analisis data statistik berupa koefesien korelasi spearman dengan nilai signifikansi 5% sebesar 0,025 melalui IBM SPSS 20. The Shari'a of Allah Ta'ala, everything is benefit and there is no evil, although sometimes it is considered bad by humans, but in essence is good for humans themselves. This study aims to explore the harmony of Islamic law on the benefit of humans in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak. The details are aimed at giving explanations and religious insights that are washatiyah (moderate) from a number of suggestions in the form of a prohibition or restriction by the government regarding religious activities and education carried out face to face when the Covid-19 outbreak occurred. The research method used is the library research method with a phenomenological and normative approach. The issues studied are sourced from literacy which has a relation to the focus of the research, obtained from reading turats, research results and others.
