The sample used was 111 of PT X employees with more than one year work. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling. This study uses a Utretch Work Engagement Scale developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2004) with reliability of 0,888 and Survey of Perceived Organizational Support developed by Rhoades dan Eisenberger (2002) with reliability of 0,947. Data analysis uses partial least square method with the help of Smart-PLS 3.0. software. 摘要
本研究旨在确定感知组织支持对员工敬业度的直接影响。使用的样本是111名工作一年以上的PT X员工。本研究采用的抽样技术是有目的抽样。本研究使用Schaufeli和Bakker(2004)开发的Utretch工作投入量表(信度为0.888)和Rhoades dan Eisenberger(2002)开发的感知组织支持调查(信度为0.947)。数据分析采用偏最小二乘法,借助Smart-PLS 3.0。软件结果表明,组织支持感对员工敬业度有显著的正向直接影响。
