This paper presents a method for digital image reconstruction, which is built up by the numerical values of the gray of nearer points. The method transfers image reconstruction problem with the damaged pixel holes of the rectangular grid to rational interpolation problem. Using the rational interpolation improved in the paper, the method can improve the credibility of near damaged points. Originally, When the line or the column has the damaged pixel points which need to reconstruction, the classical method of Newton-Thiele rational interpolation can't use the numerical values of the gray of the pixel points of the line or the column. We construct two pyramids: low-resolution image pyramid and the corresponding high-resolution image pyramid, then perform image segmentation and cluster the image patches according to a certain rule. We seek a sparse representation for each patch in pyramid via a corresponding dictionary. Our method aims to learn the relationship between the sparse coefficient of low-resolution image patch and that of the corresponding high-resolution image patch using support vector regression (SVR). So the final high-resolution image can be obtained via implementing the learned relationship on the input low-resolution image. Unlike the prior example-based method, our method does not require the external training image data. The technology is an important research in many fields such as to restore culture relic, to repair the old films, to incomplete damaged pictures causing by the network transmission, to removal of the object in the image and video and so on. It also has been widely applied in high definition television, high definition multimedia. A new method based on Newton-Thiele type continued fractions has been proposed to make the image in painting. Newton-Thiele type continued fraction is a kind of bivariate rational fraction constructed by means of Newton interpolation polynomial in one variable based on divided differences and Thiele interpolating continued fraction in another variable based on inverse differences, which provides an effective way to interpolate the neighbor points around the damaged pixel and then reconstruct the pixel. But the above algorithm is limited to matrix and ignores these points out of the region covering damaged point, which may cause big accuracy and take unnecessary compute capacity. However, different learners' learning backgrounds and objectives are different. For this reason, it is important to recommend an appropriate learning process and learning resources automatically to each learner. To optimize an elearning process personalized and automatically, a directed hyper graph based e-learning process model was presented, which does not only describe construction of a e-learning process, but also describe the relationship among the process, the learner and the resource environment. The hyper graph theory and the semantics appended on the model were used to optimize the learning process and its supporting resource, and a set of optimizing theorems, rules and methods were given too. Through contrasting with the method provided by Acampora, it showed the effectiveness of this method. However, the RGB color space is a relatively weak color space for face recognition due to the strong correlation between the three color channels. A technique named color space normalization (CSN) technique can reduce the correlation between the three channels of the RGB color space, and enhance the discriminating power of the normalized color space RGB-N. Therefore, in this paper, a method based on normalized color space RGB-N and quaternion matrix representation is firstly proposed. The proposed method not only has the advantage of quaternion matrix representation model, but also has the strong discriminating power due to CSN. The experiments in this paper are performed on the FERET color face database. In this paper, we present a novel framework for simultaneous tracking and recognition of dynamic digit gestures, which can be further developed as part of a vision-based interface for smart television systems. A video stream capturing the gesture of a user will be fed into the proposed framework and the digit number inferred from the gesture will be output as a result. The trajectory of gesture is found using a fast and robust tracker, which is tuned by prior constraints and assisted by an motion predictor. The recognizer that connects with the tracker and turns the trajectory into the final output, is formed by the combination of dynamic time warping and the convolutional neural net. First of all, a simple yet effective Exemplar-SVM method originating from object detection is adapted for visual tracking, where the linear SVM classifier is trained using the tracked object as the exemplar and its surroundings as negatives. Secondly, we propose an online ensemble tracker, which integrates a set of Exemplar-SVMs and updates automatically online. Making good use of history information, the proposed algorithm achieves better discrimination of the object and its surrounding background. The method first splits a whole Chinese character into multiple constituent parts, such as strokes, radicals, and frequent character components. The algorithm then analyzes and learns the characteristics of character handwriting styles both defined in the Chinese national font standard and those exhibited in a person's own handwriting records. In such an analysis process, we adopt a parametric representation of character shapes and also examine the spatial relationships between multiple constituent components of a character. By imitating shapes of individual character components as well as the spatial relationships between them, the proposed method can automatically generate personalized handwritings following an example-based approach. The research always focuses on the simulation efficiency and rendering. We construct a real-time crowd simulation system with different methods based on parallel architecture. In this paper, we compare and analyze their different simulation efficiencies through the experiments. The method in combination of CPU and GPU with parallel computing on multi-core CPUs can get the highest efficiency in our simulation system. How to ensure that user data's confidentiality, integrity and scalability has become the focus problems. To solve this problem, we have studied the usage control (UCON) model which can achieve dynamic access control by mutability of attributes and continuity of decisions. SaaS access control needs the duribility of obligations. However, UCON does not have this feature. In order to achieve fine-grained, and secure access control preferably, we propose a UCON post-obligation model. At the same time, we use set theory and logic predicates to define the UCON post-obligation model.
