Data WHO Per April 2021 melaporkan 141.057.106 kasus yang terkonfirmasi COVID-19. Di Indonesia terdapat 1.609.300 kasus dan di Sulawesi Tenggara khususnya Rumah Sakit Bahteramas pasien yang telah di konfirmasi positif sebanyak 609 orang. Dalam pengobatan Covid-19, Rumah Sakit memberikan berbagai macam terapi untuk mengobati berbagai gejala yang ditimbulkan akibat infeksi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran terapi Covid-19 dengan mengikuti kesesuaian pedoman Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Bahteramas tahun 2020-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif melalui pengambilan data rekam medik pada pasien Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Bahteramas Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dengan jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 154. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penggunaan obat pada pasien Covid-19 terdiri dari terapi antivirus; oseltamivir 18% dan favipiravir 5%, golongan antibiotik; azitromisin 17% dan levoflaksasin 2% dan terapi supportif; paracetamol 8%, asetilsistein 16%, deksametason 1%, lanzoprasol 1%, vitamin C 16%, zink 2%, become C® 10%, becefort® 3%, Amlodipine 1%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas sediaan gel ekstrak biji muda pepaya sebagai antibakteri terhadap bakteri MRSA. Ekstrak biji muda pepaya diperoleh dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 70%. Uji aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak dibuat dalam 3 seri konsentrasi yaitu 7,5%, 10% dan 15%, kemudian diujikan pada bakteri MRSA. Ekstrak dengan konsentrasi 10% dengan diameter zona hambat 12,1 mm kemudian diformulasi dalam bentuk sediaan gel dengan menggunakan variasi konsentrasi gelling agent, FI (Carbopol 0.5%), FII (Carbopol 1%) dan FIII (Carbopol 2%). Temulawak (Curcuma xanthorhiza Roxb.) contains curcumin which has antioxidant activity with the potential to antiaging. Strawberries (Fragaria vesca L) contain anthocyanins known used as natural dyes. This study aims to determine the antioxidant activity of temulawak extract then formulated as a lotion with the addition of natural colorant from strawberries and tested for physical stability. Curcuma extraction was carried out by maceration using 70% ethanol solvent to obtain a thick extract, infundation method was used to extract a strawberry. Determination of the antioxidant activity of temulawak extract using the DPPH method is expressed by the IC50 value. The antioxidant activity of temulawak extract is included in the moderate category with an IC50 value of 144.126 ppm. Evaluation of physical quality characteristics of temulawak lotion with natural colorant strawberry included organoleptic observations, spreadability, adhesion, pH test, viscosity, emulsion stability as well as stability to temperature and humidity. The results of the study after temperature and humidity treatment showed that the temulawak lotion was in the form of semi-solid, pink in color, the spreadability values were, respectively in centimeter 7.95 ; 7.35 ; 6.8 ; 7.05 ; 5.45 ; 5.85 ; 5.25 ; and 5.5 , the adhesive values are respectively in second 0.52 ; 0.56 ; 0.46 ; 0.51 ; 0.52 ; 0.50 ; 0.82 ; and 0.48, the pH value are 7; 6; 7; 7; 7; 7; 7; and 7, the viscosity values are in Pa.S 0.017; 0.031; 0.113; 0.055; 0.352; 0.263; 0.18; and 0.324. Masyarakat cenderung menggunakan antibiotik dengan irasional, hal tersebutlah yang menimbulkan masalah resistensi dari penggunaan antibiotik sehingga memerlukan tingkat pengetahuan karena dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya resistensi. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku masyarakat Sulawesi Tenggara terhadap penggunaan antibiotik. Penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan survey online dengan tekhnik snowball sampling. Total sampel yang ikut dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1013 responden yang diperoleh dari wilayah kabupaten/kota di Sulawesi Tenggara. Kuesioner disebarkan sejak Desember 2020 hingga Februari 2021. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dengan mendeskripsikan kedalam uraian tabel. Hubungan karakteristik dengan pengetahuan dianalisis dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mayoritas responden adalah perempuan (59,7%) dengan umur 21-40 tahun serta berpendidikan sedang (65%). Tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat Sulawesi tenggara terhadap penggunaan antibiotik tergolong cukup (38,2%) selanjutnya dengan kategori baik (32,6%) dan kategori kurang (29,1%). Perilaku masyarakat terhadap penggunaan antibiotik antara lain ; 67% masyarakat mendapatkan antibiotik di apotek dan 28,3% diantaranya menerima informasi penggunaan antibiotik oleh apoteker. amoksisilin (45,7%) adalah antibiotik dengan penggunaan tertinggi. Masyarakat menyimpan antibiotik didalam wadah tertutup rapat (89%). Perilaku pembuangan obat antibiotic masyarakat yaitu langsung dibuang ke tempat sampah. Flavonoid merupakan bagian dari senyawa turunan polyphenolic yang terdapat pada tumbuhan. Tanin merupakan senyawa polifenol yang dimiliki kulit pisang. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu untuk menentukan kadar flavonoid ektrak etanol kulit pisang. Ekstrak etanol kulit pisang dihasilkan melalui metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 70%. Hasil identifikasi kualitatif dari ekstrak etanol kulit pisang mengandung senyawa diantaranya flavonoid, steroid dan tanin galat. Penetapan kandungan flavonoid dilakukan panjang gelombang maksimum 435 nm berdasarkan metode AlCl3. Colocasia esculenta (L) Schott leaves contains of flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, saponins, steroids, and terpenoids. Both of the plants C. esculenta and C. burmannii plants have the potential as anti-diabetics because they can lower blood glucose levels. This study aims to make combination tablets of C. burmannii bark and C. esculenta leaves extract with various concentrations of PVP K30 binder. This research made four formulas with the concentration of PVP K30, namely F1 (2%), F2 (3%), F3 (4%), and F4 (5%). Tablet preparations were prepared by the wet granulation method. Tablet analysis used flavonoids quercetin and cinnamic acid as markers. The results showed that the tablets were flat, round in shape, light green, had a slightly bitter taste, and had a distinctive aromatic odor. The differences in the concentration of PVP K30 binder 2-5% could affect the hardness, friability, disintegration time, and tablet dissolution (p<0.05). The tablet's hardness was 3.65-5.01 KP; friability was 0.705%, disintegration time was <15 minutes, and dissolution was 84.61% in 40 minutes. The levels of the flavonoid quercetin in the tablets were 4.21% and 8.03% cinnamic acid. Kombinasi terapi antihipertensi jangka panjang membutuhkan biaya tinggi. Analisis diperlukan untuk mengetahui efektifitas terapi dari segi biaya dalam memberikan outcome yang paling baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas biaya terapi kombinasi obat antihipertensi pada pasien BPJS dengan penyerta DM tipe II pada pasien rawat jalan di RSI NU Demak. Penelitian observasional dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis farmakoekonomi menggunakan cost effectiveness analysis dengan menghitung nilai ACER dan ICER. Pengambilan data retrospektif menggunakan rekam medis dan melihat biaya medis langsung. Data dikelompokkan berdasarkan pola terapi kemudian dilakukan analisis efektivitas biaya pada setiap kelompok terapi. Analisis efektivitas biaya dilakukan dengan cara menghitung biaya medis langsung, efektivitas terapi berdasarkan target minimal tekanan darah, serta menghitung nilai ACER dan ICER. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan antihipertensi yang paling cost-effective berdasarkan ACER adalah kombinasi golongan CCB-ACEI, kombinasi Amlodipin 10 mg–Lisinopril 10 mg dengan nilai sebesar Rp.6.388,70. Nilai ICER didapatkan antihipertensi yang paling cost-effective yaitu kombinasi golongan CCB-ARB dengan terapi Amlodipin 5 mg–Valsartan 160 mg yang menunjukkan nilai sebesar Rp. – 58.401,38. Untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dalam pemanfaatan potensi dari daun sagu, maka dibuat dalam bentuk sediaan yang praktis dan mudah digunakan yaitu dalam bentuk krim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri sediaan krim ekstrak daun sagu (Metroxylon sagu Rottb) terhadap penghambatan pertumbuhan bakteri Propionibacterium acnes dan Staphylococcus epidermidis sebagai antijerawat. Sampel daun sagu (Metroxylon sagu Rottb) diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%, kemudian dibuat formulasi dalam bentuk sediaan krim dengan konsentrasi ekstrak 2,5%, 5%, dan 10% Selanjutnya evaluasi fisik sediaan yaitu meliputi uji organoleptik, uji pH, uji homogenitas, uji daya sebar, dan uji viskositas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi fisik sediaan krim antijerawat ekstrak daun sagu (Metroxylon sagu Rottb) dengan kosentrasi 2,5%, 5%, dan 10% memiliki warna, bau dan bentuk yang stabil, sediaan yang homogen, viskositas sediaan yang baik , dan nilai pH yang dapat diterima. Sediaan ini dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Propionibacterium acnes pada kosentrasi 2,5% sebesar (4,87 mm) kategori lemah, 5% sebesar (7,87 mm) kategori sedang dan 10% sebesar (12,60 mm) kategori kuat. Problems related to the use of drugs that are often encountered in hospitals are inaccuracies in drug administration, inaccurate dosing and drug abuse. This problem can affect the success of therapy. This study aims to determine the pattern of drug use and the prevalence of Drug Related Problems (DRPs) in Schizophrenia patients based on the correct dosage parameter. This research is an observational type with a cross sectional design. The duration of the study was 1 month taking into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria.. Patients with a diagnosis of schizophrenia, aged >17 years and have a complete medical record are the inclusion criteria whereas patients with incomplete medical records, death status/forced to go home and still being treated are exclusion criteria. The total number of samples analyzed was 250 patient medical records. The results showed that the majority of Schizophrenia patients at the Mental Hospital of Southeast Sulawesi Province were male (80%) with an age range of 20-45 years (71.6%). The last education level is in the medium category (65.2%). Based on the diagnosis of the type of schizophrenia, the patient was in the category of paranoid schizophrenia (51.6%) with positive symptoms (74.8%). The pattern of psychotic drug use used by Schizophrenia patients at the Mental Hospital of Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2021 is a single pattern and the most widely used single drug combination pattern is risperidone (atypical) (35.6%) and a combination pattern, namely chlorpromazine + risperidone (typical +atypical) (27.2%). The prevalence of DRP's based on the correct dose is 0%. Berdasarkan data dari Amerika Serikat menunjukkan bahwa gagal ginjal kronik meningkat sebesar 20-25% setiap tahun. Pisang raja (Musa paradisiaca var. Sapientum) merupakan spesies dari genus Musa yang digunakan sebagai pengobatan tradisional dan mengandung senyawa flavonoid yang dapat berpotensi sebagai nefroprotektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efek nefropeotektif kulit pisang raja pada tikus yang diinduksi parasetamol dosis toksik. Kulit pisang raja diekstraksi menggunakan metode maserasi dengan menggunakan pelarut methanol. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian jenis eksperiment dengan metode pre and post test control design. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 kelompok hewan uji dan setiap kelompok terdiri dari 5 ekor tikus. Kelompok 1 merupakan kelompok kontrol negatif yang diberikan Na CMC 0,5%, kelompok 2 merupakan kelompok induksi parasetamol dosis toksik dengan dosis 180 mg/kgBB. Kelompok 3,4, dan 5 merupakan kelompok yang diberikan ekstrak metanol kulit pisang raja dengan masing-masing dosis sebesar 700 mg/kgBB, 1400 mg/kgBB dan 2100 mg/kgBB. Kerusakan sel ginjal disebabakan karena pemberian parasetamol dosis toksik dengan mengukur kadar serum kreatinin tikus. Anaslisis data SPSS dengan Paired sample T test menunjukkan nilai P sebesar 0,016<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak metanol kulit pisang raja dapat menurunkan kadar kreatinin serum tikus.
