In this round, the WTO gave rise to the ‘pro-development framework’ to attract fuller participation by developing countries. However, the development agenda had been assumed as a strategy in maintaining the superiority of advanced industrialised countries in applying ‘organised imbalance. This essay will discuss the implementation of special and differential treatment (SDT) for developing countries within TRIPS provisions. However, even though there is a flow of funds from corruption based on the Corruption Eradication Commission's Indictment Letter, until now no political party has been convicted of committing a criminal act of corruption. This research aims to determine the accountability of political parties suspected of committing criminal acts of corruption. The results said that political parties are considered as legal subjects (rechtspersoon) whose actions can be carried out by party managers or others as long as they have a relationship with political parties. Types of punishment that can be applied to political parties that are suspected of committing corruption are various. One of them is dissolution. But due to the rampant cases that occur related to the practice of medicine, the law contribute in providing solutions for both physicians and patients as consumers of health, although medicine has a code of professional ethics as well as Standard Operations as the basis of doctors in carrying out their work. The legal tools are still needed because in practice, there are many medical malpractices. This study focuses on 2 (two) important things, first, how judges assess the express consent on the implementation of informed consent and secondly, how the model of protection and fulfillment of patient rights in the implementation of informed consent in Indonesi.The research method used is normative legal research, because it is based on health law and the health minister's regulation as the main benchmark in analyzing,  then integrates with court decisions relating to medical practices that have occurred in Indonesi.The results of the discussion illustrate that, the main point of doctors and health workers in carrying out their duties is the implementation of concrete agreements both written and oral. Empirical facts show that, doctors do not carry out the procedure because the patient is unconscious when will be a medical action. Judex Facti's consideration is entirely based on information and documents made unilaterally by doctors without medical records, this is in violation of the provisions of Article 2 paragraph (3) and (4) Regulation of the Minister of Health Rl Number 585 / Men.Kes / Per / IX / 1989 concerning medical approval. Second, the model for protecting patient rights in law enforcement is applying reverse evidence to doctors as defendants of malpractice in relation to the fulfillment of informed consent, because the medical profession is able to explain. Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) is the body responsible for carrying out the protection of consumers of financial services. This article describes how legal matters in the fintech business, which are actually useful and can encourage financial inclusion, but on the other hand have the potential to harm consumers if they are not properly regulated. Existing related OJK Regulations would be examined and what things should be regulated by the OJK so that consumers of financial services are protected amid the development of fintech, will also be elaborated in this article. The difference is in the case of the presence of the President and Prime Minister as a parliamentary sistem but the mechanism for dismissing the President resembles the impeachment in the presidential systems. This research was conducted to see how the impeachment mechanism compares in countries with presidential sistems, especially Indonesia and in countries with a semi-presidential sistem, namely South Korea. The author finds that there are differences between the impeachment mechanisms in Indonesia and South Korea in the process and reasons for the termination of the President. This research method is the juridical normative with descriptive analytical specifications. The results showed that the regulations of the transportation-based application should pay attention to the interests of consumers, businessperson and the government. In addition, there are no regulation abaut ojek online causes the absence of legal certainty to the existence of ojek online. Legal protection of the consumer transportation based applications in some aspects have fulfilled this aspect of consumer protection, by remaining attentive to the rights of other consumers. IntisariPengaturan transportasi berbasis aplikasi masih saja mendapatkan penolakan, sementara pemerintah selaku regulator berkepentingan untuk memberikan perlindungan bagi angkutan konvensional dan konsumen. Penelitian ini bersifat yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi deskriftif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan transportasi berbasis aplikasi harus memperhatikan kepentingan konsumen, pelaku usaha dan pemerintah. Selain itu, tidak diaturnya ojek online menyebabkan tidak adanya kepastian hukum terhadap keberadaan ojek online. The victimVictims hope is hoping that the perpetrator can be arrested, and the victim's loss got returned. Beside the technical constraints faced by law enforcement regarding privacy and data security regimes that also protect perpetrators, there is also problem in the rule of law. The norm specifically regulated in Article 28 paragraph (1) Law 11 of 2008 on Electronic Transaction Information (UU ITE) has a special restriction because of its consumer protection dimension. This article is a result of a research conducted regarding the profile of the modus operandi of online fraud in East Java and outlining the emerging legal problems. The research method used is juridical empiric and juridical normative, empiric juridical used to gather data, whereas juridical normative by literature study. The research findings are: it is necessity to reformulate the norms related to online fraud in the ITE Law because in its modus, there are cases of online fraud which not covered by Article 28 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law. IntisariTindak pidana penipuan daring cukup banyak dialami masyarakat pada umumnya, dan masyarakat Jawa Timur pada khususnya. Korban sangat berharap pelakunya dapat ditangkap kemudian uang atau kerugian korban dikembalikan. Selain kendala teknis yang dialami penegak hukum dalam rezim privasi dan keamanan data yang juga melindungi pelaku, juga terdapat problematika dalam pengaturan norma hukum. Norma yang diatur secara khusus dalam Pasal 28 ayat (1) UU No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) memiliki batasan khusus karena dimensi perlindungan konsumennya. Tulisan berikut ini merupakan hasil penelitian tentang profil modus operandi tindak pidana penipuan daring di Jawa Timur, penormaannya terkait tindak pidana tersebut dan menguraikan problematika hukum yang muncul. Metode penelitan yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris dan yuridis normatif, yuridis empiris dilakukan dengan pengambilan dan pengolahan data sedangkan yuridis normatif dengan cara studi kepustakaan.
