Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penulisan anekdot untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis guru PAUD di kecamatan Limo Depok. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitaiif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah hasil catatan anekdot dari 25 orang guru di kecamaian Limo Depok. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokunientasi, selanjutnya penulis mengumpulkan catatan anekdot guru-guru lalu menganalisis berdasarkan syarat anekdot yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa catatan anekdot berdasarkan fakta sangat baik, spesifik, simpel dan ditulis oleh guru sendiri. Mohd-Taib","doi":"10.51529/IJIECE.V5I1.187","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51529/IJIECE.V5I1.187","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this study was to develop the Preschool Nature Education Module (PreNEM) based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) as a professional exercise and guide for preschool teachers to undertake teaching and learning related to the environment. The process of developing the module involved three phases, which were the phase of needs analysis of the module elements, the module development phase, and the module implementation and evaluation phase. The developed module encompassed based on HOTS in the Malaysian Nature Education in Preschool (MyNEPs). Program in the components of weather, flora, fauna, insects and microbes for children to face the environment, environmental care and independence of life. This qualitative study involved four excellent preschool teachers who had at least 10 years of teaching experience as well as the quantitative study involved 29 children from four preschools in Selangor state, Malaysia. The research found that preschool teachers had great knowledge on preschool nature education, however, they lacked the skills and attitudes to implement teaching and learning based on HOTS. This study aims to describe the patterns of parent-tochild interaction during online learning, especially at the early childhood education level. The method used in this research is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data source in this study was obtained from parents whose children attended PAUD Wadas Kelir. The results of this study showed that home learning alone positions parents to reform as teachers. So the interaction patterns created during home learning alone show the position of parents in managing interactions during home learning alone is very important. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi sejauh mana Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh dapat  diimplementasikan kepada siswa Raudlatul Athfal (RA).. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif  dilakukan di RA Al Habsyi Pagaden Subang, dengan responden berjumlah 20 siswa (9 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan). Instrumen penelitian diambil dari daftar cek dan matrik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa  PJJ membentuk karakter peserta didik menjadi lebih baik (5,34). Banyaknya kompetisi jasa dalam pendidikan anak usia dini saat ini, menuntut pengelola harus mengonsepkan sebuah strategi dalam pemasaran, karena mempunyai peran yang begitu penting dalam keberlangsungan suatu lembaga.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, bagaimana teknik pemasaran yang digunakan untuk mempertahankan eksistensi lembaga PAUD, dan Apa saja faktor pendukung dalam implementasi strategi manajemen pemasaran di PAUD.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), studi pustaka atau kepustakaan dapat diartikan sebagai serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenan dengan metode pengumpula data pustaka, membaca serta mencatat mengolah bahan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan banyak macam strategi yang dapat digunakan pada lembaga pendidikana anak usia dini dalam mempromosikan lembaganya, sehingga menarik minat para orang tua untuk menyekolahkan anaknya dilembaga pendidikan yang tentunya sesuai dengan kriteria tertentu yang diinginkan orang tua, maka dari itu lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini harus dapat meninjau faktor eksternal dan internal guna tercapainya tujuan dari lembaga yang didirikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) mengetahui pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar dan 2) peran guru anak usia dini dalam pengenalan bahasa Inggris RA/PAUD. Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan serta pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif peneliti menentukan Sumber data primer nya adalah kepala RA/PAUD, sie kurikulum, serta wali peserta didik. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah referensi yang relevan dengan pengenalan bahasa Inggris, peran guru, dan PAUD. Kemudian Data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi partisipatif wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji credibility, transferability dan confirmability melalui reduction, display data dan conclusion drawing.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar di RA/PAUD dilakukan setiap hari menyatu dengan pembelajaran tema-tema dan sub tema dalam muatan kurikulumnya berbentuk kosakata harian dan sapaan peran guru anak usia dini dalam pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar sangat bervariasi. Guru memiliki multi peran dalam satu waktu. Peran-peran tersebut adalah sebagai educator, mediator, observer, facilitator, motivator, administrator, dan composer. \u0000KataKunci: peran guru PAUD, pengenalan bahasa Inggris, PAUD \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstract: Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers have various roles like teachers in general. But the difference is seen in their roles tasked with developing a variety of children's basic abilities to explore children's potential from an early age. The basic ability of foreign languages ​​at this age starts from the basic introduction of English through simple vocabulary. The purpose of this study is to: 1) determine the introduction of basic English and 2) the roles of early childhood teachers in the introduction of English in this level. By using the type of field research and the qualitative descriptive approach, the researcher determines that the primary data source is the head of the RA, curriculum courses, and guardians of students. While secondary data sources are relevant references to the introduction of English, the role of teachers, and PAUD. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam membuat tas makrame serta untuk mengetahui keefektifan metode drill bagi pembelajaran dikelas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu  untuk memperbaiki kinerja guru melalui metod e drill. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan study kasus. Peneliti menggunakan orangtua dan guru sebagai informan. Cara untuk mengumpulkan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara dan teknik lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan beberapa faktor keterlambatan bicara anak i TK Aisyiyah 29 Padang dan solusi dalam menghadapinya. Faktor keterlambatan bicara anak seperti 1) pengetahuan masih kurang: belum bisa mengenal huruf dan angka. 2) bahasa kedua: anak bingung menggunakan bahasa. 3) gaya bicara: dalam berbicara anak tiak jelas. 4) hubungan orangtua: orangtua sibuk dan kurang memperhatikan perkembangan anak. 5) kesehatan: pendengaran, lidah, dan hidung anak tidak terjadi masalah. Hasil temuan didukung teori dan pendapat ahli yang berkaitan. To engage the study, the respondents join an online interview. This study involved 187 respondents, which separated into two categories: pre-service teachers, in-service teachers, 122 and 65, respectively. This research used a qualitative method. To collect the data, this research uses a structured interview. The data analysis technique used the interactive model of Miles & Huberman with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. This research revealed no significant difference between teachers and preservice teachers in the perspective of climate change awareness in ECE. Both have diverse ways to express and think about the best thing to pursue climate change awareness in children. Participants also understand how to foster children's awareness using suitable media, learning resources, methods, indoor and outdoor play activities.
