They can be used as laborotories and sources of contextual learning. This research aims to implement RKH (Rencana Kegiatan Harian/ Plan Daily Activities) based on local potentials developed to improve the result of teaching and learning process and students’ soft skill as well. This reseach and development is adapted from Borg and Gall (2003) combined with Sugiyono (2010). Product validation stage results RKH which deserves to be implemented. Date gathering uses tes, questionnaire, soft skill performance, observing the communicatoin skill, teaching and learning process, and interview. This research makes some results. RKH based on local potentials gives information about pontentials in local area. In addition, it can be developed to be creative idea in order to improve the students’ capability in asking questions. Approximately 81% of the students give good respons. They are interested in RKH water and air, flood, and volcano eruption, so they understand the science easily and they are motivated to know more about science. The students’ soft skill is getting improvement. The result of learning is 0.36 better. As teacher has complex tasks in managing the learning pro- cess, it is predicted that teacher‘s energy is more exhausted than teacher for normal children. This research has two purposes, first to distinguish the ego depletion at teachers with observing personality types. Second, to differentiate teacher’s selfregulation in with observing personality types. The research method used quantitative comparative approach. Participants in this research were teachers who work in public school for students with special needs in Semarang and Ungaran city. Participants were employed ego depletion scale, scale of self-regulation, and introverted-extroverted personality type-scale. The result showed that t = -0.917 (p> 0.05), which means there was no difference between ego depletion with measuring personality type (introvert and extrovert) of teachers. Subsequent analysis was known that score t = -0.032 (p> 0.975), it means that there was no difference between selfregulation and personality type (extrovert and introvert) of teachers. It can be concluded that personality type (extrovert-introvert) doesn’t influence individual’s ego depletion. Regulation to improve the quality of the profession with the demands of strata S1 for early childhood educators and teachers not yet fully implemented. There are still many educators and early childhood teachers who have not reached the strata S1 moreover, educators and early childhood teachers similar (non-formal), where for educators and early childhood teachers (non-formal) is still widely managed by the PKK that basic education is still very heterogeneous. This can be confirmed by the findings of the study nearly 50% of educators and teachers have a background in high school education up to S1, even for similar early childhood educators and teachers there who have a background in primary education 6%, secondary 11%. While educators and early childhood teachers who have the educational background that does not comply with the demands of the profession at 38.6%. The above conditions are caused because of the jobs that are considered the easiest and many educators and teachers are becoming even more into early childhood teachers. Ordinary people think so educators and early childhood teachers are very easy it is expressed by 39% of respondents number, origin have a bit of a whim, can sing, clap, invited to play children and nurture and soothe the child when the petulant. Society in general has not been widely realized that early childhood is a very fundamental stage in order to form and mature children. If at this stage the process of formation and maturation of children is not optimal possibility at a later stage the child was not mature so that the process of obtaining the learning experience will be obstacles. Learning outcomes according to standards development as expected the government not be thought of educators and teachers (66.3%). What is certain early childhood educators and teachers in the field are able to make smart kid writing, numeracy and literacy needed for the provision of enrollment in primary school (49%). People still think of early childhood is not so important that the focus on learning experience is not too optimal, early childhood learning course played only later when the child in primary school. Not to mention the cultural factors that shape the mental profession of early childhood educators and teachers are still considered weak. Many theories of early human development have been developed and employed to provide better educational system in those early years. One of the prominent theories comes from Lev S. Vygotsky’s work. His theory, which is also known as the sociocultural theory, introduces several powerful ideas for understanding and facilitating young children’s development and learning. This paper will examine some of the ideas that have significant impacts on the early childhood educational system. Afterward, the paper will briefly explain about the early childhood system in Indonesia at the present time, including: (1) Short of the government policies and goals; (2) The type of early childhood services; and (3) The new curriculum (known as kurikulum 2013). Based on the examination, it will be evident that the Vygotskian perspectives are basically in accordance with the government’s vision. The teaching of it should be started as soon as possible to a child in order to obtain traffic disciplinary when a person lives in a society. The application by learning through traffic simulation is one of the ways that can be used to grow traffic disciplinary to a child aged 5-6 years old. The problem formula in this research is what are types of games applied in the learning through traffic simulation to the disciplinary of preschool students? Furthermore are there any influences of the application of such learning through traffic simulation in preschool students disciplinary? The purpose of the research is to know types of traffic simulation games applied n students’ learning process and to know whether applying learning through traffic simulation games influences the disciplinary of preschool students. The approach used in this research is a quantitative study. The population is students aged 5-6 years old in TK Bhayangkari Kecamatan Gajahmungkur Semarang. The sample is 30 students of grade B of TK Kemala Bhayangkari 90 and 30 students of grade B of TK Kemala Bhayangkari 08. Types of games used in the learning through traffic simulation games are the basic rule of pedestrians, the basic rule of bikers, the introduction of traffic signs, information of how to use a helmet, and manners on vehicles. After treatment given to experiment group, it is found that there was an increase in children’s traffic disciplinary, the mean in experiment group was 103.87 and control group 72.87. the score gained by the experiment group showed a higher number than the control group with the difference of 31,0 and the counting score on post-test of 10.282 with sig (2tailed) 0,00<0,05 which means Hi is acceptable thus there was a significant influence on applying learning through traffic simulation games to increase child’s traffic disciplinary. Attachment avoidance is various of insecure attachment, where children choose to avoid from the presence of his parents. This study aims to get the facts of the effect of avoidant attachment to the establishment of the assertive character of early childhood. The hypothesis of this study is avoidant attachment have an influence on the establishment of the assertive character of early childhood. The experiment was conducted in the District Bergas, Semarang regency using 42 early childhood as subjects. The method of collecting data using assertive character Scale and Scale Avoidant Attachment, as well as data analysis using Simple Linear Regression using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 16 for Windows. The aim of this study was to determine the validity of the media developed by teachers and to know how big the effectiveness of instructional media used in the learning activities. The method used in this research is to use an experimental method that is pretest-posttest control group design to compare the learning achievement of children before and after being treated by using powerpoint-based learning and compared between the experimental group and the control group. The results from this study show that the media are declared valid. It is based on the data obtained from experts validator and material validator. The media used in teaching with religious themes in Assalamah Pre-school & Kindergarten Ungaran are not only valid but also effective in the learning activities, it can be seen from the improvement in learning outcomes for students, especially in kindergarten level B. It was conducted at Tarbiyatul Athfal Kindergarten, Jepara with 23 correspondence in experiment group and 21 students in the control group. The aims of this research is knowing if provisioning a song lyrics has an impact on the children's social emotional development. The type of this research was a quantitative research. The researcher used three methods to collected the data; they are observation, questionnaire, and documentation. An analysis technique that researcher used was population record analysis, first stage data analysis and last stage data analysis. The results of this research showed percentage increasing for experiment group in the amount of 26,97% and 18,11% for the control group. If the emotional development went well, the social development will develop as emotional development does. Because both has important note with social development as the age of children. One method that can be used is Project Method, whereby it is expected that the quality of student learning experiences in the classroom is more effective and instill the character associated with the environmental, cultural, and natural resources conservation. The purpose and benefits of this research are to provide an overview of procedures or mechanisms of implementation and find out how much the success rate of the method used in learning, especially in exhibition subjects with  project method. This research is a classroom action research with the approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The population in this study was all 90 studentsofEarly Childhood Education Department at Semarang State University who are on 6th semester who are taking exhibition subject. The result shows that the procedure of project method activities have to go through stages of actions and observations, which showed at the beginning of the first cycle obtained an average of student ability in this activity amounted to 59.25% and increased in the second cycle achieving 93.08%. The method in this research is pre experiments, with designd one-group pretest-posttest design. The research conducted in TK Labschool UPI. Sample used by 16 students who are at group A. Decision-makingis donein two ways, namelybycomparing thet valuet tableorby comparing theprobabilityvaluesobtainedwithα=0.05. The results showed ofa paired t test(paired sample t test) of datapretest and posttestoverall kindness character student issignificantbecause ithas avalue of p<0.05. This meansthatthere aresignificantdifferences inthe kindness character beforeandafterthe application ofthe PBBK model orin other words the PBBK model is effective for developing kindness character in TK LabschoolUPI. Averagekindness characterbeforeapplication ofthe PKBB model amounted to16.133andthe averageincreased to19.733afterthe application ofthe PKBB model. Recommendations from this study is that this model more broadly validated by involving more schools to pilot the PBBK model. How to cite Kurniati, E. (2015).
