Reactive oxygen species, which appear in excess as a result of ischemic, toxic or immune mediator changes, can negatively influence various pathological processes in renal pathology. These processes mainly refer to the pathogenesis of Chronic Kidney Disease or acute kidney injury. There are at least two pathophysiological mechanisms by which oxidative stress is formed in renal pathology, and then their damaging effects can cause, maintain or aggravate the cause of the condition. Following the initiation of inflammatory processes, the progression of renal damage is accelerated, with the eventual damage to all nephron structures as well as the interstitial space. The main sources of reactive oxygen species are mitochondria, but other cellular organelles may also be involved. Oxidant radicals produce oxidation of proteins, lipids, modification of nucleic acids with destruction of cell membranes, induction of apoptosis and lysis of kidney tissue. It is shown that free radicals are normally annihilated by superoxide dismutase – the antioxidant enzyme. There are several biomarkers that can be evaluated to detect oxidative stress and antioxidant status in patients with chronic kidney disease. Their determination in the context of a complex examination represents an informational support in the elucidation of pathogenetic mechanisms with the implementation of non-invasive early diagnosis methods. We reviewed the Chronic Kidney Disease literature to see if the guidelines and data are reliable enough to justify a particular approach.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"22 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75612786","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Copies of the Divan ..., printed in Iasi in 1698, were part of the old library of the monastery, being read by monks in the Paisian and post-Pasian period (17631859). The Description of Moldavia was even more appreciated in Neamt, which, thanks to the efforts of the monks, saw the light of print in 1825, within the monastery’s printing house. Since a small part of the edition remained in Neamt, the most of it, thanks to the Neamt monks again, were sent to many ecclesiastical centers, libraries, and universities, in all the lands inhabited by Romanians, including Bessarabia.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"45 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74432788","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The emphasis is put on the specific premises and trends that have generated the development of stage dance. It extensively analyzes the evolution of stage dance from the perspective of modernity and postmodernity, including in the context of the Romanian area, highlighting the external and internal factors that determined the specificity of the development of national choreographic art. The article also addresses the dichotomic aspect in the constitution and development of stage dance. At the same time, the purpose of this article is to present the analytical framework of the most valuable works in the field of choreography.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"4 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89928634","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The characterization of the newly synthesized compounds was carried out using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FTIR spectroscopy, conductivity, and elemental analysis. In addition, the structures of N(4)-(ethyl acetate) thiosemicarbazide and N(4)-(ethyl acetate) thiosemicarbazone 2-acetylpyridine (HL2) were determined using single crystal X-ray diffraction. The antioxidant activity of coordinative combinations was studied and compared with that of free ligands. The most pronounced antioxidant properties are possessed by [Ni(L2)Cl], whose value of IC50=15,05 μM is three times higher than the IC50=46,76 μM of the non-coordinating ligand and about 2,5 times higher than the reference substances Rutin and Trolox.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"20 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73235449","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent decades, however, there has been a growing interest in red wines produced from local varieties. This research shows the oenological potential of the local red wine grape varieties Negru de Causeni and Copceac and the new selection variety Codrinschii, while the local grape variety Feteasca Neagra was selected as a control one. The dynamics of the maceration-fermentation process and the accumulation of the phenolic complex and the oenological potential of the produced dry red wines were studied. Physical-chemical indices of the experimental red wines were identified, including organic acids, phenolic complex, and monomeric anthocyanins content. The research allowed to establish the prospect of producing dry red wines rich in phenolic and coloring substances from Copceac and Codrinschii grape varieties.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"11 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85241409","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Several stages are shown when referring to these studies: identification of the demands made by citizens towards institutions and authorities; definition of the government’s perspective on the issues of the citizens and the society; determination of solutions so that in the Republic of Moldova the transition to a modernized society occurs, in which rights and freedoms are protected. As a result, there have been identified several problems not only of conjunctural nature (such as the pandemic crisis and the war in the region, presented in the paper as a case study), which constitute impediments to the development of the Republic of Moldova, but also deeper problems rooted in society, such as lack of trust, lack of will, lack of integrity, lack of efficiency of legal institutions etc. All these have generated a paradoxical state of law and legal institutions. Thus, the article examines the combined analysis of the modernization-crisis-law concepts through theoretical and methodological incursions that make the individual-collective connection, highlighting the way modernization is seen in the Republic of Moldova and indicating the need to review the role of law in the society.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"146 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78575622","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
