Indonesia is faced with the problem of the low quality of educators in the background with a very complex problem. Thus the author carries out this research aims to find out what the obstacles are in developing educator resources and what steps can be a way out to continue developing educator resources. This research obtained data and information through the literature review research method in which Google Scholar indexes scientific articles. The results obtained include obstacles in developing educator resources related to competence as an educator and educator welfare. Through these obstacles, the steps that can be a strategy for developing educator resources are professional development and competence through training institutions and universities. Programs such as professional education for teachers, workshops, seminars, and teachers' working group are strategies to improve educators' competencies. Critical thinking skills can be trained in various ways, one of which is using teaching materials. The teaching materials developed in this study are Encyclopedia books. This study aims to describe the content validity of the encyclopedia of the Meliaceae family at Kebun Raya Banua to train students' critical thinking skills. The research is limited only with regard to content validation. This encyclopedia development research used the EDR (Educational Design Research) research method. The object of this research is an encyclopedia book. The subjects of this study were three experts as validators. However, online lecture is not entirely effective because the availability of supporting media and signal limitations. One of the applications that can be used by lecturer is Google Meet. Google Meet application provides some features that can support free online lecture and the using of internet quota is more efficient or more stable. It makes students easier to access Google Meet as an online learning media. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Google Meet as an online learning media in UIN Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu. The research uses a qualitative method. The data collection method uses interviews as primary data. The results of this research shows that Google Meet is effective if it is used as an online learning media. It makes easier the delivery and understanding of lecture materials. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the object of research in the form of cognitive abilities in Solar System material. The research was conducted as a cycle and divided into two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Solar System material is one of the materials that is quite difficult for students to understand. This material is complex and challenging to understand because the science is abstract. Learning activities in the classroom also tend to be monotonous and passive. Passive students usually indicate that these students lack understanding of the material provided. This is what causes the number of student learning outcomes to be low or can be said to be incomplete. The purpose of this study was to test the feasibility of a crossword-based physics module as a medium of learning for junior high school students. The crossword-based module was developed with a 4D model that was adapted to the ability of the researcher. The procedure applied is only up to the development stage, the trial is limited to 35 students of Physics Education, Yogyakarta State University. The feasibility assessment of this module contains 10 questions with 2 assessment aspects, content aspects and presentation aspects. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed using the successive interval method.
