Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode studi literatur yang berdasarkan pengumpulan data dari para ahli atau penelitian terdahulu serta mengumpulkan informasi dari beberapa jurnal. Metode ini dilakukan dengan membaca dari berbagai sumber data dan dihubungkan dengan topik yang penulis bahas kemudian disampaikan kembali dalam bentuk deskripsi dengan menambahkan beberapa variabel lain. Pendidikan tidak terlepas dari sebuah manajemen karena manajemen diperlukan untuk mengatur dan mencapai sasaran pendidikan. Dalam Pendidikan pun tidak terlepas dari pembelajaran karena inti dari Pendidikan adalah proses belajar. Dengan adanya pandemic covid-19 ini maka terjadi perubahan dalam proses pembelajaran, saat ini pembelajaran yang dilakukan adalah dengan blended learning. As a response to this need, one of the efforts that Indonesian policy-makers make is through developing Curriculum 2013 which is designed to equip students with the ability to think critically. However, instilling critical thinking skills from an early age without developing an individual’s critical thinking attitudes is not a wise choice. It is because possessing critical thinking skills without having a willingness to use them will be less beneficial. This article presents the results of a literature study on how serious games, as a product of current advancement of digital technology, can be utilised to develop three critical thinking attitudes, namely, willingness to plan, the attitude of flexibility, and consensus-seeking attitude. Pengelolaan pendidikan atau yang biasa dikenal dengan manajemen pendidikan, diartikan sebagai sebuah alat untuk menjembatani tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Dalam proses penyusunan manjemen pendidikan, terdapat beberapa aspek yang terlibat seperti; perencanaan; pengorganisasian; penggerakan; dan pengawasan yang terkait dalam bidang pendidikan. Fokus utama kami dalam penelitian kali ini adalah terkait dengan kualitas sarana prasarana yang masih kurang memadai dalam menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. Penelitian kali ini menggunakan sebuah pendekatan kualitatif dimana metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi literature. Proses pengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara asynchronus dengan memanfaatkan media yang ada yaitu google form (gooogle formulir). Metode penelitian menggunakan, tes tertulis (essay), observasi, dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian berada di sekolah gugus 29 campagaloe siswa kelas V, sebagai sampel Sekolah Dasar Inpres Campagaloe 1 dan Sekolah Dasar 29 Campagaloe dengan jumlah 60 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Model pembelajaran terpadu efektif dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas siswa berdasarkan numerik tabel dengan signifikan 5% = 2,000 <thitungsebesar = 6, 629 untuk thitung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran siswa. The method used is a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis techniques with library research by examining the integration of environmental education content in science subjects with temperature and heat material assisted by simple practicum learning video media for fifth grade elementary school students. Data collection is done by reducing documents in the form of reports, news and research articles both nationally and internationally related to the topic of this research article. The results of the study indicate that the integration of environmental education content can be carried out into all subjects in elementary schools, the subjects that are considered the closest to be integrated with environmental education subjects are science subjects which can be given with various kinds of learning approaches, one of which is is to use a simple practical learning approach. By using a simple practicum approach, students are expected to be able to use materials that are easy to find in everyday life to become learning materials. In addition to providing students with an understanding of science materials, this approach also has another value, namely campaigning for students about the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) program so that waste production can be reduced. The struggle and movement of 'Aisyiyah are continuously carried out to benefit the community. This is due to the many problems faced by women and their families in various aspects of life. Asyiyah activities can be classified as community social service activities. The 'Aisyiyah movement in social services does not view 'money' as a goal, but rather gives benefits and wants to get the pleasure of Allah SWT. According to Suparlan, \"Service is an effort to provide assistance or assistance to other people, both material and non-material so that other people can solve their problems\" (Suparlan, 1983). The purpose of this study is to find out, in general, the role that has been felt by the community regarding the activities that have been carried out by 'Aisyiyah in the City of Tasikmalaya to help the community in social services and the specific purpose of knowing the role of 'Aisyiyah in the City of Tasikmalaya in social services in the fields of education and public health. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data ialah puisi Aku dan Engkau Siapa karya Maman A Majid Binfas yang diterbitkan oleh UHAMKA Press, tahun 2017 yang terdiri atas 426 halaman. Puisi Debu di Atas Debu karya Taufik Ismail yang diterbitkan oleh Majalah Sastra Horison, tahun 2015 yang terdiri atas 307 halaman. Teknik pengumpulan data puisi dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan langkah sebagai berikut. Membaca dan memahami puisi yang akan diteliti. Selanjutnya menandai bagian-bagian kata yang mengindikasikan diksi berdasarkan makna dan leksikalnya. Teknik analisa data model interaktif terdiri dari tiga hal utama, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 90% puisi Maman AM Binfas dan Taufiq Ismail berindekasikan pada puisi religius dan puisi yang bersifat kritik politik seperti keresahan yang dialmi oleh penyair individu maupun di masyarakat, dan sedikit romantis membuktikan bahwa kecintaanya terhadap Sang pencipta dan ciptaan-Nya. Penelitian ini penulis menemukan puisi AES karya Maman AM Binfas, ditemukan pemakaian diksi berdasarkan makna denotasi ada 8 dan makna konotasi ada 8. Pemakaian diksi berdasarkan leksikalnya, diksi sinonim ada 3, diksi antonim ada 3, diksi homonim ada 2, diksi homograf ada 1. Puisi DAD karya Taufiq Ismail, ditemukan pemakaian diksi berdasarkan makna denotasi ada 8 dan diksi konotasi ada 8.
