This study also examined the differences in performance before and after privatization on specific sub-samples of the data which is based on privatization method. Government policy of carrying out the privatization toward SOEs is still pro and contra. Various Privatization methods offer its weaknesses and strengths. There are different opinions on the best method for SOE privatization in Indonesia. The population is all companies which execute the privatization method. Secondary data were used namely financial statement which was taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the company’s website. Data were analyzed using normality test data. In addition, the paired t-test by using normally distributed data assumption was used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that Direct method privatization positive and significant changes in measuring Total Asset Turnover. Performance conducted Privatization through the capital markets showed different results. Test on the capital market method of data showed a similar effect with an analysis on the entire data (without separating the privatization method used) that occur significant performance degradation, especially in measuring Total Asset Turnover, Debt Ratio and Return On Equity. The study of eco-friendly product has been common in the world. Indonesia is a country which is not very good at circulation of eco-friendly product. The study is conducted with focuses on eco-friendly products; through experiment survey to customer who has bought eco-friendly products in Bandung city. The research found that perceived innovation, service innovation and green perceived value have correlation. However green perceived value as based of purchase decision of customer can only be improved by perceived innovation of eco-friendly products. Furthermore, sex and customer’s educational background can truly support the correlation of perceived innovation with green perceived value of customer. This research finding explained how important perceived innovation supported by the characteristics (sex, educational background) of customers.","PeriodicalId":30522,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Dinamika Manajemen","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86248663","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The sample was 97 respondents with the sampling technique of Purposive.The samples were carefully selected so that they were relevant to the study. The results of the research indicate that: bank image has positive significant effect on satisfaction; service quality has positive significant effect on satisfaction; bank image has positive significant effect on loyalty; service quality has positive significant effect on loyalty and satisfaction has positive significant effect on loyalty. The results of mediation effect show that bank image and service quality more effectively influence directly on customer loyalty than through customer satisfaction. The rapid competition in banking industry among conventional and Sharia banks requires innovation capability in order to enhance the performance and achieve the sustainable competitive advantage. The development and performance of Sharia banks at the present still tend to be low. Innovation on product and service is one of the success keys of Sharia banks in enhancing the performance and competitiveness. Innovation capability can be developed if the employees within the organization are able to perform knowledge sharing or knowledge absorption. The sample of this research includes the employees of Sharia Banks in Semarang as many as 102 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with criteria; permanent employees who have been working no less than 5 years. The data collection method is performed using questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses SEM. The finding concludes that knowledge sharing and knowledge absorption significantly impact the innovation capability and performance.","PeriodicalId":30522,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Dinamika Manajemen","volume":"45 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90581294","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The direct effect between variables analyzed using path analysis and mediating mechanism using procedure from Baron and Kenny (1986) and Sobel test. Results reveal positive and significant direct effect of authentic leadership to personal identification, social identification, trust to leader and organizational commitment. Folower’s personal identification mediate the effect of authentic leadership to follower’s trust and commitment. Follower’s trust to leader mediate the relationship between authentic leadership and follower’s commitment. One of the reason is because majority of studies that exist only focus on developed countries such as US or UK. Therefore, it is important to study cash holdings in the context of developing countries as well. Samples are drawn from DataStream Database using a sample period between 2009-2014 by including recent output with firm selection criterion based on data availability of firms (Al-Najjar, 2013), whereas financial firms with SIC codes 6000-6799 were not included as well as utility firms with SIC codes 4000-4999, resulting in total sample of 5402 observations from 23 countries. EViews was employed for the regression analysis with amount of cash holdings as the dependent variable. The results show that most of the hypotheses are not confirmed because of insignificant results and/or unexpected signs of coefficients. As the research about cash holdings in developing countries is not extensive yet, it is possible that there are differences to be found between developed and developing countries.","PeriodicalId":30522,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Dinamika Manajemen","volume":"68 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85094769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study uses 2.056 of financial administrators of Local Government Department, consisting treasury admission, spending treasury, and operator. Online questionnaire distributed by snowball sampling with 24.5 percent of response rate and examined by Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. This study found that Job Characteristics and Techology Characteristics effect on Task-Techology Fit (TTF), Utilization, and Performance Impact. This study uses Lerner Index as a proxy for banks’ market power. By using a sample of 80 banks in five countries from 2012 to 2016 and operating Fixed Effect Model and Generalized Least Square, the result shows that banks with greater market power earn more non-interest income, except in the Philippines. Also, government ownership is proven to heighten the relation between market power and income diversification, with consistent results shown in each subsamples.
