The respondents in this study were employees at consulting firms in Semarang. The analysis instrument in this research was the multiple regression. The study showed that leadership style and organizational commitment had positive influence on job satisfaction. The other result of this study showed that leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction had negative influence on turnover intention. With the proven fact of the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention, the managers of consulting firms, therefore, should use leadership style that fit with employees, should try to increase the organization’s commitment to employees so they knew that they were a part of the organization and to maintain their membership in the organization and should improve employee satisfaction in order to reduce the turnover intention among employees. Indonesia Golden Ring Award (IGRA) which was originally called as GRA is a form of award for the telecommunications industry in which the assessment team consist of the journalists who are daily covering the telecommunications industry It used an event study methodology to empirically evidence. The research samples are focused on 6 telecommunication firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange with judgement sampling technique. The secondary data consists of daily closing price of shares and composite stock price index with an estimation period during 21 days by using a market adjusted model. Hypotheses are tested by one sample t-test, paired t-test and independent sample t-test. There is significant market reaction to announcement of Golden Ring Award. The second Hypothesis also accepted i.e. there is a significance in different market reaction between the firms getting Golden Ring Award and the firms not getting Golden Ring Award, especially in best operator category. Whereas in best value added category, market didn’t show significant reactions. This result gives implication related to the efficient capital market Hypothesis i.e. semi strong form efficiency are proven. E-commerce is a set of dynamic technology, application and business process which connects certain companies, consumers and communities through electronic transaction. Trade of goods, services and information is performed electronically. The development of E-commerce system for MSME aims to change its culture which still relies on conventional purchasing into online shopping, improve MSME’s sales in order to promote, market and sell products to internet users through website without any space and time limits. The research subjects are people involving in MSME and communities of Jebres village, Surakarta. This study applies qualitative paradigm. The research subjects were taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using various techniques: structured interview, questionnaire, observation and content analysis or archive analysis. Data were later analyzed using four stages, namely data reduction, classification, data presentation and verification. This research uses quantitative research method by using primary data taken from questionnaires dispersion. The population of this study is all employees who work in KPP Pratama Semarang (Office Tax) consisting of 113 respondents. While the sampling is done through the census method. Analysis technique of this research using Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of self efficacy and social competence on performance. Thus, to improve the performance of the tax office needs to improve self-efficacy of employees, especially their readiness to risk their jobs by giving them some skills to minimize risks on the job, such as technical skills, organizational skills and leadership skills. The tax office also needs to improve the social competence, especially the sense of concern for their employees. Respondents from this study are 130 owners or leaders of creative industries in the fashion sector in Central Java Indonesia. The study is located on the North Coast of Central Java, taking five districts, namely Pekalongan, Semarang, Kudus, Rembang and Jepara. Sampling method in this research use purposive sampling method. This method is used taking into account the criteria of the creative fashion industry that has been operating for at least 3 years and innovating market-oriented products. The data obtained will be analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of data analysis show that creativity has no significant effect on innovation. Market orientation significantly affects innovation and performance. Innovation also has a significant effect on excellence and competitive performance. Efforts to fulfill obligations on the rights of stakeholders make corporate governance play an important role in minimizing the occurrence of fraudulent financial statements. This study aims to investigate the phenomenon of corporate governance in detecting fraud or irregularities in the preparation of financial statements. Fraud detection is measured by the Beneish model.. The sample used in this research is 694 with manufacturing company period 2011-2015. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method. To test the Hypothesis used logistic regression analysis with moderation model. The results obtained are foreign ownership, domestic ownership and public ownership significant negative effect on fraud financial statement. While firm size has a significant positive effect fraud financial statement. There are 102 female married moslem respondents in Pedurungan sub-district, Semarang, who were selected using accidental sampling. This study uses several independent variables namely in-come, education, age, chicken meat consumption, awareness of the importance of halal-certi-fied products, and number of family members. The dependent variable in this research is value of respondent’s willingness to pay. The results of observations was tested using the regression model of ordinary least square. The results of the analysis showed that 96 out of 102 respond-ents stated that they were willing to pay for certified halal meat at a range of Rp 36,500.00 to Rp 39,000.00 per kilogram. The variables that influenced respondents’ willingness to pay were: income, education, consumption of chicken meat, halal awareness of products, and number of dependent family. Those variables influenced consumer’s willingness to pay positively and significantly. This study aimed to explore how the work value within Chinese Indonesian cultural dimension. The dimensions of the Chinese Indonesian culture might become important information to be understood in order to do and deal business with this ethnic group. This study applied Value Survey Module 1982 of Hofstede. The research was conducted in Semarang, with total respondents of 152 who work as employers and workers. The findings of this study proved that Chinese people still hold values and ideas of their ancestral culture that affect their work value as shown by the scores of the cultural dimensions of Hofstede’s. Overall, the findings of this study indicated that the Chinese Indonesian is characterized by having high power distance, strong uncertainty avoidance, collectivism, and masculine. The re-search was performed in Bank Syariah Mandiri’s business unit of Medan Region. The research design used hypothesis testing. The samples of this research were 52 frontline employees and 140 customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Medan Region. Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using path analysis. Results support that Bank Syariah Mandiri as State-owned enterprises in the field of financial services has implemented good or-ganizational learning culture. Organizational learning culture has significant effect to customer satisfaction through employee’s job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The attitudes of employees are integrated important intervening variables in mediating the relationship be-tween organizational learning culture and customer satisfaction.
