There are four control variables used, namely company size, business length, age and education level of SME owner. The respondent sample is 42 owners of SMEs in Purwokerto Selatan. This study used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that financial literacy has no effect on financial behavior. Financial experience has a positive effect on financial behavior. While among four control variables, only company size has a significant negative effect on financial behavior. Three control variables have no significant effect on financial behavior. The implication of this study, SME owners have good financial experience will increase financial behavior. This research uses a sample of Indonesian publicly traded firms for the period 2001-2017 (3,349 observation). This paper uses a dynamic panel fixed effects model to estimate optimal cash holdings. Hypothesis testing uses GLS fixed effect and interaction effect uses regression moderated analysis. Research finds that: first, cash, optimal cash, and deviation from target cash have an effect on the firm value. Second, corporate governance moderates the effect of cash, optimal cash, and deviation from target cash on the firm value. Third, investment positively moderates the effect of cash on the firm value. Investment negatively moderates the effect of optimal cash, deviation from target cash on the firm value. Debt negatively moderates the effect of cash, optimal cash on the firm value. Respondents used were 184 domestic tourists who had traveled to Bali. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. Amos version 21 is used to process data. These results indicate that destination personality can improve the relationship destination but memorable tourist experience can not enhance it. The personality of a tourist destination enhance self-congruity. The study also found that memorable tourist experiences and the relationship destinations has a positive impact on increasing destinations loyalty. Self-congruity has a negative effect on destination loyalty. The sample used in this study was 93 family business units, with the method of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) assisted by SMART-PLS. Based on the results of the hypothesis proposed that directly entrepreneurial and managerial competencies in the family business have a positive and significant effect on industry 4.0 readiness. Competence, especially in the implementation of managerial competencies for business owners. The managerial competency indicators is known as professional, social and personal. The paradoxical effect of POP to OCB needs to be explained through two psychological processes: First, the mediation effect of psychological safety which explains POP as a barrier to OCB. Second, the mediation effect of careerism which explains POP as an OCB driver. One of the government institutions in Malang District used as research objects, involving 97 employees as respondents. A quantitative approach using Partial Least Square (PLS) used as the method of this study. The results showed careerism mediated the relationship between POP and OCB. But the surprising result is that psychological safety cannot mediate the effect of POP to OCB because employees feel that there is no high threat of doing voice behaviour, helping behaviour and individual initiatives in the political environment. Prior studies have been conducted research which is none of the comprehensive approach taken to explain the factors that encourage entrepreneurial activity that occurred in various countries around the world. This study found that Individualism negatively significant influence TEA which means the higher level of individualism of a country the lower Entrepeneurial activity. Research from the hypothesis proves that workability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but workability has no significant impact. The research was conducted at the Department of Industry and Trade of Jambi City. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 65 people using a Liker scale. The research was conducted using a data analysis tool, namely SPSS version 23. The data testing technique used in this study included validity testing with factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach's Alpha. T-test and multiple linear regression analysis tests and prove the research hypothesis. This thesis uses a descriptive approach by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents, namely employees of the Sambal Lalap Restaurant, Jambi City. The study results show that the Overall work discipline of Sambal Lalap Restaurant employees is considered high. Work discipline is as expected. From the research results, there are differences in the work discipline of employees.
