The data used in this study are primary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and processed with the help of SPSS 22 and Windows 10. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Jambi Media Grafika or Tribun Jambi and the sample amounted to 60 people. Research from the hypothesis proves that workability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but workability has no significant impact. 摘要
本研究旨在确定人力资源的开发和可操作性是否会影响员工绩效。本研究使用的数据是通过访谈和问卷调查获得的原始数据,并使用SPSS 22和Windows 10进行处理。本研究的人群均为PT. Jambi Media Grafika或tribune Jambi的员工,样本总数为60人。从假设出发的研究证明,可操作性对员工绩效有正向显著的影响,但可操作性没有显著的影响。本研究表明人力资源开发可以改善和提高员工绩效。
