Since the one-button sequential control application of smart substa-tion is carried out in accordance with the preset program and gradually, the operation efficiency of bus reversal is no longer limited by factors such as artificial and terrain in traditional bus reversal. On this basis, ETAP software is used to simulate the power flow distribution of two typical traditional bus reversal operations under different parameters. Aiming at analyzing the incorrect positioning problem of passive target, array signal reception model is built when distortion occurs, and simulation experiment is conducted to analyze the influence of array shape distortion to the conventional focused beamforming, besides, effect degree of distortion is invested by changing processing frequency band and distance between target and reference array element. In contrast to the situation that array shape is undistorted, simulation results indicate that position error will be caused when linear array assumption is introduced to conventional focused beamforming. This error increases with frequency over same band within the designed frequency range of array and distance between target and reference array element. Based on one dimensional mass transfer model in porous media and one-dimensional flow model, the dynamic SOEC diffusion-reaction model is established. According to the experimental results and parameters, numerical method is used to calculate the current density and water vapor concentration distribution. The influence of operating conditions, such as water vapor concentration and electrolysis voltage, are also explored. The results show that the current distribution is concentrated in the distance of 100 $mu mathrm{m}$ away from electrolyte layer, and the enhancement of oxygen ionic conductivity in cathode can benefit the current density and widen the current distribution. Strengthening the cathode porous structure can improve the current density of SOEC. The feed steam fluctuations lead to the performance fluctuation of SOEC, which can reach a new equilibrium within 0.02 s after changing the operating conditions. In this paper, we propose a low-cost ALBERT-BiLSTM-CRF-based named entity recognition model applicable to power equipment defective text. When new energy becomes the main power source, the current spot market mechanism will have the following problems: 1) if new energy determines the marginal price, its near-zero marginal cost will lead to the disappearance of the spot price signal, and the price regulation function will no longer exist; 2) if expensive and small amount of flexible resources determine the marginal price, the difference of power supply service between new energy and flexible resources cannot be reflected, and new energy will obtain excessive profits, resulting in the phenomenon of The “ride-sharing” phenomenon. To this end, the article designs an electricity spot market mechanism that decouples new energy and flexibility resources and forms a time-sharing capacity tariff based on the fixed cost of new energy. The new energy timesharing capacity market shares the fixed costs of new energy market players on a day-by-day basis to form a time-series price signal; the spot market for flexibility resources discovers the price of deviated power balance, frequency regulation, standby and other residual power balance services through competition; and ensures that the “whoever incurs the cost bears the cost” principle is satisfied through fair cost sharing to new energy and users. How to assess and model the flexible resources to provide intuitive and effective reference for the dispatching department is an urgent problem to be solved. A multi-dimensional comprehensive assessment index system of flexible resources is constructed to quantitatively and comprehensively assess the flexible resources. Firstly, a comprehensive assessment index system of flexible resources is established in three dimensions: magnitude, cost and regulation performance. Secondly, a flexible resource model for power dispatch is established to describe and characterize flexible resources, and the quantitative formulas of magnitude and cost are given. Finally, for different dispatching scenarios and dispatching preferences, the analytic hierarchy process based on fuzzy comprehensive assessment is combined with decision indexes and expert scores to quantify flexibility of each flexible resource. Deep peaking units, large-scale energy storage, electric vehicle clusters, and inverter air conditioning clusters in regional distribution networks are used as examples to assess their flexibility scores under different scenarios and preferences.
