Research on the construction of new power system value evaluation index system

Abstract

Since the ninth meeting of the Central Committee of Finance and economics proposed to build a new power system, provinces have been building a new power system in full swing. The new power system is a new thing, so far there is no recognized value evaluation standard. Based on the understanding of the connotation and characteristics of the new power system, this paper analyzes the value of the new power system, studies and puts forward its value system, and constructs the value evaluation index system of the new power system.
