Abstract

After the bipolar fault occurs in the flexible DC transmission line, the converter will affect the fault current, so it is necessary to analyze the fault of the system with converter. Aiming at the common full bridge MMC converter topology, this paper establishes its corresponding circuit model after fault, and derives the fault current expressions in capacitor discharge stage and bridge arm inductance freewheeling stage after blocking. Finally, the simulation is carried out in PSCAD.
全桥MMC柔性直流系统直流线路双极短路故障分析
柔性直流输电线路发生双极故障后,变换器会影响故障电流,因此有必要对带变换器系统的故障进行分析。针对常见的全桥MMC变换器拓扑结构,建立了其故障后的相应电路模型,推导了电容放电阶段和桥臂电感断流阶段的故障电流表达式。最后,在PSCAD中进行了仿真。
