But giving the same attention weight to all grids during detection will result in the inability to highlight the detection subject, so the positioning accuracy of the bounding box is still room for improvement. In order to improve the detection accuracy, this paper proposes an Alternate-Attention mechanism, using the global pooled attention mechanism to highlight the overall characteristics, and the self-attention mechanism to reflect the self-weight relationship between features. The two attention mechanisms are alternated and applied to the two dimensions of channel and space, and finally enhance the features extracted by Darknet-53. Experiments on the PASCAL VOC2007 dataset shows that this algorithm can effectively improve the detection accuracy. The traditional approach is to use many image sets to improve the classification accuracy of neural networks. However, this must be established on the premise that the data sets have enough labels that botanists can classify. We applied self-supervised learning to image classification and trained a reliable cassava disease detection model to reduce the difficulty and cost of collecting these tags. We propose a new hybrid loss that combines the classification and contrastive losses for the whole classification process. Experiments show that our method performs well in the lacking of labeled data. Specifically, the model uses 2/3 of the total data set and reaches an accuracy (90%) close to supervised learning (91.59%) by adding the contrastive term. The price fluctuates greatly, and there is no obvious regularity. Accurately predicting the price of pork is of great significance to stabilizing the agricultural product market. Most scholars take a single model to predict the price, but the accuracy is not high. This paper proposes a combination model of KPCA-ARIMA-LSTM to predict pork prices. Since many factors affect the price of pork, to simplify the calculation and improve the calculation efficiency, this paper firstly uses KPCA to reduce the dimensions of the influencing factors. Due to the high volatility of pork prices, this paper divides the historical pork prices into linear and non-linear parts, uses ARIMA to predict the linear part, and uses LSTM for non-linear features. The neural network makes predictions and combines the results of the two models. In addition, the DBN model is also constructed, and the ARIMA model, LSTM model, ARIMA-LSTM model, and DBN model prediction are compared comprehensively. NLP technology has been widely used and is very suitable for film-related information extraction, processing and retrieval. Based on natural language processing technology, this paper researches film information retrieval text generation. First, this paper implements a movie information knowledge graph containing 5044 ontologies and 22,351 triples; then, this paper uses a dictionary-based named entity recognition method to extract key information from the retrieval problem and uses a rule-based method to generate the corresponding information. In order to obtain more objective evaluation information of related movies, this paper also uses the LSTM network model to conduct sentiment analysis of movie review information and adds this information to the knowledge graph to obtain richer movie information. To solve these shortcomings, scholars have begun to study hyper-heuristic algorithms. This paper proposes a tabu search hyper-heuristic algorithm based on random selection to solve multiple combinatorial optimization problems. The algorithm model divides into high level and low level. The low level comprises meta-heuristic operators with multiple heterogeneous mechanisms and meta-heuristic operators with different parameter combinations of the same algorithm. According to the tabu search algorithm based on random selection, the high level automatically selects operators. Because the model organically integrates the tabu search algorithm and different meta-heuristic algorithms, it has a certain scalability. To verify the effect of the algorithm, two cases of combined optimization problems of CVRP and MRCPSP from the international benchmark case library for experiments. Experimental results show that the tabu search hyper-heuristic algorithm based on random selection has an excellent performance in multiple performance indicators such as target value and versatility. Firstly, it is necessary to identify the main risk types of offshore wind power projects and the risk factors causing operation accidents. Then, the possibility and severity of the accident are determined by the operation classification method. Finally, the risk matrix based on job classification is established to obtain the risk level of each operation activity. This method is applied to an “S” offshore wind power project to identify and evaluate the risk factors in the operation process. The risk degree of all aspects in the operation process of the offshore wind power project is obtained. Because of the characteristics of new energy vehicles, such as short development time, less data and great influence by policy, this paper first uses the grey analysis method to calculate the correlation coefficient of each index, and then uses the slow feature algorithm to extract the factors with the slowest change, and uses the SVR to predict. In order to verify the validity of the model, Bayesian regression and linear regression models are used for comparison. The omnichannel offline showroom improves market demand and reduces the online return rate by providing the ultimate experience service, and at the same time reduces inventory cost by storing goods in remote areas or distribution centers. In this study, we identify optimal pricing and experience service decisions as well as the effects of the showroom on demand and profitability when a dual-channel retailer opens a showroom. Through numerical simulation and analysis, we find that, when the cost factor of an experience service effort reaches a certain threshold, opening a showroom channel will increase dual-channel retailers' total demand and total profit and reduce the online channel demand, and the reduced demand in the online channel will be transferred to the showroom channel. Furthermore, after opening the showroom channel, the total demand and total profit can be maximized through joint optimization decision-making to increase pricing and improve experience service levels.
