This paper used DD company as an example, based on the model-the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation program for analysis of logistics service quality, and puts forward feasible suggestions from the perspective of customer perception. Abstract
Under the background of “new retailing”, logistics has become the key factor of instant delivery in the same city. Crowdsourcing logistics mode reduces the operation cost for internet enterprises and improves the efficiency of logistics by integrating social idle resources.
