Then, the possibility and severity of the accident are determined by the operation classification method. Finally, the risk matrix based on job classification is established to obtain the risk level of each operation activity. This method is applied to an “S” offshore wind power project to identify and evaluate the risk factors in the operation process. The risk degree of all aspects in the operation process of the offshore wind power project is obtained. 摘要

为了客观把握海上风电项目生产经营的主要运行风险,实现海上风电企业的运行风险管理,本文提出了一种运行风险评价方法。首先,需要识别海上风电项目的主要风险类型和引起运行事故的风险因素。然后,通过操作分类方法确定事故发生的可能性和严重程度。最后,建立基于作业分类的风险矩阵,得到各作业活动的风险等级。将该方法应用于某“S”型海上风电项目,对运行过程中的风险因素进行识别和评价。得到了海上风电项目运行过程中各环节的风险程度。评价结果表明,设备运行风险是最关键的风险因素,其次是安全管理风险。
