The processes of registration, discovery, binding, usage and integration of the strategic intelligence services are illustrated by an example. In spite of this there is currently no established procedures attaching importance to the correlation of noises within a code period, which is one of the reasons for the degradation of performance of DCSK system. This paper put forward an improved scheme for noise reduction to DCSK communication system based on its retransmission characteristic. By exploiting the fact that the adjacent noise in the channel is correlated, the proposed scheme adds a phase inversion device at the receiver. The demodulation of improved DCSK scheme is also achieved by a correlation detector. Both the theoretical analysis and the simulation results show that the proposed scheme can greatly improve the BER performance of communication systems, especially for low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The goal of this study is to find out the most important attributes that affect the difficulty of an article according to the levels granted by the General English Proficiency Test (GEPT). Using the determined attributes to classify the articles gathered by the crawler from the Internet everyday and recommending the proper ones to the user, the proposed system is designed to keep the users from being recommended the articles those are too hard or too simple and retain their learning enthusiasm. To determine the attributes that affect the difficulty of an article, the classification algorithms of decision tree are used to construct the classification rules. By investigating the fifty-six graduate school websites and collecting their cultivation plans for EC students, this paper focused on EC curricula in fifteen representative universities and carried out a deep and comparative analysis on their curriculum module and characteristic specialized courses. Finally, this paper presents some suggestions for optimizing the curriculum system for e-commerce post-graduates from two aspects mentioned above. As sensor network own its characteristics, the traditional congestion control strategy can't be used directly any longer. Most of the existing congestion control strategies and algorithms are not fully considered RTT. At the same time as the actual sensor network operating in the nonlinear, time delays and time-varying parameters such as interference factors, if the controller design parameters are fixed, not learning ability, then the actual running of the convergence is poor, slow convergence, not to control the length of queue. For the above-mentioned problems, the controller which is based on gray predicted Neural Network is proposed to cope with the large delays and time-varying network parameters. The gray GM (1, 1) model is utilized to compensate the time-delay, while RBF neural network is employed to design controller to reduce the number and interaction of tuning parameter. This paper presents a high speed and high performance image compressor for future spacecrafts and micro-satellites. The proposed compression core is based on a modified CCSDS algorithm and the processing speed is improved 40 times using parallel architecture and pipeline technique. The experimental results indicate that this core has high performance at coding efficiency, data rate and error containment.
