Since equipments, instructors, and time are limited, the innovation development projects couldn't cover all the undergraduate students. This paper proposes a constraint-based planning method based on E-CARGO collaborative model for undergraduate education towards innovation talent development. The equipments are abstracted and modeled in catalog, the availability is described and the talent development program is defined as many projects. Algorithms are presented to check the equipment's lacking and remove the conflict on demand.","PeriodicalId":303484,"journal":{"name":"2009 4th International Conference on Computer Science & Education","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131765807","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As multiple-access interference is a major limiting factor for the IEEE 802.16 mesh network, multi-channel transmission can eliminate the interference and improve the performance of the network. The efficiency of the multi-channel transmission can be affected by the scheduling and channel-assignment scheme. To reap the full performance potential of the network, we propose a novel combined centralized scheduling and channel assignment algorithm for multi-channel single-transceiver IEEE 802.16 mesh network. The performance evaluation results show that the proposed scheme can improve the system performance in aspects of scheduling length and the BS's aggregate throughput in insufficient channels.","PeriodicalId":303484,"journal":{"name":"2009 4th International Conference on Computer Science & Education","volume":"59 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114041041","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The nonlinear perturbation functions are assumed bounded. we derive a robust stability criterion independent of delay. The sufficient criterion is given in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). The anycast routing problem with multiple QoS constrained is known to be NP-complete problem and we can't get satisfying results when using the precise method in polynomial time. In this paper, a QoS anycast routing algorithm based on ant colony algorithm is proposed. In order to search a reasonable anycast routing path, a felicitous estimate method of the optimization path is designed and the load balance is considered. By adjusting the pheromone in the iteration-best path and re-initializing the algorithm, this algorithm can efficiently avoid falling into local optimal path and enlarge global searching. The experimental results show that this algorithm can effectively find the global-best solution that satisfied the QoS constraint and balance the load of networks, and has better performance and efficiency.","PeriodicalId":303484,"journal":{"name":"2009 4th International Conference on Computer Science & Education","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116247322","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The separation-of-concern development pattern adopted by component-based development (CBD) has prevented its widespread success in practices. Both the developer of a component and the developer of a system using components often face the problem that information vital for certain development tasks is not available, which has various consequences to complicate each stage of CBD process. In order to improve that, service and dynamic service specification are first defined from component's point of view respectively. Then, based on these definitions, a framework for component-based flexible design is proposed in this paper under considerations of domain-specific knowledge and analysis of existing systems. It can help software developers not only understand user's requirements more correctly but also reuse successful development and test cases from domain-specific knowledge and existing systems, which can shorten the lifecycle of CBD.","PeriodicalId":303484,"journal":{"name":"2009 4th International Conference on Computer Science & Education","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115161029","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We will discuss noises from EPS motor and noise reduction structure design. Technologies for designing power electronic circuits which are used in everything from industrial and communications equipment to household electrical appliances are an important factor that determines the quality and cost of such products. In recent years regulations concerning electromagnetic noise (emissions) have been tightened. It has become necessary to obtain the CE marking based on the recommendations of CISPR (Comite international Special des Pturbations Radioelectriques) and other institutions in Europe as well as certification from the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) in North America in order to export products to those regions. Regulations are also being tightened in the Japanese domestic market. Under these circumstances, technologies for determining filter configurations and the like at the design stage by simulating the noise generated by power electronic circuitry have been growing in importance in order to raise the reliability of products yet reduce their cost. Regarding noise reduction rubber (mechanical measurement) and noise filtering technologies(electrical measurement) and, progress is being made in studies of active filters, which are configured to generate voltage of opposite phase to cancel out noise, in addition to conventional passive type filters.","PeriodicalId":303484,"journal":{"name":"2009 4th International Conference on Computer Science & Education","volume":"124 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123198506","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
