However, the suppression performance degrades in the case dig one frequency of zeros with filters coincides others at least. Equipment failure can cause serious problems, such as an explosion in the chamber, which can stop the fabrication line for a long time. Such problems arise because potential equipment failure cannot be detected in advance. To remedy this, we have developed an on-line detection system that incorporates intelligent devices, such as sensors and actuators, the CPU and communication interface of which enable on-line self-diagnosis.","PeriodicalId":301855,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 41st SICE Annual Conference. In this projective space, velocity estimation can be formulated based on singular value decomposition. First, we analyze two similar converse Lyapunov theorems for differential inclusions and unify them into a simple theorem. Next, we propose a new definition of homogeneous differential inclusion. Then, we construct a smooth, homogeneous Lyapunov function associated with the homogeneous differential inclusion. Finally, we show that the order of homogeneity of a homogeneous system indicates the speed of convergence.","PeriodicalId":301855,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 41st SICE Annual Conference. The scintillation of laser beam results from temporal and spatial changes in atmospheric turbulence and/or pressure. In this paper, the power spectral density function (PSDF) as statistical characteristics for the wind noise is first discussed by applying the theoretical PSDF of atmospheric turbulence to this wind noise. Next, the correlation between the scintillation of laser beam and the wind noise is studied from the experimental viewpoint.","PeriodicalId":301855,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 41st SICE Annual Conference. It can accept two independent reference signals simultaneously, thus can generate two correlation integrals at a time for an incident light. The correlation results being stored as charges on the capacitors are read out via conventional scanning channels. We also describe a quadrature detection principle for simultaneous detection of amplitude and phase of modulated light. We apply this sensor to the involuntary eye-movement vision system with single and double circular scans. By this, we show that the novel, single-frame, gradient vector imager and the curvature tensor imager can be realized.","PeriodicalId":301855,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 41st SICE Annual Conference.
