Professional orientation in training in an educational program is considered as a combination of content and activity (procedural) aspects. The article explains that forming the ability to deal with algorithms is the key reference mark for students of the technical profile. The content of these skills and proficiency levels for students of secondary vocational educational institutions have been outlined. The ability to work with algorithms involves the formation of the following actions: to establish the “essence” of the algorithm, to highlight the steps of the algorithm and establish links between them, to develop mechanisms for the implementation of each stage. Students need to learn how to highlight the essence of algorithmic phenomena, implement a given algorithm, control the progress of the algorithm, find errors, and make adjustments. When performing actions “as directed”, students are offered a ready-made algorithm of actions to solve certain problems. When performing “by reference points”, students are required to conduct an analysis associated with the rationalization of the proposed algorithm. The independent performance of actions is distinguished by the complete independence of the student from any instructions. The examples of the implementation of polylingval education are the Republic of Bashkortostan as one of the multinational constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are multinational in their essence and bilingualism in them is considered to be natural. Nevertheless, in both republics the contradiction between the high levels of requirements for the formation of grammatical skills imposed by the curriculum and the inability of students to freely use grammatical structures in the process of communicating real communication is obvious. To optimize the process of learning grammatical means of communicative competence, the technology of the formation of grammatical skills is proposed on the basis of the use of problem learning elements, in particular, problem-project tasks. These tasks are considered in the article as special tasks that create problem situations, during performing which students are involved in creative speech foreign project activities, the result of which is the tangible product. The problem-project approach is proposed in the article as a methodological basis for the formation of the grammatical side of communicative competence in the native, Russian and one of the foreign languages acquisition of the student. The main subject of consideration is the issues of the formation of foreign language grammatical skills of students in three-tie conditions. The authors analyze the methodology for learning foreign language grammar based on the use of problem-project tasks with a support for native, Russian and English languages. The structure of the teacher’s methodological readiness to interact with atypical schoolchildren is revealed. The article points out the place of inclusive education in the system of foreign language education. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the methodological readiness of the teacher contains specialized skills, which are a set of practical educational actions based on the awareness of the goal of communicative approach in teaching language and culture, patterns, particular methodological principles of organizing a lesson, conditions, means, forms and methods of organizing the stages of familiarization, training and introduction of language material into speech activity, taking into account the characteristics of an atypical student. The article highlights the methodological tasks that the teacher solves during a foreign language lesson, the essential characteristic of the personality of a foreign language teacher as a key subject in an inclusive educational field. The authors make a conclusion that the specialized skills are based on a system of certain linguistic and linguodidactic knowledge that a teacher needs to master in order to carry out their professional activities. The urgency of the problem is due to the growing interest in the problem of resilience in conditions of extreme social challenges as a mechanism for activating personal resources, in particular its role in overcoming stress during the transition to the distance learning format. A review of existing research in higher education highlights the important role of resilience in helping students, overcoming obstacles, managing their well-being and completing their studies. The survey of students was carried out through Google forms. The following methods of data collection were used: “A short version of the resilience test” (E.N. Osin, E.I. Rasskazova) and “Methods of motivation and orientation to professional activity among students” (A.V. Krylova, I.A. Ignatkova). Methods of mathematical statistics were used to analyze the data. The relationship between resilience and professional external positive motivation was found. Resilience is higher in students with pronounced positive external positive motivation. Social motives such as status, prestige, the desire to get a second higher education, increase the resilience of students in the conditions of distance learning, allow them to effectively cope with stress, as well as turn a potentially traumatic situation into opportunities and use it for personal development. A comprehensive analysis of domestic and international stud-ies revealed the lack of a theoretical framework, a general methodological vision of the problem of riskiness and risk-taking in the educational sphere. While effective management of education-al activities, ensuring the development of the competitiveness of the individual in the labor mar-ket and its potential for active participation in the life of society is possible on the basis of the modern paradigm of risk management, integrating achievements in pedagogical, economic, mathematical and computer sciences. A new methodology in the study is the fractal approach, which defines the idea of quantitative and qualitative analysis and assessment of the risk of non-formation of professional competencies, complex educational and cognitive constructs of subject activity. The fractal model of assessing the formation of knowledge and competencies, its risk landscape, taking into account the subject and cognitive divergence, will ensure the effective-ness of the structure of knowledge storage in the educational process, minimizing the time for building space and engineering knowledge bases, and the depth of solving the problem of pre-dicting educational risks. New methods of risk modeling based on machine learning algorithms and factor analysis, methods for constructing neural integrators, quantitative methods with and without taking into account the probability distribution will ensure the accuracy and speed of risk assessment and prediction, will allow one to identify new patterns of risk activity and further ways to develop the theory of risk. The system of developing the research competence of trainees who are profoundly and polyfunctionally mastering educational, research and project activities, enriched with constructs of a new quality, characteristics and forms of becoming a higher level of motivation, creative independence, research thinking and scientific communication, is represented by a structural and functional model. The proposed model of the development of research competence of students of humanities classes in the process of teaching mathematics creates a certain scientific and practical platform for the implementation of the controlled development of the scientific potential of students on the basis of a digitalized dialogue of cultures. The structural components of the process of step-by-step modeling of methodological support of research and project activities of trainees are proposed. Methodological approaches specific to the projected model are identified, a triadic system of principles using the ideas of synergetic is formulated. A feature of the content component of the projected model is the inclusion of structural-functional and procedural-activity modules based on a spiral scheme of deployment and modeling of basic educational elements in the direction of developing the scientific potential of students in teaching mathematics. The effectiveness of the development of research competence is provided by the technological component of the model. The module provides for the possibility of integrating methodological innovations, new digital technologies and interactive learning tools. The specificity of this component of the model is that the principle of unity of educational and technological logic and the principle of interdisciplinarity are implemented. The methodology is carried out in accordance with the developed worldview significant educational material, accompanied by the support of specially selected digital technology, and in accordance with the main stages of the formation of worldview while teaching mathematics. The main stages of the implementation of the holistic process of learning stochasticity are: preparatory, problem-research, implementation and correctional. It is supposed that the methodology of forming stochastic outlook will be most effective if during the learning process students of 10–11 grades have sustainable learning and cognitive motives and motives for self-education, the system of solid subject knowledge of stochastics, the mastery of probabilistic-statistical methods; the change of activities is observed: reproductive to learning and research activity, productive to problem-creative activity. The article argues that the methodology of forming stochastic worldview of high school students, including the support and accompaniment of digital educational technologies, has a positive impact on motivation and cognitive interest to learning, changing attitudes towards stochastics, expanding scientific horizons. Through consistent work with the established stages of the formation of stochastic worldview in teaching mathematics, the realization of the integrity of motivational, value and cognitive constructs is achieved. In this article this process will be considered by studying the section “Random events. Probabilities”. At the first (preparatory) stage the basic concepts of the section are introduced, the skills of their understanding and application in learning activities are developed. At the second (problem-searching) stage the theorems and formulas of the section are examined, tools for problem solving are formed, the understanding of methods of action with stochastic situations is improved. At the third (realization) stage purposeful cognitive-research and problem-creative activity of senior pupils is organized, including development and consolidation of knowledge, abilities and skills of work with stochastic situations. The functional literacy of a modern schoolchild should be brought, first of all, to the ability to quickly adapt in a dynamically changing world, think creatively, master new social roles and functions, and be competitive. The social processes of recent years associated with the global pandemic have brought about great changes in school education. The school faced a challenge - an accelerated transition to distance learning, which caused controversy among teachers, students and their parents. The subject of this work was to study the attitude of schoolchildren to digital education and identify the reasons for the decline in reading culture in order to determine new aspects of the formation of students' functional literacy. Students consider the positive aspects of digital learning to be its convenience, accessibility, and the ability to choose something alternative. Of the negative aspects of digital learning, the mental consciousness of schoolchildren is dominat-ed primarily by the lack of live communication with friends, classmates, teachers, which indicates the urgency of the problem of social adaptation of schoolchildren, their communicative development, the formation of a new type of communicative literacy, its other nature - computer-mediated. Another important problem associated with the digitalization of education is the health-preserving factor. In this regard, it is necessary to reconsider the ways of forming stu-dents' literacy in matters of preserving health, taking into account the inevitable realities of life associated with digitalization. The decline in the reading culture of students is largely due to their lack of understanding of classical literature, its abstraction from the modern world. This training is implemented to prepare mentors for the implementation of non-professional pedagogical activities on an ongoing basis for the adaptation and introduction of new employees into the work process. A brief description of the relevance of mentoring activities in the system of industrial training and adaptation of novice workers is given. The author emphasizes that currently in the Russian Federation mentoring is not only one of the most important areas of personnel policy of many industrial and commercial enterprises, but also represents one of the key vectors of state policy in the field of modernization and development of the domestic education system. The article describes mentoring not only as a certain system of professional corporate training of a new employee (trainee) by transferring knowledge, skills, principles of corporate culture, but also defined as a specific non-professional pedagogical activity. In this regard, the importance of training effective mentors is emphasized as one of the basic tasks of corporate training aimed both at training a novice trainee and at self-development and personal and professional growth of the mentor himself. The author, within the framework of the described program of psychological and pedagogical training of mentors, identifies the functions of a modern mentor and describes possible forms of formation of his psychological and pedagogical competence. The stages of the development of the content part of the program and its thematic sections are shown.
