The study aimed to determine the respondents’ sources of stress, while knowing the level of ego resiliency, life satisfaction, and gratefulness as a basis for a contextualized mental health program. It used a descriptive-exploratory research design. The researchers utilized an adapted instrument called the Revised University Student's Hassle Scale (RUSHS) to gather the needed data. The respondents of the study were the 278 postmillennials, who are currently enrolled at Capiz State University. The constructs of the study focused on the sources of stress, ego resiliency, gratitude, and life satisfaction of the respondents. The findings revealed that stresses experienced were the academic and personal related. Civil society in Indonesia upholds the synergy of democratic freedom and the use of law as a means of control and monitoring in social aspects. Later, the term civil Islam emerged, in which the Islamic leaders in Indonesia seek to incorporate Islamic values and practices into the democratic process. The implementation process has been going on for several decades. However, there are certain symptoms that indicate the degradation of public civilized values. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the process of implementing civil society and civil Islam in Indonesia, viewed from the perspective of religion sociology, which focuses on inter-religious tolerance. The study used a structured literature study and phenomenological approach. The finding shows that the process of implementing civil society has not been carried out optimally, because there is a gap between the views of implementing civil society from the majority and minorities. The gap should be a priority to be bridged to avoid religious intolerance. This study yield Natural resources that the District of Jember is an inadequate location for beef cattle business on a narrow land. Land availability in the provision of feed (Ruminant Animal Population Increase Effective) has a positive value of 679,727. The means that the Jember District is one of the potential beef cattle populations. Several districts can still increase their population when seen from the effective Ruminant Animal Population Increase is positive. In general, breeders have the main job as herdsmen (55%), although their education is still low due to the average formal education is an elementary school (38.3%). However, the agricultural role extension agents are perceived as effective because farmers have applied Artificial Insemination (AI). Overall, the District of Jember can be a fattening business area and is ready for slaughter. Stunting is malnutrition due to lack of nutritional intake for a long time due to feeding that does not match nutritional needs. The toddler nutrition decision support system was created to help parents of toddlers and health cadres to perform early detection of stunting. The researchers intend to obtain an overview of the level of acceptance of the stunting early detection system by residents of the village of Kemuning Lor, Jember Regency. This research was descriptive research, and the number of these community was 20 people who are village officials. Data analysis was conducted through scoring and presented in tables and percentages. The results showed that the level of system acceptance based on the perceived usefulness aspect had the highest value 89.75%, variable perceived ease of use 87,08%, variable behavioral intention to use 86,25%, variable attitude toward using 85,94%. It can be concluded that the community accepts stunting early detection system technology because the system is simple to use and the community feels the benefits. Research done by Indonesia Preaching Ministry has shown that only around 20% of the church members faithfully follow the worship service from beginning to end. Christian attitude while attending online worship is also problematic. Some Christians are cooking, and others are lying on their bed while attending online worship. Another problem is the dressing code for Christians who attend online worship. How should Christians dress themselves during online worship would be the research question of this article. This article uses exegetical theology as a research method. And the main argument of this paper is that, while the Bible sufficiently attends to the dressing code of the people of God (Deut. 22:5; Ezek. 44:17; 1 Cor. 11:6; 1 Tim. 2:9-10; 1 Pet. 3:3-5); 1 Cor. 11:4-7 could be the most relevant starting point for ethical-theological discussions on the matter. It exhorts Christians to dress appropriately not just for the sake of others but as an expression of honoring God when participating in worship. Dealing with the previous phenomenon, the government brings up a program called industrial internship. In line with the earlier policy, Politeknik Negeri Jember, as one of the vocational colleges, requires an industrial internship program. Various industrial places are offered to the students. One of them is in the hotel. However, during the program's implementation, the problems related to workplace harassment are faced by the students, especially the female ones. This case leads to a problematic situation. The further implication, the goal to fill the gap competence will be far from the reach. To cope with the preceding dilemma, this qualitative paper aimed to describe the forms and effects of workplace harassment experienced by female students during the industrial internship in hotels. Sixty-seven female students and graduates were involved as participants. The questionnaire was used to collect the data. Based on the analyzed data, it can be summarized that: 1) there are two forms of workplace harassment on the female students, which are direct and indirect, and 2) there are three effects of workplace harassment on the female students, which are devouring lesser moral value, having lower work performance and the changing of employment status.
