In the long run, negative coping styles will create antisocial personalities. In recent years, the data on single-parent families has increased significantly, resulting in a sharp increase in the number of single-parent children. Without positive guidance of adults, children are usually unable to get rid of the negative effects brought by single-parent families, let alone acquiring good emotional development. Therefore, given the age development characteristics of children aged 5-6 and the anxiety and loneliness behavior of single-parent children aged 5-6, this study selected some picture books that these children could understand as the therapy medium, and preliminarily proposed a reading plan. Based on the revised Spence (2001) Preschool Children Anxiety Questionnaire and the UCLA Loneliness Scale Questionnaire, the anxiety and loneliness scores of 20 children in the experimental group and the emotional scores of 20 children in the control group were continuously compared. Finally, a four-stage picture book reading therapy suitable for single-parent children aged 5-6 was established, its four stage tasks including anxiety and loneliness recognition, self-awareness building, anxiety and loneliness settlement and peer sharing”.","PeriodicalId":29977,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Education and Development using Information and Communication Technology","volume":"21 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82688600","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Policies that conform to the law of education development and the needs of a wide range of social and economic levels will help the country's education develop steadily and receive positive educational feedback. If the implementation of the policy deviates from the major goal of educational development, and at the expense of the welfare of the majority of people, it will have a lot of negative effects on the education system, and even cause a historical regression of the education system. By analyzing the historical reasons, the current implementation and development of China's ladder educational resource allocation policy, and the impact of regional-specific policies, the author puts forward several facts, solutions, and improvement strategies from the perspective of educational leaders to change the difficulties faced by the policy.","PeriodicalId":29977,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Education and Development using Information and Communication Technology","volume":"42 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76722372","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Classroom observation, questionnaire and face-to-face interview are employed as the research method. The results show that classroom questioning can be divided into display questions and referential questions in English teaching. Besides, the easier questions are, the more active students are, so it’s interesting to find out all the students interviewed by the writer said they prefer to answer questions of appropriate difficulty. In addition, most students prefer open questions according to the data from questionnaires. What’s more, there are many factors leading to low activity and negative classroom atmosphere is the main factor.","PeriodicalId":29977,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Education and Development using Information and Communication Technology","volume":"22 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72968946","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The simulated data was applied in examination of the Bayesian assessment model, The study used a mixed-methods design. The exploratory sequential model was developed based on a motion learning student model, which was a structured data collection template. The combination of the student model and the Bayesian network model provided an assessment tool for assessing physics students’ learning in a dynamic process. The study reported that there were three different patterns for a physics student motion learning: lower performance, middle performance, and higher performance. In each pattern, the students may have different performance combinations of the twelve bottom components. These are shown in Figure 4 and used to collect students’ performance data.","PeriodicalId":29977,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Education and Development using Information and Communication Technology","volume":"65 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83966508","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study examined one business school’s undergraduate curriculum. Twelve individual item goals of this curriculum closely corresponded to what employers look for on college students’ resumes (NACE, 2021). Ninety-three Fall 2021 graduating business seniors filled out a survey asking their perceptions about the business school’s curriculum improving their abilities on these twelve goals. To date, these individual attributes have not been analyzed together in prior studies to produce a smaller set of research scales. A factor analysis of these twelve individual items resulted in keeping nine of these items, creating two new reliable and distinct scales for future research, labeled as Professional Development (5 items) and Quantitative Skills (4 items). Significant positive relationships between these two scales and two outcomes, student satisfaction and employment preparation, were subsequently found. In addition, a new short multi-item, reliable Employment Preparedness scale was developed. After controlling for record-based student demographics (gender, race, state residency) and school-related variables (GPA, transfer student, quantitative/qualitative major), Quantitative Skills accounted for significant variance in both outcomes, while Professional Development accounted for only student satisfaction.","PeriodicalId":29977,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Education and Development using Information and Communication Technology","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85996252","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
