In the face of the large number of websites, traditional web crawlers cannot function well to get the relevant pages effectively. To solve these problems, focused crawlers utilize semantic web technologies to analyze the semantics of hyperlinks and web documents. The focused crawler is a special-purpose search engine which aims to selectively seek out pages that are relevant to a predefined set of topics, rather than to exploit all regions of the web. The main characteristic of focused crawling is that the crawler does not need to collect all web pages, but selects and retrieves only the relevant pages. So the major problem is how to retrieve the maximal set of relevant and quality pages. To address this problem, we have designed a focused crawler which calculates the relevancy of block in web page. The Block is partitioned by VIPS algorithm. Page relevancy is calculated by sum of all block relevancy scores in one page. It also calculates the URL score for identifying whether a URL is relevant or not for a specific topic.","PeriodicalId":299461,"journal":{"name":"2010 2nd International Conference on Education Technology and Computer","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-06-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122611287","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to the theory of projective transformation, the vanishing point's coordinates can be obtained, after that, combined with the corollary of Laguerre theorem: the infinity points of which the two mutually perpendicular lines and their circular points harmonic conjugate, the image coordinates of the circular points can be obtained. In the experiment, using the positive tri-prism as the experimental object and according to the same primal and the cross-ratio invariance, the coordinates of infinity points can be obtained. Then, according to the corollary of Laguerre theorem, the corresponding coordinates of the circular points can be got. Established the equations which constraint on the intrinsic parameters, then the intrinsic parameters can be solved. So, this theory application can be verified in computer vision.","PeriodicalId":299461,"journal":{"name":"2010 2nd International Conference on Education Technology and Computer","volume":"131 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-06-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117294723","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

STP uses a single tree for the entire network which may result in inefficient bandwidth allocation since the non-spanning-tree links will not carry traffic at all. As a solution, the IEEE 802.1s working group has introduced a Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol (MSTP) that allows a switch to participate in multiple spanning trees, one tree per group of VLANs. In our previous work, we introduced a graph theoretic approach named Best Multiple Spanning Tree (BMST) algorithm for ranking all of the possible solutions for selection of the proper trees in a network running MSTP and for finding the best solution based on load balancing on links and switches. Although, BMST algorithm can find the best answer for small networks, but its complexity is too large in large scale networks. In this paper, we propose a simple approach named Multiple Best Spanning Tree (MBST) to reduce the computational complexity of the BMST.","PeriodicalId":299461,"journal":{"name":"2010 2nd International Conference on Education Technology and Computer","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-06-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129511514","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article puts forward an algorithm of restorable and fragile Watermarking based on fractal compression and differentials record theory. Three components (R, G, B) of a colorful image are processed respectively by fractal compression. In view of cone cells of vision have some differences in sensitivity to color, the compressed data have been encrypted by Arnold Transformation and stored in B component to restore the colorful image and the R component and G component have been processed with differentials record theory for the detection of any change in image. The presentation of modification precisely approaches pixel-level with the help of the algorithm, and the results of tests have proved a good restorability of this algorithm.","PeriodicalId":299461,"journal":{"name":"2010 2nd International Conference on Education Technology and Computer","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-06-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129778638","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
