In STCM, data is encrypted into a divisible whole for protection. When reaching a host, agent concatenates the data carried by it with data generated on this host then encrypts them and sending identity information to trusted third party. When agent comes back to trusted third party, it will compare path from passing data with path from identity information each hop gives trust third party to find out if there exists attack. Then trust third party sends corresponding data to task sponsor. Analysis shows the mechanism can defend the colluded truncation attack effectively.","PeriodicalId":299461,"journal":{"name":"2010 2nd International Conference on Education Technology and Computer","volume":"124 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133783279","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In consideration of the existing problems and difficulties of Chinese language information processing, Hibernate search was introduced to exploit information retrieval engine in this paper. A Chinese language analyzer based on the word stock was adopted to process Chinese language information, therefore this analyzer could advance with the times by updating the word stock at any time. However, ambiguity errors caused by the Chinese language analyzer always interfered with the degree of accuracy of the result. During the time of information retrieval, a secondary word segmentation algorithm was used in order to improve Chinese language information retrieval precision. The result list given in this paper had shown that the intelligent Chinese segmentation algorithm had improved the system performance well.","PeriodicalId":299461,"journal":{"name":"2010 2nd International Conference on Education Technology and Computer","volume":"147 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-07-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124702929","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The measurement of teachers' computational skills is restricted to the ability of operating computer or other apparatus and using multimedia courseware. Indeed, computational techniques are applicable to the whole teaching process, i.e., text processing of corpus linguistics in preparation for lessons, multimedia and hypermedia manipulation in classroom teaching, automatic exercise generation, and evaluation and assessment of language output produced by students. Based on the observation from the perspective of language pedagogy and educational technology, we propose that the computational skill training for language teachers as a minimum comprises general computer education, computer-assisted learning technology, and natural language processing.","PeriodicalId":299461,"journal":{"name":"2010 2nd International Conference on Education Technology and Computer","volume":"125 5-6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-07-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120912275","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The pixels in the image were grouped into n pixels per group. A pixel in each group is modified one gray scale value at most to hide a secret digit in a (2n+1)-ary notational system. In this paper, we proposed an optimized EMD method by analyzing the relationship between n and payload. The study involves using known payload on EMD to ascertain the least distortion result to begin the actual hiding process. Comparison results showed that the PSNR of optimized EMD embedding is significantly higher than OPAP and LSB by at least 3 dBs.","PeriodicalId":299461,"journal":{"name":"2010 2nd International Conference on Education Technology and Computer","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-07-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114767441","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In developing countries due to inadequate funds and resources, education facilities are centralized at urban areas. Therefore, there is a significant digital gap between urban and rural education systems. The emergence of internet usage and computer based tools is allowing to reduce the digital gap between the education systems. Like other developing countries, Bangladesh is also in need of similar e-learning applications as 75% of the total population lives in the rural and remote areas. Considering the number of mobile phone users of Bangladesh, we have chosen an XML-based platform independent Integrated E-Learning System (IELS). This e-learning system will provide nationwide uniform e-learning facilities such as: identical course materials for all schools, multimedia tools, integrated database and decision support systems for learning and research, and accessibility from any mobile devices or personal computers.","PeriodicalId":299461,"journal":{"name":"2010 2nd International Conference on Education Technology and Computer","volume":"393 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-07-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116667018","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
