At first, a transformation is made the nonlinear neural networks into the linear neural networks. Then the Lyapunov-Krasovskii stability theory for functional differential equations and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach are employed to investigate the problem. A novel sufficient condition is derived that is less conservative than the ones reported so far in the literature. It uses a high-speed waterjet instead of a rigid tool to form the work piece, so the forming principle is different from conventional rigid tool incremental forming (RTISMF). This paper studied the deformation of sheet metal under waterjet impact loading by both theoretical analysis and experimental method. The distribution of axial dynamic waterjet pressure and the impact pressure on sheet metal surface were studied by theoretical analysis. Some FEA simulations were carried out to predict the sheet metal plastic deformation under different parameters including waterjet pressure, nozzle diameter and sheet metal thickness. Experiments were designed and carried out, and the experimental results matched the simulation results well. Tumbler has a special ability to automatically adjust its attitude when kicked or knocked. In this paper, we propose a design concept in wheeled robot to combine with tumbler characteristics. The authors realized this concept on a spherical household robot prototype. Other than using the sphere to run itself by moving inner small vehicles or changing position of inner pendulum, this spherical robot moves with two outside wheels, which are designed to be a part of its shell. Further, we carefully consider the weight distribution and set the center of mass of the sphere. We add tumbler characteristic to the robot. Noted as a non-linear, strong-coupling and natural instable system. In this paper, ironless permanent magnet synchronous linear motor driven inverted pendulum laboratory equipment is developed. The plant is hardware in the loop real time simulation control development system (Hardware-in-Loop, HIL) based on TMS320F2812DSP and MATLAB, it can use simple and efficient way to achieve linear motor driven inverted pendulum real-time control. Control algorithm can be investigated directly on MATLAB/Simulink, and can be generated automatically control code to control inverted pendulum system. The network fuses various estimates of word similarity to output a hybrid score which is used in the random walker with restarts method of image annotation refinement. A particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to train the network to achieve the optimal annotation accuracy. Each particle represents a FNN configuration, the fitness value of which is the accuracy evaluation of image annotation based on the corresponding FNN. We conducted the experiments of image annotation on the Corel-5K dataset. Nowadays, it is adopted in assistive robots to help the elderly in accomplishing household tasks. This paper proposes a hybrid control policy of robot arm motion to semi-automatically control a remote robot arm, which differs from previous work in its hybrid control policy. The motivations of the proposed hybrid control policy are rooted from (1) the safeness in controlling a robot arm in an uncertain environment by tele-operating the robot far from the target position; (2) the quickness in automatically controlling the robot arm close to the target position. By doing this, the robot arm is manipulated to quickly and safely reach to the target position. The proposed hybrid control policy tele-operates a robot by utilizing the joint angles of a human arm to remotely control the robot arm posture where the human joint angles are captured by the proposed motion capture method. To validate the proposed method, we conducted the experimental work on an 6 degree-of-freedom humanoid robot arm. In order to construct ship design target system, a simplified warship index system including efficiency, risk and cost was built up. The group decision-making method improved by optimized Hadamard bulge combination was utilized to concentrate experts' opinions for the weights of bottom targets. The whole process of naval ship evaluation was generalized based on system engineering methodology. The vague value for both quantitative and qualitative attributes was defined pointing at the multiple-objects decision making problem. A new naval ship evaluation model which could support both group decision and different kinds of attributes was constructed. Aiming at guaranteeing the reliability of workflow execution under budget constraint, a calculation method for reliability of task execution, based on evaluation of dynamic service capacity of resource, was proposed in the paper. A reliability enhanced grid workflow scheduling algorithm with budget constraint (REGWSA-BC) was proposed. The main idea of this algorithm is to select the resource which can maximize the reliability of task execution. Moreover, irrelevant and redundant features may decrease the detection rate. Feature selection, as an important data mining phase and technology, can effectively reduce the redundant and irrelevant features in the original large feature space, thereby can increase the detection rate and reduce the false positive rate for malware detection model. This paper proposes a class driven correlation based on feature selection method, which can select corresponding features for different classes of data respectively. Then this method uses correlation based feature selection method to eliminating redundant features.
