Aiming at guaranteeing the reliability of workflow execution under budget constraint, a calculation method for reliability of task execution, based on evaluation of dynamic service capacity of resource, was proposed in the paper. A reliability enhanced grid workflow scheduling algorithm with budget constraint (REGWSA-BC) was proposed. The main idea of this algorithm is to select the resource which can maximize the reliability of task execution.
