The necessity of blended course development and the theory are mainly analyzed. And a blended course development path model suitable for vocational education is constructed based on Conole’s & Buch’s course development model. Kang, Jiandong Guo","doi":"10.2991/assehr.k.211122.097","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2991/assehr.k.211122.097","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this work was to explore the relationship between subjective socioeconomic status, pressure, and job-seeking self-efficacy, which adopted subjective socioeconomic status questionnaire, self-efficacy questionnaire and pressure perception questionnaire to investigate 771 college graduates. The results showed that the subjective economic status of college students has a positive predictive effect on job-seeking self-efficacy, and the pressure mediated the predictive effect. Micro-learning has some characteristics like flexibility and interactivity. The teaching practice has been carried out based on micro-learning platform. After the practice, the author summarizes some teaching principles in English reading teaching. To optimize the effect of reading teaching, teachers should give full play to the advantages of micro-learning platform such as high efficiency and interest-led guidance. At the same time, most of the childbearing age group will participate in the labour market competition and face the problem of work-life balance. Therefore, based on the data of the research group \"Population Fertility and Public Services\", then established a regression model to explore the impact of \"work-life balance\" on the childbearing willingness of the childbearing age population, finally found that: the current situation of \"work-life balance\" is positively related to the fertility willingness, while in the expected difficulty of \"work-life balance\" (opportunity cost) dimension, the opportunity cost of reemployment and the opportunity cost of career development is negatively related to the fertility willingness. Current education ontology focused on traditional education resources and procedures, and lacked specification of online education. An education ontology was induced and codified to describe online courses, activities, platforms and discussion forum with Protégé software. This is the first time to construct ontology of online education with multiple aspects. As a result, the constructed ontology uncovered the underlying patterns of online education and commonality among online education platforms. The \"empty villages\" are accompanied by the idleness of rural land and obstacles to improving land utilization. This article uses a semi-structured interview method to take village D in S city as an example. Based on the social exchange theory, this paper studies the rural land transfer issues that affect the order and stability of rural development. The research finds that rural land transfers have low participation and transfer behavior in rural land transfers. Through a random survey of platform organizations in 18 cities in China, using structural equation model analysis, it is found that organizational viscosity, competency matching perception, professional expectation, professional value perception and social support have a significant positive impact on the professional identity of flexible employment personnel to varying degrees. At the same time, the five factors are also interrelated, and the optimization of any one factor can promote the improvement of other factors.
