The purpose of this study is to ascertain Bangladesh's national level and the employment situation of waqf employees. In this scenario, an analytical technique is used. A selective sample strategy is used to select 260 participants and respondents along with 130 respondents from waqf institute management for the study in the Dhaka district. In this case, a questionnaire survey approach was employed to collect the data, and the SPSS software was utilized to analyze it. According to the study's findings, when management decisions are positively changed, so is the employee's job situation. However, job creation varies negatively as a result of management decisions. In addition to this, it was found during the field inspection that the waqf organization's waqf administration contained serious errors and irregularities. Additionally, the researcher spoke with and observed waqf personnel who were dealing with management concerns and opening up career chances. Waqf operations have also been considered to have a significant lack of openness and accountability. Data was collected using the purposive sampling approach as part of a descriptive, survey, and quantitative investigation. Effective inventory management is a crucial part of each and every business enterprise to control the risk of overstock as well as stock-out. Both overstock and stock-out of the product are harmful to enterprises for optimizing revenue because overstock leads to wastage of product; on the other hand, stock-out leads to the loss of a regular and potential customer. For a grocery shop, the use of proper inventory management techniques is more important than for any other small enterprise because, usually, a grocery shop deals with more than 100 types of different products. Through the proper use of inventory management techniques, the possibility of overstocking and stock-outs in grocery shops may be reduced to a great extent. This paper presents effective inventory management techniques for grocery shops in Bangladesh based on a grocery shop in Khulna city named Babul Store, Khulna. There are a number of inventory control approaches that can be used to maintain appropriate inventory management. The objective of the study is to suggest some guidelines to the inventory manager so that they can easily avoid overstocking and stock problems and make all the necessary goods available in the right quantity at the right time. All the necessary data were collected from a grocery shop in Khulna city named Babul Store, Khulna. This study will suggest some guidelines that will help develop inventory management software for further analysis. Sustainable per capita economic growth, defined as an annual growth rate of a minimum of 7%, serves as a representative measure for sustained economic growth, while the growth rate of branches of bank and ATMs per 0.1 million people functions as a proxy for FI. Employing panel data models, our findings suggest a positive correlation between FI and sustained economic growth, although this relationship does not attain statistical significance. We also employ robust endogeneity-consistent estimation techniques, including the two-step system and differenced Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) approaches, and our results consistently indicate that financial inclusion, as measured by bank branches and ATM outreach, does not appear to be a significant driver of economic growth. This study utilized qualitative, quantitative, and mixed research methods in a mixed methodology. The data was adjusted, computed, and analyzed using statistical software (SPSS version 16.0), with the assistance of 45 female business owners who participated in in-depth interviews and completed questionnaires. The research examines successful South Sudanese female business owners' transformational leadership philosophies in light of their interpersonal, managerial, entrepreneurial, and business expertise. Despite the importance of transformational leadership in the growth of small businesses, this topic has received little research, with the majority of earlier investigations concentrating on large corporate settings. Researchers contribute to the literature by using a qualitative, quantitative method approach, adopting a combination of explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis, coupled with analyses. Using a sample of 58 companies, I conduct a content analysis of their publicly available documents and develop a disclosure index. The study demonstrates that there is a significant association between the level of disclosure of climate change issues (disclosures index) and the board of director’s effectiveness (measured by Board Shareholder Confidence Index) for Canadian oil & gas companies. This study also explores the association between firms’ value and the level of climate change disclosure. The empirical evidence indicates that the investors take the extent of disclosures on climate changes into considerations when they assess the market value of the firms. This study contributes to environmental accounting literature because it examines the relationship between climate change disclosures and corporate governance. While there is existing research on supplier participation in new product development, less attention has been given to the role of procurement in this process. The study aims to explore the relationships between strategic procurement and supplier capabilities, supplier capabilities and participation in new product development, and enterprise cooperation and supplier participation in new product development. Using a conceptual model based on supply chain and transaction cost theories, the study finds that strategic procurement positively affects supplier investment in new product development through improved supplier capabilities and partnership between enterprises. Additionally, supplier technical and supply capabilities, trust between enterprises, and communication and collaboration positively influence supplier participation in new product development.
