The researcher used questionnaires, interviews, and observation as the main data-gathering methods. There were 80 people there in total during the research, and 60 were randomly selected as the sample size. For the purpose of this study, descriptive statistics were generated by data analysis using SPSS version 20.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). The data collection process employed both secondary and primary sources. The secondary responsibility was to evaluate already published works, such as books, essays, periodicals, journals, newspapers, and websites. The main methods for gathering data were questionnaires, observations, and interviews, and secondary data was also employed. The national police force of South Sudan has reportedly been able to successfully carry out the duties outlined in the SSNP Act 2011.The National Police Service must overcome a number of significant challenges before it can implement security sector reforms at the Ministry of Interior in South Sudan, according to the report, including the lack of excitement among police officers. The study analyzed published works and data collected through questionnaires, revealing that South Sudan's national police force successfully fulfils duties under the SSNP Act 2011 due to the Ministry of Interior's security sector reforms. However, challenges like lack of officer enthusiasm remain. Since 2005, South Sudan's security sector has faced challenges due to inadequate police training programs and low professionalization. Innovation in technological SMEs requires efficient use and allocation of competitive intelligence acquisition activities, and the lessons learned, and business methods acquired through the knowledge management process, combined with the innovative capabilities of knowledge employees, are internalized in the organization to continuously enhance organizational creativity, which is the personality of technological SMEs. Based on the individual characteristics of small and medium-sized technological enterprises, this study’s purpose is focuses on exploring the relationship between competitive intelligence acquisition, knowledge management process, and innovation performance. By strengthening the positive influencing factors of innovation performance of small and medium-sized technological enterprises, the internal resource integration and development of enterprises can be achieved, thus achieving innovation output and maintaining competitive advantage. This research paper explored the potential and capability of big data analytics and machine learning techniques in terms of enhancing stock price prediction accuracy in the setting of the Bangladesh stock market. The methodology adopted in the study entailed a data gathering process, which comprised collecting financial data from the Bangladesh stock market, such as news articles, financial statements, macroeconomic indicators, and historical stock prices. Based on a literature review, various fundamental and technical indicators are chosen as predictive features. The research paper employed a combined methodology that consolidates technical calculations and sentimental analysis to predict and forecast stock market patterns. By adopting machine learning and sentiment analysis techniques, this technique provides future predictions for the stock market while considering the impact of political events, economic factors, and dynamics in social media. The consolidation of big data analytics enables real-time predictions of stock market movements. The sentiment analysis algorithm facilitates prompt and extensive evaluations of tweets and news articles. Communities also pass on their customs from one generation to the next. Maintaining local communities within a country is important, and preserving cultural traditions helps to enhance neighborhood engagement in cities. This research work intends to explore a specific community heritage known as the Kuri community in Sylhet, Bangladesh. They are one of the most deprived communities in Bangladesh. They have distinct professions in snack making, like parched rice, puffed rice and many savory snacks. The business is continuing from time to time and from generation to generation. Though their economic condition is underprivileged, their community bonding and neighborhood are impressive and strong. The aim of this paper is to find out their origin, lifestyle, settlement pattern and economic activities. This study will investigate the relationship between the spatial organization of domestic space and working space. Also, it’s a matter of concern that there is no research identifying them or preserving their professional identity. In this paper, the study collected data from the locals of Masimpur, where the majority of them currently dwell. In accordance with the study's stated aims, a questionnaire survey was conducted as part of the qualitative research design process. The philosophical underpinnings were subjectivism ontology and interpretivism epistemology, while axiology was value-bound. The target population were SME owners and managers in Cameroon. A purposive sampling method was used to recruit participants in the town of Buea, from whom primary data was obtained through interviews. The findings revealed the overarching theme of administrative problems as the major sustainability challenge of SMEs. The study also revealed financial problems, electricity supply problems, knowledge & innovation problems, as well as management problems that SMEs face as challenges to their sustainability. This study had a geographical limitation as it was carried out only in the town of Buea, located in the south west region of Cameroon. As a recommendation, comparative studies should be done in other towns to have a broader overview of the challenges faced by SMEs in Cameroon. Based on the results, SME owners and managers will see the need to invest in entrepreneurial education and have adequate capital before venturing into business. The efficacy of any policy hinges upon its formulation with a forward-looking vision, steadfast implementation, and rigorous evaluation of outcomes. Innovation policy, as a pivotal instrument, assumes a guiding role in the advancement of a nation, region, and industry, informed by scientific and technological achievements, knowledge reservoirs, and innovative endeavors. Commencing in the latter part of the 1970s, China embarked upon a trajectory characterized by the implementation of an open economic policy. Within this overarching framework, notable emphasis has been placed on the widespread assimilation of scientific and technological progress, with particular emphasis on the industrial domain. This commitment to fostering technological prowess culminated in the formal adoption of the \"Innovation-Oriented Economic Development Strategy\" in the year 2006. Numerous factors influence a country's economic growth, but the foremost concern of the current study is remittance. To assess the association between remittance and GDP growth in Bangladesh gross national savings and gross national expenditure are also taken into consideration. The connection between economic growth and remittances is a subject of debate over the period across the world. In many countries, remittances have positive effect on growth of economy and some have no effect on economic growth, a lot of studies revealed. The primary aim of this study is to examine the association between remittances and economic growth in Bangladesh. For data analysis, the model is constructed with economic growth measured by Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as the dependent variable, and three independent variables, namely remittances, gross savings, and gross expenditure. In the case of Bangladesh, the current study has shown a statistically significant long-term positive correlation between remittances and GDP's economic growth.
