Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 91 responden di lima kabupaten yang ada di Solok yakni, Kubung, X Koto Diatas, X Singkarak, Alahan Panjang, dan. Sungai Lasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni mixed method yakni menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan alat Analisa menggunakan Smart PLS dan R Studio. Dari hasil penelitian, peneliti menemukan bahwa bekerja dari rumah memiliki implikasi positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan sebesar 0.875, karena nilai T statistik sebesar 24.426 yang berarti lebih besar dari 1.96, sehingga hipotesis H1 dinyatakan diterima. Penelitian ini mengafirmasi bahwa Bekerja dari rumah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan. Selain Bekerja Dari Rumah, faktor lain yaitu Kesehatan jasmani juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan sebesar 0.369, karena nilai T statistik sebesar 3.346 yang berarti lebih besar dari 1.96, sehingga hipotesis H1 dinyatakan diterima. Penelitian ini sekaligus mengafirmasi temuan bahwa Kesehatan Jasmani memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Berikut penjelasan mengapa bekerja dari rumah dan Kesehatan jasmani memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. After the policy related to PSBB, the government again issued a Ministerial Instruction concerning the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) which was issued four times and not only that in a number of regions, PPKM policies were also implemented based on various regional policies in the form of circulars. Thus, the question arises: What is the urgency of the issuance of the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs and a number of other regulations related to the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) and what are the legal implications of the issuance of the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs and a number of other regulations related to the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM). To answer this question, the author uses a normative juridical approach by reviewing a number of related regulations and a number of literatures so that it can be concluded that the instructions of the Minister of Home Affairs and a number of other regulations related to the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) are fully arrenged under the authority of the government. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a causal associative approach. . The population in this study were all employees of Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang except for the Head of Department (HOD) which amounted to 150 employees. The number of samples in this study was 60 people. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire (questionnaire) using a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique using SPSS version 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that; 1) career development Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang as many as 13.3% of respondents said it was good and 86.7% said it was not good. 2) Job satisfaction of Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang employees as many as 21.7% of respondents said they were satisfied and 78.3% said they were not satisfied. 3) there is a significant effect between career development and employee job satisfaction at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang, with a regression coefficient of 8.526 in sig. 0.00 < 0.05. This means that every increase of 1 unit of career development will increase employee job satisfaction by 8,526 units. The purpose of this study was to find out how the strategies and inhibiting factors of the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in the development of micro, small and medium enterprises based on the creative economy in Pariaman City. The analytical method used in this research is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) by monitoring internal and external factors. The results of the study using SWOT analysis and strategies that can be used by the Pariaman City Micro Business Cooperative Office are as follows: a.) Normatively, this research refers to Bali Provincial Regulation Number 4 of 2019 about Traditional Village in Bali and teoritically this research refers to synergy theory by Stephen R. Covey. This research was qualitative using descriptive method and inductive approach. The technique of data gathered through interview, observation, and documentation. The technique of data analyzis was through data gathered, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.
