{"title":"Menentukan Tipe Pasang Surut dan Muka Air Rencana Perairan Laut Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah Menggunakan Metode Admiralty","authors":"Fadilah, Suripin, Dwiwahju Sasongko","doi":"10.36706/MASPARI.V6I1.1703","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36706/MASPARI.V6I1.1703","url":null,"abstract":"Pengelolaan  wilayah  pantai  sangat  penting  untuk  mempertahankan  fungsinya  sebagai pelindung  (barrier)  antara  lautan  dan  daratan,  karena  wilayah  ini  berperan  khusus  dalam bidang  pelabuhan,  navigasi,  rekreasi,  dan  sebagainya.  Pasang  surut  merupakan  faktor  utama yang  mempengaruhi  keberadaan  peran-peran  wilayah  pantai  tersebut  sehingga  perlu diperhitungkan dengan baik sebelum melakukan kegiatan di wilayah pantai. Setiap wilayah memiliki kondisi pasang surut yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 Juni hingga 11 Juli 2008 di tambak udang PT. Tirta Bumi Nirbaya Teluk Hurun Lampung Selatan. Dalam menentukan stasiun digunakan metode random sampling dan pengukuran sampel dilakukan pada dua tempat yaitu pengukuran secara in situ di lapangan dan analisis di laboratorium Balai Besar Pengembangan Budidaya Laut (BBPBL) Lampung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian kualitas air tambak udang PT. Tirta Bumi Nirbaya termasuk dalam kategori sesuai bersyarat dan sangat sesuai. Hasil evaluasi kualitas air tanggal 8 Juni 2008 termasuk dalam kategori sesuai bersyarat dengan total skor berkisar antara 45-49. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposive, yaitu Desa Tunggulsari,  Desa Pasarbanggi, dan  Desa  Dasun.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi,  wawancara,  kuisioner,  dan  studi  pustaka. The aim of this research ware to know and analyze the ratio of floating raft method, long line method, and off-bottom method to growth from Eucheuma cottonii covering as follows : growth rate; growth relative; and weight accretion. The data obtained were analyzed using parametric statistics with more than two different test groups (One Way ANOVA) and continued with LSD test on α = 5% level if data was significantly affected. The results of showed that the floating raft method is more effective than other farming methods. The highest growth rate of Eucheuma cottonii on the floating raft method amounted to 48.40% gr / day. As the same with highest growth relative was found in the floating raft method amounted to 1.569 g and weight accretion of highest on the method of long line of 122.39 gr. Key Words : Seaweed Farming Method, Eucheuma cottonii , ABSTRAK Penelitian mengenai Studi Pertumbuhan Rumput Laut ( Eucheuma cotonii ) dengan berbagai Metode Penanaman yang berbeda di Perairan Kalianda, Lampung Selatan telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai April 2010. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis perbandingan metode budidaya rakit apung ( floating raft method ), rawai panjang ( long line method ), dan lepas dasar ( off-bottom method ) terhadap pertumbuhan Eucheuma cottonii melalui pengukuran : laju pertumbuhan; pertumbuhan nisbi/relatif, dan pertambahan berat. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistik parametrik dengan uji beda lebih dari dua kelompok ( One Way Anova ) dan apabila berpengaruh nyata maka diuji lanjut dengan uji LSD pada taraf α = 5%. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa metode budidaya rakit apung lebih efektif dibanding dengan metode budidaya lainnya. Laju pertumbuhan tertinggi Eucheuma cottonii didapatkan pada metode rakit apung sebesar 48,40 %gr/hari. Pertumbuhan nisbi/relatif tertinggi didapatkan pada metode rakit apung sebesar 1,569 gr dan pertambahan berat tertinggi didapatkan pada metode long line sebesar 122,39 gr. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kesesuaian kawasan mangrove sebagai penunjang dalam pengembangan ekowisata di Muara Sungai Musi Kabupaten Banyuasin. Metode penelitian yaitu survei lapangan dan analisis SIG. Stasiun pengamatan ditentukan sebanyak 8 stasiun secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) untuk ekowisata mangrove di Muara Sungai Musi kategori sangat sesuai (S1) terdapat pada stasiun 1 dan stasiun 3, kategori sesuai (S2) stasiun 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 dan 8. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai Oktober 2013 di Pesisir Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Sebelumnya, pada tahun pertama dilakukan analisis citra dan pengambilan data mangrove untuk menentukan wilayah yang akan dijadikan areal penanaman mangrove. Penanaman mangrove dilakukan pada 3 kawasan pasca penambangan timah di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Kawasan pasca penambangan timah yang dijadikan areal penanaman yaitu Desa Pasir Putih, Desa Tukak dan Desa Batu Perahu. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu, melakukan penanaman bibit mangrove, pemeliharaan dan monitoring dan mengukur tingkat keberhasilan penanaman mangrove pada lahan-lahan bekas penambangan timah yang ada di wilayah Bangka Selatan. Kegiatan penanaman mangrove di Desa Pasir Putih dan Desa Tukak Kabupaten Bangka Selatan, sebagai upaya untuk rehabilitasi kawasan pasca penambangan timah inkonvensional, tergolong berhasil. Keberhasilan kegiatan penanaman mangrove, tidak hanya tergantung pada pemilihan jenis mangrove yang akan ditanam tetapi juga pemilihan lokasi penanaman harus sesuai bagi pertumbuhan mangrove. The observation location was divided into 3 stations. The growth level of Rhizophora apiculata seed was measured in each monitorings for three months after planting. Calculation and measured were done conducted consist of living percentage, seed growing, total of leaves and diameter of tree. Calculation biomass of Rhizophora apiculata seed was conducted by cutting seed then it was dried on the oven with temperature 105 o C for 24 hours. The living percentage of R. Apiculata was range between 46,67-73,33%. The increase height average of bud weas 0,45-0,74 cm. The average diameter of bud which have been planting for 3 months were 0,02-0,04 peaces. Biomass of R. apiculata feed lings 3 months were 21,622-33,729 gr. Keywords : Biomass, Growth level, Rhizophora apiculata , The Delta of Upang . Penelitian tingkat pertumbuhan dan biomassa bibit Rhizophora apiculata dilakukan pada bulan September sampai November 2009 di Delta Upang Kabupaten Banyuasin, Propinsi Sumatera Selatan. Lokasi pengamatan dibagi menjadi 3 stasiun. Untuk mengetahui tingkat pertumbuhan bibit R. apiculata dilakukan pengukuran pada setiap kali pengamatan selama tiga bulan setelah penanaman. Perhitungan dan pengukuran yang dilakukan meliputi persentase kehidupan , pertumbuhan tunas, jumlah daun serta ukuran diameter batang. Perhitungan biomassa bibit R. apiculata dilakukan dengan memotong bibit kemudian dikeringkan ke dalam oven pada suhu 105 o C selama 24 jam. Tingkat persentase hidup R. apiculata yaitu berkisar antara 46,67-73,33%. Pertambahan tinggi tunas rata-rata bibit yaitu 0,45-0,74 cm. Diameter rata-rata selama tiga bulan penanaman berkisar antara 0,02-0,04 mm dan jumlah daun rata-rata selama tiga bulan penanaman yaitu 2-3 helai. Biomassa yang didapatkan setelah tiga bulan pengamatan yaitu 21,622-33,729 gr. One of the zooplankton are widely used as the main feed saltwater fish breeding is a rotifer. Zooplankton rotifers is used for natural food fish, especially fish larvae are very small in size. Rotifers used in this research that Brachionus plicatilis. The purpose of this study was the effect of the accretion population Microalgae B. plicatilis and obtain the type of phytoplankton that can deliver the highest populations of B. plicatilis. The method used is the experimental laboratory with 3 treatments and 5 repetitions. The treatment used is Tetraselmis chuii, Nannochloropsis sp, and Chaetoceros sp. ANOVA one-way statistical results with a confidence level of 99% shows the effect of the treatment. Further trials with LSD showed that the increase of Nannochloropsis sp best with a maximum density of 159.8 ind / ml, followed by Chaetoceros sp the number of 118.4 ind / ml, and Tetraselmis chuii totaled 74.8 ind / ml. The high population of B. plicatilis using a feed treatment B (Nannochloropsis sp) because it has a small body size in accordance with the mouth opening B. plicatilis and high nutrient content. In this study, feeding Nannochloropsis sp produce the highest population and significant effect on population growth B. Plicatilis. {"title":"Pola Sebaran Salinitas dengan Model Numerik Dua Dimensi di Muara Sungai Musi","authors":"Christie Indah Sari","doi":"10.36706/MASPARI.V5I2.2503","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36706/MASPARI.V5I2.2503","url":null,"abstract":"The aim of this research is to describe the spread salinity with two dimensions numerical model at the Musi River’s estuary, and also to determined relationship of spread salinity with hydrodynamic unsure in water. The research has been done at Juli – Agustus 2011 at Musi River’s estuary, South Sumatra. Determination of sampling points is done by using purposive sampling method. The sample is measured by in-situ method and the data is proceed using Surface Water Modelling System (SMS 8.1) software, then verified with field measurement. The result of this research indicated that when the condition of sea-water tidal waters not too far into the river, the concentration of salinity in the surface layer (0.2 D) ranged between 6 - 28o/oo, in the water column (0.5 D) between 6 - 27o/oo, and in the deep waters (0.8 D) between 5 - 27o/oo. In other hand, at low tide condition, the influence of river moved farther out to the sea, with the concentration of salinity in the surface layer (0.2 D) ranged between 5 - 26o/oo, the salinity in the water column (0.5 D) and in the deep waters (0.8 D) between 4 - 27 o/oo. The result of spread salinity of the model simulation shows that the salinity distribution patterns follow the formed of the flow so that it can be said that the flow will affect the distribution of salinity in the waters. Based on the results of the flow simulation and salinity with or without the effects of wind’s flow and salinity patterns are the same, in the range 0.9 to 23.9o/oo. The verified average error result of measurement and simulation the model (MRE) with or without wind is 3,163 E-11%.
