Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna smartphone Samsung di Kota Yogyakarta. Untuk menentukan sampel, peneliti menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian didapatkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan oleh peneliti kepada responden di kawasan Kota Yogyakarta. Anggota sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden.
