Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 100 responden masyarakat Tangerang Selatan yang mengetahui atau berminat terhadap Toyota Calya. Data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil dari penelitian Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap minat beli mengemukakan Electronic Word of Mouth secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat beli. Selain itu, Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas website berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Hasil dari uji simultan juga menyatakan variabel Electronic Word of Mouth dan Kualitas website berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat beli konsumen. Hal dapat dilihat dari hasil nilai fhitung sebesar 140,567 lebih besar dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel(2,98) = 140,567 > 3,09 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang artinya variabel Electronic Word of Mouth dan kualitas website secara bersama-sama atau simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan kuisioner. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden. Uji statistic dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structurel Equation Modelling berbasis PLS. Uji validitas menggunakan nilai faktor loading, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai Cronbach’s alpha, reliabilitas komposit dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Semua hipotesis yang diajukan terdukung dan signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat beli pada mcdonald’s lampung. The population in this research is the sharia Bank in Indonesia, registered with OJK (Kuangan Service Authority). The period of observation used was 2014-2018 or for 5 years. The sample used is by using the Purposiv sampling method, so that a sample of 13 research samples was obtained at times of the observation period over 5 years into 65 research data. The technical analysis of data used is a method of double linear analysis with a significant rate of 5% (0.05). The results of this study showed that inflation has no significant negative influence on ROA. Interest rate variables have no significant negative impact on ROA. While NPF (Non Performing Finance) variables have significant negative effect on ROA.
