{"title":"The Implementation of Numbered Head Together Learning Model on Student Integrated Science Learning Outcomes in SMP Negeri 1 Panei","authors":"Salome Rajagukguk","doi":"10.51601/ijersc.v2i3.78","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51601/ijersc.v2i3.78","url":null,"abstract":"The prevailing inquiry was performed aiming to know how Numbered Head Together Method was implemented and affect the students learning outcomes of 7th grade in SMP Negeri 1 Panei during Integrated Science Learning process. Cluster random sampling was employed to choose the samples, obtaining 64 students (two classes), in which one class (32 students) acted as experimental class receiving Numbered Head Together learning model, while another class (32 students) acted as control class received by conventional model. Data retrieved were then analyzed using SPSS 21. The analysis resulted that students who received Numbered Head Together learning model had better learning outcomes (80.62) than students’ who received conventional model (72.19). Hypothesis was further tested using t-test at significance level of α = 0.05 obtaining tcount (3.30) > ttable (2.00), thus Ha is accepted, indicating that Numbered Head Together learning model affect the Learning Outcomes of 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Panei during Integrated Science learning process. It is concluded that Numbered Head Together has an impact on students learning outcomes of 7th grade of SMP Negeri 1 Panei during Integrated Science learning process at academic year of 2019/2020. The seven sub-districts include Cianjur, Cipanas, Pacet, Sukaresmi, Cugenang, Karangtengah and Ciranjang districts. Based on this case, the Cianjur Regency Government conducted outreach on prevention and control of COvid-19 in Cianjur. The purpose of this research is to know the analysis, strategy, mobilization, evaluation of the continuity of the socialization of the Covid-19 prevention and control program of the Cianjur Regency Government. This research method uses a qualitative approach with literature study analysis techniques in the scientific field of public policy. Meanwhile, the model used as a reference is the Advocacy Model. This model was first introduced by the Johns Hopkins University-USA Center for Communication Programs (CCP) in 1988. The results and discussion of this study were viewed from the aspect of data analysis in the field that the number of confirmed positive patients in Cianjur Regency was 316 people. In connection with this field analysis, organizations also need to be involved. The organizations involved are: Cianjur Health Office, Cianjur Police, community leaders, entrepreneurs, media, restaurant owners, RT and RW / Kampung, Alim ulama; Health cadres and Posyandu cadres, academics; Community, Stakeholders. Furthermore, the strategic aspect plays an important role, namely, the Cianjur Regency Government, West Java, continues to strive to prevent the spread of the corona virus or Covid-19, one of which is by imposing local isolation. For the third phase, namely Mobilization, which is carried out by the Cianjur Regency Government is very massive, namely implementing health protocols is still a mainstay in Cianjur Regency, West Java to prevent the spread of Covid-19, which has a very dynamic movement rate. The socialization was carried out by intensifying the 3M campaign to the community, namely wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining distance in various activities. The stages of the action were carried out by the Cianjur Regency Government in collaboration with all parties. Not only the government, but also all other competent policy makers. 3M's Echo activity is a campaign to make people aware of the discipline of applying health protocols. The creation of learning media in this study uses a prototype model, which consists of listening to needs, building mock-ups and evaluating mock-ups. As a sample of research is SMAS Wiyata Mandala Balai Batang Tarang, with data collection techniques used consisting of interviews, observations and library studies. The media designed in this study provides facilities to three (3) level users, namely administration, teachers and students. Administration can manage administrative data, majors, subjects, classes, students, teachers, teaching teachers, announcements and access student achievement reports. Teachers can manage to manage teaching materials, problem banks, meeting schedules and access student achievement reports. Students can access modules, work on weekly meeting questions and access the grades in the meeting results. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, and price with customer satisfaction at Islamic commercial banks in the city of Bogor. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to determine the level of influence of the relationship between customer satisfaction with service quality, product quality and price. This study used a sample of 100 respondents with qualifications of 81 men and 19 women and used a descriptive approach. The results of this study are the level of customer satisfaction with prices reaching 2.49, besides that the level of customer satisfaction with products is 2.91, and the level of customer satisfaction with service quality is 2.84. This research used normative legal as research methods. The data sources in the form of secondary data including primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is in the form of qualitative analysis and deductive conclusion. From the results of this research, it was concluded that the protection efforts had been made through the regulation of laws and penal efforts both in the Criminal Code and the children protecting laws by providing criminal sanctions for sexual offenders. Yet, with the importance of Islamic financial planning, the individuals who apply the Islamic financial planning in managing their wealth are still rare. So that this research intends to discover the influence of Islamic financial literacy towards each individual’s Islamic financial planning, and moderation effects given by the big five personality trait. The researcher used the simple regression test to find out the Islamic financial literacy effects towards the Islamic financial planning, and used the analysis of moderated multiple regression (MMR) to take the idea that the big five personality trait can moderate the Islamic financial literacy effects towards the Islamic financial planning. The data is collected by using the survey technique through questionnaire distribution to 115 moslem entrepreneurs in Bandung area. The result of this research shows that the Islamic financial literacy influences the Islamic financial planning significantly, and the big five personality trait partially moderates that influence.
