The results of this study are that the poverty rate is still difficult to suppress even though central and regional programs have been implemented where one of the main reasons is the problem of lack of funding, the budget required is around IDR 1.4 trillion, which was realized IDR 890 billion (2017). BAZNAS Bogor Regency has played an active role in the KDP program, but it is still far from optimal. This study was a correlational study designed to determine whether and how a set of variables had related to each other. The participants were 50 students in the first year of high school. The instruments used in this study were observation sheet and questionnaire. Observation sheet is used to find out the category of students’ activities in STAD model and give a questionnaire consisting of seven items to the students. SPSS was used to analyze the data. The score of product-moment by using SPSS, Rxy is (0,410): it showed there was a significant correlation between students’ activities in STAD model and their interest in learning English. Referring to the product-moment table, it shows that the correlation is “enough” because 0,401 placed between 0,400 – 0,599. In addition, the null hypothesis was rejected because r table is lower than r observation whether at 5% (0,279) or at 1 % (0,361) level of significance, meaning that there was a significant correlation between students’ activities in STAD model and their interest in learning English. The Regional Regulation is the juridical basis used by the Head of government at the regional level, namely the Regent and Deputy Regent. This research is a nomative law research in which the approach used is the library or statutory approach through a study of the decisions on the results of the dispute over the village picades. The technique of collecting legal materials is carried out by means of library research. The analysis of legal materials is carried out in a qualitative deductive manner so that a conclusion can be drawn according to the needs of what has been studied. What has been researched is the regent's responsibility as a regional head which is carried out in accordance with the Regional Regulation to form an Election Committee, a Sub-District Supervisory Committee, a District Research Committee, and a Dispute Resolution Team formed directly by the East Lombok Regent.
