The introduction of an integrated course “Native education: children’s literature with studying methods” in the training of future primary school teachers gives them the opportunity to navigate in current trends in children’s literature and model various algorithms of perception and interpretation of the texts. The study analyzes the introduction of interactive technology in literary education, which changes the vector of lectures to dialogic interaction with the student audience, provides a formal update of practical classes using quests and workshops. In accordance with the tasks of the New Ukrainian School and higher education of future primary school teachers, the authors analyze the possibilities of using critical thinking technology, ICT, augmented reality, projects in the system of literary education of the Pedagogical Institute.The importance of acquiring knowledge, skills and abilities to apply AR-applications to interactive editions of fiction by future primary school teachers during their organization of literary reading is substantiated. Tasks with the use of ICT tools have been developed for students. The article points out the role of university autonomy and its measuring; the content of academic autonomy is revealed; it is the focused on one of its components – the rating assessment of research and teaching staff professional activities.\u0000\u0000The aim of the article is to determine the role of academic autonomy as a necessary condition for the evaluation of scientific and pedagogical activities of university teachers and justify the importance of such self-esteem in the system of internal quality assurance of higher education.\u0000\u0000The article points out the connection between the rating assessment of scientific and pedagogical staff of the university with its mission, vision and development strategy. It is noted that the rating of the university teachers’ professional activities is a multilevel, integrated and complex process, which aims to study the level of quality assurance in higher education at the university and develop and justify management decisions to improve it.\u0000\u0000Based on the comparison of normative documents and open sources on the Internet of Ukrainian universities from different Ukraine regions and universities included in the QS World University Rankings 2022, it was carried out the analysis of the rating assessment the professional activity of research and teaching staff of higher education institutions.\u0000\u0000The analysis of self-assessment methods made it possible to identify both common criteria and approaches, аnd certain specifics in the rating policy of higher education institutions, which indicates the institutional autonomy of Ukrainian universities. The work used a system of methods and approaches, among which innovative, ecological, competence, systemic, anthropological, cultural, axiological, aesthetic, artistic, epistemological were the defining ones. The developed \"Cultural-artistic model of ecological competence of a mathematics teacher\" contains 4 components - cognitive, activity, personal-psychological and cultural-artistic. The ecological competence of the mathematics teacher has a functional focus on integrative ecologization, aestheticization, axiologization, and ethicization of the cultural and educational space and on the development of a harmonious and healthy personality. In the components of ecological competence, the mathematical dimension is significant. In the cognitive component, this is mathematical knowledge, ideas, and cognitive skills and schemes through which the phenomenology of ecological problems is revealed. In the cultural and artistic component, mathematics is used to reveal the phenomenology of the aesthetic, artistic, harmonious, perfect. In the personal and psychological component, the ideas of harmony are actualized. The activity component is aimed at the integrative disclosure of mathematical, ecological, artistic, ethical and aesthetic phenomena. The directions of ecologization, mathematization, aestheticization, ethicization, axiologisation, and psychologization of the cultural and educational space are integrated into the system of ecological competence of the mathematics teacher. During the formation and implementation of ecological competence, methodical disciplines were developed and applied. The specified methodological disciplines are purposefully formed for the integration and target (ecological, mathematical and aesthetic) and competence orientation of knowledge, values, meanings, ethical attitudes, prescribed from various subject areas. It is effective to use KOMPAS-3D (CorelDraw) for making design documentation of details (products). An exploratory research is described to identify difficulties and further interest of 1st and 2nd year students during doing the ITRT.\u0000It is established that students are not only interested in performing tasks of this type, but they also try to make changes (adjustments) to the drawings. It is noted that the use of differentiated tasks in the execution of drawings of parts (products) with computer-based teaching means helps to take into account the individual characteristics of students and the implementation of an individual approach to them. It is substantiated that while making differentiated tasks, it should be taken into account the features of computer-based teaching means with which students work, as well as the level of their mastery of this program. It is suggested to divide ITRT into two blocks: the basic - performance of the drawing construction according to the instruction; additional - performance of additional 2 tasks. The task of the additional block is offered – \"To make changes to the design of the stand\" and \"To make a pattern, emblem or logo on the details (parts) of the product\". The essence of additional tasks is described. The article presents statistical data on the number of students at each of the higher education levels of the European Union. The factors influencing the process of university education development have been discussed: European and national. It is generalized that the current tendencies of the development of higher education in the countries of the European Union are: the mass character of population obtaining higher education; increasing accessibility of higher education for citizens; internationalization. The general tendencies of organization of the educational process in universities of the European Union countries include: the use of higher education levels (bachelor and master); the use of credit-transfer system of training; the education quality control (developing common criteria for evaluating the quality of teaching and providing educational services); the expansion of academic mobility (creation of integrated educational programs and programs for conducting scientific researches); from teaching – to self-study; from skills – to competences and learning outcomes; orientation to achievement of goals and attention to the evaluation of achievements; dialogue between structures; from linearity – to dynamic thinking; providing the employment of graduates. It is noted that current trends in the development of higher education and specific activities of universities of the EU countries are increasingly affecting the socio-political and economic development of European countries. The objectives of the educational policy of the EU countries include: improving the provision of educational services, facilitating the employment of graduates and strengthening interaction with various sectors of the domestic and world economy, strengthening international cooperation activities, mobility of students and teaching staff, internationalization of higher education, which are crucial factors for advancement of our country in the global competition on the world market of goods and services. In recent years, the concept of “media information literacy” (MIL) has become normalized in scientific circulation. It implies recognition of the leading role of information and media in everyday life, enables citizens to understand the functions of mass media and other information providers, critically evaluate their content and make informed decisions. In the documents of UNESCO and the European Commission, the concept of MIL is used as a universal term that denotes a set of knowledge, attitudes, abilities, and skills that allow access to information and knowledge, analyse, evaluate, use, create and disseminate them with maximum productivity in accordance with legislative and ethical standards and with respect for human rights. The article highlights the process of designing the distance course “Media Literacy in Art Classes” for teachers of general secondary education institutions that teach the courses of the art cycle, in particular, the integrated course “Art”. Scientific sources and legal documents were analysed to clarify the essence and modern interpretation of the concept of “media information literacy”; a number of mass open online courses on media literacy were considered; a survey of art teachers was conducted. According to the results of the survey, 6 topics, which were the most interesting to the respondents, were selected and the structure of the distance course, designed for 30 hours, 1 ECTS credit, was formed. The content of the course includes the study of the peculiarities of perception and critical evaluation of visual and audiovisual arts, as well as various aspects of the impact of media arts on the content of media messages. The article deals with the problems of forming the health culture of students in pedagogical theory. Special attention has been paid to the problem of health in modern researches. However the development of educational and methodical tools for the formation of health protection culture of the high school students needs additional experimental researches. The preconditions and conditions for forming the foundations of the culture of youth health are determined. We analyse reasons according to which the process of forming a culture of health of students can be considered as a pedagogical problem. The sequence and structure of solving the pedagogical problem of formation of the bases of the culture of health of student youth are determined. The analysis of the research literature allowed to distinguish supporting two concepts: \"culture\" and \"health\" and the accompanying concept of \"healthy lifestyle\". It is emphasized that the relationship and interdependence of teachers' professional and career development is a necessary condition for universities' staffing autonomy, which allows them to make decisions about career development, promotion of academic and administrative staff. 9 different models of professional development are characterized, the positive and negative properties of each of them are determined. The article analyzes the experience of organizing professional development and career support for teachers at the University of Tartu (Estonia), Uppsala University (Sweden), University of Edinburgh (Scotland, UK). Estonia, Sweden and the United Kingdom are the leaders among the countries of the European Union in the level of universities' staffing autonomy. It is proved that universities are not limited to one model of teachers' professional development, but offer a combination of practices, processes and conditions from different models. The survey and tendencies to occurrence in younger people were carried out; the factors of stroke occurrence in young people have been studied. Statistics on the uneven distribution of strokes by gender were analyzed. It has been determined that women are at higher risk of suffering a severe or fatal stroke than men. The main reasons for such statistics are indicated. The main types of speech and language impairments that can occur after cerebral circulatory disorders are analyzed. The leading signs of aphasia, apraxia and dysarthria in adults have been identified. The definition of progressive apraxia of speech is revealed. It is established that these disorders occur due to damage to the language areas of the brain. The advantages of using electronic means of communication in speech-language therapy during quarantine restrictions and martial law in Ukraine are revealed. Software and messengers were characterised, such as Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, and Skype, that are used during distance and/or face-to-face sessions with a speech language pathologist. The main advantages of using these programs and the requirements for a speech language pathologist in the use of electronic means of communication are described. The concept of \"social networks\" and their impact on the rehabilitation of adult patients is revealed. The positive aspects of using social networks with adults during speech-language therapy, in particular Instagram and Facebook, are highlighted. Mobile applications are described as an additional means of restoring various aspects of speech, language and higher mental functions. It is noted that the current situation in the country, taking into account quarantine restrictions and martial law, can not provide full, continuous and quality speech language therapy in these cases, which leads to the conclusion that the lack of effectiveness of using exclusively traditional methods and techniques to compensate speech and language disorders caused by stroke, and encourages further search for ways to improve it by electronic means of communication.
