Although much research has been carried out, there is still no agreed international standards regarding models, concepts, indicators, ways to measure smart city performance and the characteristics of each country that are different. In Indonesia, there is a smart city model that consists of 6 dimensions. One of the dimensions is smart economy, where there are three sub-dimensions to make it more specific and targeted. The three sub-dimensions are industry, welfare, and transactions. Also, there are factors of each subdimensions for support purpose. Smart economy has goal to develop competitive, superior, and adaptive economic ecosystems. This study aims to identify indicators of the application of the smart economy in Indonesia. Literature reviews related to smart economy will be used, and article sources come from leading online databases. The purpose of the literature review is to find indicators of other research findings outside Indonesia that are relevant to this study. Hundreds of articles have been found and filtered into 30 articles only. From 30 literatures, synthesis analysis was carried out to look for indicators of findings and mapped according to sub-dimensions and factors in Indonesia's smart economy. As a result, there are 18 indicators found. Indicators resulting from this research are expected to contribute both in theory and practice. In addition, the indicators found are expected to help the government develop smart cities in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":287694,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Business and Management of Technology (ICONBMT 2020)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125135411","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to determine the effect of how the Islamic attributes of estimation is perceived by Muslim travellers and how such a perception influenced tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. Lombok was selected as a study object since its appointment as Indonesia’s halal tourism destination. A survey was completed to 130 respondents who had visited Lombok. Using a structural equation modelling, the main results indicated that: 1) worship facilities; 2) halalness; 3) alcohol and gambling free; and 4) general Islamic morality, as four formative dimensions of Islamic attributes of destination. These four sub-dimensions were perceived as underlying factors to affect tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. Tourist satisfaction plays as a full mediating variable of how Islamic attributes of destination influenced tourists’ destination loyalty. These findings advance our understanding of how Moslem domestic tourists perceived the provision of Islamic attributes in a halal tourism destination and how it could trigger their behavioural intention in the future.","PeriodicalId":287694,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Business and Management of Technology (ICONBMT 2020)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128246999","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) is a form of marketing communication that contains positive or negative statements made by potential customers, customers or ex-customers about a product or company Large-Scale Social Limitation Policy (PSBB) in a number of regions in Indonesia in order to cut off transmission corona virus is driving skyrocketing use and demand for online transaction services because when the Covid-19 pandemic emerged, almost all human activity was restricted. The policy plan for the implementation of new normal in Indonesia due to economic reasons is slowing, there are still many concerns of some Indonesian people because many are lacking discipline by not heeding health protocols, such as keeping a distance, not crowding, using masks, and washing hands / handsanitizer. Always think positively and adhere to the health protocol of the pandemic period as a solution to community members not easily infected by the covid pandemic 19 epidemic that has not yet gone and become extinct from Indonesia and the world. Even though the activities that have to run are not normal, we can still take lessons from the events behind this pandemic. The main key to success in facing this pandemic is to always be optimistic and think-behave-behave positively.","PeriodicalId":287694,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Business and Management of Technology (ICONBMT 2020)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124106022","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is often the reason why students are reluctant to cycle to school and parents also often cannot bear to allow their children to cycle long distances, especially female students. On the other hand life style becomes a problem for teenagers in every appearance, including bicycles that are used to school. But at this time, there is no special type of bicycle that fits the character of middle and high school adolescents, can be used multifunctionally, can be stylish, safe and comfortable to go to school. In terms of business opportunities, middle school adolescents are a large and potential market for the national bicycle industry. Data from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia states that currently the number of students spread throughout Indonesia reaches more than 58 million people. This phenomenon has the potential to become a promising business opportunity at present and in the future, especially for local bicycle SMEs, given the competition in the national bicycle industry is still open. This research aims to produce a prototype of the first generation Feminine E-bike product. This research resulted in an exploration of electric bicycle designs that fit the needs of female students (style, self-actualization, safety and practical), solved the problem of how to carry a lot of school supplies, do not make dirty clothes, not tiring and competitive prices.","PeriodicalId":287694,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Business and Management of Technology (ICONBMT 2020)","volume":"153 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121400440","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
