This phenomenon leads an institution or organization to involve an information technology that can help increase efficiency in carrying out activities and achieving business goals. The use of an information technology does not only have a positive impact. The higher utilization of information technology, the higher the gaps in security incidents and the potential for cybercrimes, so that cybersecurity becomes an important factor to minimize this issue. On the business processes of financial institutions that focus on economic stability and the role of IT as an enabler, however, workforce management that focuses on cybersecurity must be managed properly. This study attempts to assess cybersecurity maturity within the scope of Workforce Management in a case study in Bank Indonesia. The framework used in conducting this assessment is C2M2 Framework which focuses on the Workforce Management Domain. One of the potential local knowledge in Indonesia is indigenous (local) medicine knowledge. However, in recent years, indigenous knowledge, especially indigenous medicinal plants, decreased continuously because it is established and transmitted not in the codified form (tacit knowledge). In the previous research, conceptual model for indigenous medicine knowledge has been developed but this model has not been explored in detail. Therefore, this study aims to explore the explicit representation of indigenous medicine knowledge. The result of this research is a detail representation model in ontology representation using socio-technical approach for indigenous medicine knowledge and a framework to evaluate the ontology model.","PeriodicalId":286828,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114729853","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, to meet adult learning requirements, eLearning must be adapted to adult learning theory. Interaction and collaboration are of key importance to adult learning. In recent years, Mobile Instant Messaging (MIM) has become an important platform for communication and information exchange. MIM has also been widely used in education, but its use in adult education is still unknown. The eLearning platform acts as a liaison between the facilitator and students with information, tools, and resources to engage adult learners in collaborative learning. In this study, a prototype of the eLearning platform was produced with the results of performance testing still far from acceptable response times, and usability testing resulted in 88% effectiveness, 81% efficiency, and satisfaction using SUS 74.3. The results of the evaluation show that the experience of using the eLearning platform has a significant effect on the desire of adult learners to engage in collaborative learning.","PeriodicalId":286828,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130009554","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study uses PRISMA to obtain transparent results. This review summarized sectors which risk a cyber incident and cyber insurance’s challenges and its solutions. The articles included in this study were collected from the search results on four digital libraries: ACM, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, and Springer Link, published in 2016-2020. There are 46 out of 313 articles that meet the criteria. The sectors that risk a cyber incident are government, public, financial, professional, and technology. The cyber insurance challenges are divided into three categories based on contractual agreement status, namely before the contractual agreement, in the contractual agreement, and no contractual agreement. Challenges included in the condition before the contractual are organization eligibility and insurance contract design. The difficulties faced if the contractual exists, namely self-reporting, external security audit, and the insurer’s refusal to pay the claim. Finally, no contractual agreement leads to a general challenge in cyber insurers, namely cyber insurance awareness and cost-benefit aspects of cybersecurity investment. The proposed solutions to the challenges are unique. However, there are some similarities, namely proposals in the form of frameworks, models, or suggestions. Apart from these three things, the solutions can also be in the form of analysis to get optimal things.","PeriodicalId":286828,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125098713","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
