The exponential rise in IoT implementation starts to affect human-to-human communication recently. Furthermore, it is hard to achieve a secure transmission as the microprocessor-based IoT nodes do not have enough computing power. Edge computing in IoT (edge-IoT) promises low bandwidth and secure transmission. Edge-IoT is the ability of a node to perform high computation before sending its data. Thus, instead of sending raw data, an edge node is sending a post-processed the data with much lower bandwidth. An edge-IoT node also can perform a complex encryption computation before the transmission to secure the data. This paper proposes an edge-IoT using field-programmable gate arrays (FPGA) as an IoT node. To realize this vision, LAPAN requires a strategic role in Information Technology (IT). There have been several awards about LAPAN’s efforts in maximizing the role of IT, such as the award from IT Works Magazine “TOP IT on One Data LAPAN Services 2018” and “TOP Digital Transformations Readiness 2018”. This study uses qualitative methods to identify changes in the role of IT, management of pressures resulting from changes in the role of IT, and IT leadership in LAPAN. Data collection was carried out through interviews with the Information Systems Coordinator and Functional Officials of the Center for Aeronautics and Space Information and Communication Technology, and conducting document and literature studies. The result of this research is a shift in the role of IT in LAPAN from the support quadrant to the factory, then to turnaround, and towards strategic. An ICT committee was also formed, which can decide strategic decisions related to IT at LAPAN. This paper presents the design of electrical energy monitoring using the PZEM-004T energy sensor and Raspberry Pi 4 as a web server. The system designed for measuring current, voltage, power, and energy and send it to a database as the purpose for display on infographics web pages in real-time. The web pages interface has a responsive design, so the stored data in the database can access on both desktop and mobile phone for flexibility. Based on the results for various loading, it can be concluded that the design of the electrical energy monitoring device is working well with an average error of less than 2%. Heterogeneous groups have been tested to increase interaction in collaborative learning. This research develops intelligent agents based on genetic algorithms to form heterogeneous groups. The level of group heterogeneity is built based on the student's personality traits. Genetic algorithms are used as a method of intelligence to make diversity within a group. Intelligent agent performance is measured based on heterogeneity, and collaboration performance. Intelligent agent testing produces good scores for heterogeneity and collaboration performance. It can be concluded that intelligent agents are successful in forming heterogeneous groups. The benefit of this laundry application aims to help customers who have high mobility, especially in urban areas and not have much time to come to the laundry. This IoT-based laundry (Internet of Things) Android application is very helpful because customers receive notifications and don't need to process manually, clothes will be carried over automatically by the laundry officers, by applying the Naïve Bayes algorithm which Measures the weight, distance, and moisture levels of the clothing ready to be taken by the laundry personnel, to determine which clothes will be processed first. This research tried to find out the machine instruction set of DLX microprocessor to do image compression, in which the result will be used to design an ASIP microprocessor that has less power consumption compared to a general-purpose microprocessor with dozens of machine instruction. This ASIP microprocessor will become the heart of our next project, which is the autonomous seabed robot scanner that will be installed under the sea which relying on a rechargeable battery to supply the power. That is why this research is very crucial to reduce the power consumption of the microprocessor to save more energy for long term use. This research uses a simulation tool for DLX microprocessor, namely the WinDLX, to implement the algorithm of Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) for image compression process. The result shows that the program requires a total of 14763 cycles executed with a total of 5920 instructions. It involves the citizens using or reuse the data so that they can make benefits from it. To implement OGD, the government shall implement several principles; there are standard data, metadata, interoperability, and reference code or master data. However, current problems and technology need to be found for a lesson learned in the next implementation. A systematic literature review was used as a methodology to find the information. And the results are 19 problems encountered and divided into seven categories: the OGD portal, engagement with the public, data quality, data utilization, organization data privacy, and data interoperability. For technology, there are seven technologies has found regarding OGD: UTAT model and trust factor, Legal open data framework towards data governance, linked open data, RST API GeoServer, Open data maturity model, Research model of post-adoption in OGD, Blockchain, and Semantic Government Vocabulary (SGoV). In West Sumatra, Radiology Semen Padang Hospital and M Djamil general hospital of Padang as the hospital with the most complete facilities, the number of radiologists is only 4 radiologists. Even though they operate 24 hours, it condition is not enough in handling cancer detection. Accumulated CT scan results makes radiologists work not optimal. Human factors (human error) such as fatigue, not focusing on making the diagnosis wrong. For this reason, a system is needed that can assist radiologists in diagnosing CT scans that can help the radiologist to diagnose faster and reduce errors caused by human error. This paper presents the system using artificial neural network backpropagation method. This study resulted the artificial neural network backpropagation classification system to diagnose CT scans of lung cancer patients. This system has several steps and methods as part of the Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD) system including segmentation of cancer images for simplifying data input, then feature extraction is done by processing data from the pixel value of the segmentation results by taking five characters, namely the number of areas, mean, standard deviation, curtosis and skewness as features or characteristics of the data. Then using the ANN backpropagation algorithm for the classification stage of cancer types. Then the laundry box is made who can make customers will save the clothes without wasting more time to go to the laundry. Laundry box has several sensors, its the color sensor, weight sensor, and humidity sensor. The color sensor works to detect the color of the clothes in the laundry box with the output is 1 for not white and 0 for white. Humidity sensor works to determine the humidity of the clothes in the laundry box it will become the clothes guaranteed not moldy because of the high of the humidity. Weight sensor works for choosing the weight of the clothes in the laundry box in grams. All the sensor works to send the data to Antares real time. The research method with the waterfall model, which is a simple classic model with a linear system flow, where the output of each stage is input for the next stage, this is done by manipulating program scripts and algorithms to provide novelty to the rules of the snakes and ladders game concept. will attract users and provide an impact of understanding created through the pleasure of playing in solving challenges. The learning of snakes and ladders itself is designed in such a way that the board interface changes randomly every time you play until the base board game becomes a digital game that can be applied n offline and online. The game is developed to the stages of the “Online Play” mode, which allows matches to be played from various devices via the internet.
