Forecasting market capital needs fuzzy algorithm with method/indicators which is proven to be successful in market and used by previous traders. To obtain momentum for entry/exit easily, the use of some technical indicators and combination of fundamental analysis and fuzzy logic can provide very good signals. This system utilizes data from Indonesian Stock Market Exchange, especially to LQ45 stocks to facilitate the selection of 677 companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Market Exchange. It is expected that traders/investors get entry momentum, certainty for hold/exit and increasing portfolio and can reduce loss. Based on indicators above, we develop prototype system to get generate results. To avoid bias of companies selection, we will only focus Liquid (LQ45) stocks which have strong fundamental factor. Performance by using Fuzzy Technique combined with indicators and triggered using three candlesticks as momentum entry Buy/Sell made trading more confident and got very high reward. This paper does not cover to what extent the stock price will keep increasing, so it is necessary to develop the next method to make forecasting more accurate with maximum profits.","PeriodicalId":286828,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"135 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116650528","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Unfortunately, the process of conveying it to people outside of its circle is barred by its tacit form. To transform it into an explicit manifestation, a knowledge management system is needed. Elicitation of the knowledge is needed to build a proper knowledge representation. A crowdsourcing and crawling-based knowledge elicitation app is proposed to do so. In app building, user interface and user experience are important parts. As it is crucial to satisfy users’ needs and what they want to accomplish with the apps, task-centered design process was chosen. The steps in the process consists of conducting tasks and users analysis, choosing representative tasks for task centered design, plagiarizing, roughing out the design, thinking about the design, building a mock-up or prototype, testing the prototype with users, iterating the design, and evaluating the prototype from all iteration. The prototype’s evaluation is done by comparing SUS questionnaire’s performance score of first and second iteration. The evaluation of the prototype’s performance concludes that the second iteration has successfully deliver well-presented UI and giving good UX to users. The research successfully observed the UI and UX design of a knowledge elicitation apps that is viable.","PeriodicalId":286828,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114964229","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is very useful for the purposes of sports science so that the athlete's ability can be predicted properly. Potential muscle strength is usually measured through a test using a dynamometer, this process is carried out periodically on certain occasions. It would be quite helpful if monitoring muscle strength can be done throughout the day to day training activities. A number of IoT devices will be installed at several points of sportswear and in real time will send the necessary data to be evaluated. This paper will explore an approach to measuring muscle strength electronically through the EMG and sEMG methods. The strength of athletes in carrying out their activities does not only depend on muscle activity but will also depend on other parameters. Therefore the prediction of an athlete's muscle strength can be estimated by combining EMG, BMI, heart rate and blood pressure data to support this prediction.","PeriodicalId":286828,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130120857","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In running its business, one of the key activities involved is opening a new minimarket store. The audit team will analyze proposals to predict sales of would-be new stores, however, the results of the predictions are often not following reality, so research is needed to predict sales more accurately. This study aims to analyze the prediction of minimarket stores sales using deep learning technique to determine new minimarket stores. The model can predict 53.18% stores that achieve the target prediction and 28.32% stores that have the potential to achieve the target in the future, which indicates an increase in predicting stores on target compared to the branch office method which only predicts 31.2% of stores that achieve the target and 31.62% of potential stores. Thus, the approval decision of new minimarket stores which predicted achieve its target can be more accurate than the branch office method. The audit team will use the model to predict the store sales and consider the result for approving the proposal. Factors that had a significant influence on sales were rack size, store age, distance between competitors, domain location, and store type.","PeriodicalId":286828,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128840839","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is usually done with data collection methods that pay little to no attention to the data owner’s privacy and consent. Federated learning is an approach that tries to solve this problem, where such system can train a machine learning model without centrally storing the needed data. But one weakness of the current implementation is that they have a slow convergence time, despite the fact that they distribute the task on many nodes. This is mainly caused by the synchronous nature of the current algorithm. In this paper, we observe the effect that asynchronous aggregation algorithm has on convergence time and test the two factors that might affect it – staleness and data imbalance – on various levels. We implement the asynchronous aggregation algorithm by adapting the Stale Synchronous Parallel algorithm. We test our system on MNIST dataset and found that asynchronous aggregation algorithm improves convergence time in a federated learning system that has large inequality in server-wise update frequency and has a relatively balanced data distribution.","PeriodicalId":286828,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129207244","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, a control system for electrical household appliances in the indoor area is created, which allows one to control household appliances through voice commands. Background of this study is still found problems in terms of some homeowners forget to turn off their conventional switches and this allows the use of electricity on electronic devices for too long, causing the ability of the conducting cables to decrease so that it can trigger an electrical short circuit that generates a fire. Efforts to reduce the occurrence of this can be made by always checking the electronic devices used, or by turning off electronic devices when they are not in use. Still, often there is also a factor of being lazy or forgetting to turn off electronic devices again after use. In this study, a system that able to control household electrical appliances in a room in the house is designed and built with voice recognition, which only works if the homeowner gives orders. In this proposed study, the EasyVR Commander is implemented as a sensor that can receive voice input to control electrical household appliances, which include lights, fans, and water pumps, and home security, which has doors and safety-box. The system can recognize and process several sound samples used in the test, which indicates that the independent voice recognition method for the lamp, fan, water pump, and door components and dependent voice recognition for safety features in a safety-deposit box has been successfully implemented.","PeriodicalId":286828,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115801905","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
