This is very useful for the purposes of sports science so that the athlete's ability can be predicted properly. Potential muscle strength is usually measured through a test using a dynamometer, this process is carried out periodically on certain occasions. It would be quite helpful if monitoring muscle strength can be done throughout the day to day training activities. A number of IoT devices will be installed at several points of sportswear and in real time will send the necessary data to be evaluated. This paper will explore an approach to measuring muscle strength electronically through the EMG and sEMG methods. The strength of athletes in carrying out their activities does not only depend on muscle activity but will also depend on other parameters.
