Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 5 SDN Selomoyo Kaliangkrik Kabupaten Magelang yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Penelitian berlangsung pada semester pertama yaitu bulan November dan Desember 2015 tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar pengamatan dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modifikasi jarak pelaksaan servis dan tinggi net pada pembelajaran permainan bolavoli dapat meningkatkan keterampilan servis bawah pada siswa kelas 5 SDN Selomoyo Kaliangkrik Kabupaten Magelang. Berdasarkan data hasil tes siklus I rata-rata nilai siswa adalah 70 meningkat dibandingkan sebelum diberikan tindakan yaitu 68. Pada siklus II rata-rata nilai siswa adalah 80 dan 92% siswa dapat mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) 75. Berdasarkan pada hasil penilaian tersebut bahwa pada siklus II rata-rata nilai kelas 5 SDN Selomoyo, Kaliangkrik, Magelang adalah 82 dan nilai tersebut telah mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) 75. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa modifikasi jarak pelaksanaan servis dan tinggi net dapat meningkatkan keterampilan servis bawah dalam pembelajaran permainan bolavoli mini. Improving underhand service skill on miniature volleybal learning trough space of service work and the height of net modification AbstractThis study aimed to improve the underhand service skill on the miniature volleyball game learning based on the modification the space of service work and height of net among class 5 Selomoyo Junior High School, Kaliangkrik Subdistrict, Magelang Regency. This was a classroom action research study consisting of two cycles. The object of the research comprised 26 students of class 5 Selomoyo Elementary School, Kaliangkrik Subdistrict, Magelang Regency. The study was conducted from November to December 2015 in the academic years of 2015/2016. The instrument in this study included observation sheet and a test. The result of the study shows that the space of service work and height of net modification method can improve underhand service skills of class 5 Selomoyo Elementary School, Kaliangkrik Subdistrict, Magelang Regency. Based on the test result in cycles I the students’ means score is 70, improving than before the action. Before the action students’ means score was 68. In cycles II the students means score is 80 and 90% could reach minimum mastery criteria (KKM) 75. Based on the student test result, on cycles II the means score of class 5 Selomoyo Elementary School, Kaliangkrik Subdistrict is 82 and this score fulfills (KKM) 75. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experiment dengan rancangan pretest post tes control group design Subjek penelitian ini adalah Subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 orang laki-laki bukan atlet, berusia 16–20 tahun yang tidak sedang cedera atau perawatan Dokter, tidak mengonsumsi suplemen sumber vitamin dan mineral atau suplemen yang berfungsi sebagai pembangkit tenaga sekama penelitian berlangsung dan bersedia mengikuti penelitian. Hasil pemeriksaan denyut nadi pemulihan kelompok control menunjukkan nilai rata-rata denyut nadi pre testnya 140/menit. Sedangkan post tesnya menunjukkan nilai rata-rata denyut nadi pemulihan sebesar 156/menit. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak ada pengaruh pemberian air mineral terhadap denyut nadi pemulihan setelah melakukan aktifitas fisik. Dengan mengonsumsi air kelapa sebanyak 350 mL 30 menit sebelum melakukan aktivitas fisik dapat mempercepat menurunkan denyut nadi pemulihannya. The effect of coconut water consumption on the post exercise recovery heart rate AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of giving coconut water to the recovery pulse after physical activity. This study used a quasi experiment design with a pretest post test control group design. The subjects of this study were 10 subjects who were not athletes, aged 16-20 years who were not injured or treated by a doctor, did not take supplements of sources of vitamins and minerals. Or supplements that function as power plants as long as the research takes place and are willing to take part in the research. The results of the examination of the pulse recovery control group showed an average value of the pre-test pulse 140 / minute. While the post test shows the average recovery pulse rate of 156 / minute. So it can be concluded that there is no effect of giving mineral water to the recovery pulse after physical activity. Risiko cedera akan meningkat bila atlet memiliki ketidakseimbangan otot atau musce imbalance yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan otot hanya pada sisi dominan tanpa melatih sisi lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ketidakseimbangan otot pada atlet baseball sub-elite Indonesia menggunakan tes Functional Movement Screen (FMS®). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif potong lintang yang melibatkan atlet baseball mahasiswa laki-laki di Yogyakarta. Lima belas subyek (usia 22.27 + 2.63 tahun, tinggi 167 + 6.59 cm, berat 66.67 + 13.40 kg) berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Subyek melakukan 7 jenis dari pemeriksaan FMS yang terdiri dari (1) Deep Squat, (2) Hurdle Step, (3) Inline Lunges, (4) Shoulder Mobility, (5) Active Straight Leg Raise, (6) Trunk Stability Push-up dan (7) Rotary Stability untuk menilai kelemahan dan ketidak seimbangan otot. Tiga terapis olahraga terlatih menilai subyek dengan nilai “0” sampai “3”. Penilaian diberikan berdasar kualitas gerakan dimana nilai “0” diberikan bila subyek gagal atau nyeri dan nilai “3” diberikan bila subyek mampu melakukan gerakan dengan sempurna. Hasil FMS menunjukkan bahwa gerakan deep squat (rata-rata 1.93 + 0.704) dan rotary stability (rata-rata kanan 2,6 + 0,51; kiri 2,47 + 0,52) merupakan gerakan yang paling sulit dilakukan oleh subyek. Nilai shoulder mobility dan rotary stability (nilai perbedaan kanan dan kiri 0.13) menunjukkan terdapat ketidak seimbangan otot pada sisi kanan dan kiri. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kelemahan otot terutama otot batang tubuh dan ekstrimitas bawah. Ketidakseimbangan otot sisi kanan dan kiri juga teridentifikasi melalui pemeriksaan FMS ini. Intervensi korektif melalui program latihan penguatan otot dibutuhkan untuk mencegah terjadinya cedera pada atlet. Diving Skills Training is one of the efforts to empower volunteers by providing their diving skills. Ada yang menarik dalam ajang Asian Games 2018. Electronic sport (eSport) masuk sebagai salah satu cabang olahraga (cabor) yang dipertandingkan. E-Sport merupakan olahraga digital yang terorganisir dengan pelatihan khusus seperti halnya atlet profesional sepak bola, bulutangkis, ataupun basket. Pertama kali budaya eSport berkembang adalah dari sebuah kompetisi game. Menariknya, kompetisi game ini bahkan sudah ada sejak lama, tepatnya pada tahun 1972, pada masa yang mungkin ketika itu komputer masih amat jarang, tak ada internet, dan belum ada banyak judul video game. Indo Game kemudian menjadi pintu pertama bagi masuknya kompetisi game berskala internasional di Indonesia dengan menjadi event organizer (EO) kejuaraan World Cyber Games (WCG) pada Tahun 2002. Penetapan eSport sebagai cabor telah disepakati Lembaga Olahraga Olimpiade Asia (Olympic Council of Asia/OCA) sejak 17 April 2017. Cabang eSport kemudian mulai diperkenalkan pada perhelatan 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Art Games (5th AIMAG) yang berlangsung di Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, pada September 2017. Dalam dunia olahraga eSport bisa masuk dalam kategori olahraga yang melibatkan motorik halus, layaknya permainan catur dan bridge. Sementara olahraga pada umumnya merupakan aktivitas olahraga yang banyak melibatkan motorik kasar. E-Sport masih dapat digolongkan sebagai kategori olahraga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu atlet renang putra DIY. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan total responden sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pengukuran. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada kontribusi power lengan terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter (p value=0,016) dengan kontribusi sebesar 18,9%. (2) Ada kontribusi power tungkai terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter (p value=0,046) dengan kontribusi sebesar 28,6%. (3) Ada kontribusi daya apung terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter (p value=0,019) dengan kontribusi sebesar 26,3%. (4) Ada kontribusi fleksibilitas terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter (p value=0,009) dengan kontribusi sebesar 17,8%. (5) Kontribusi power lengan, power tungkai, daya apung dan fleksibilitas terhadap prestasi renang gaya crawl 50 Meter pada atlet renang putra DIY sebesar 91,6%. The contribution of arm power, leg power, buoyancy, and flexibility to the swimming of crawl stroke 50 M AbstractThis research aimed to find out: the contribution of (1) arm power, (2) leg power, (3) buoyancy, (4) flexibility, and (5) relationship of arm power, leg power, buoyancy, and flexibility to the swimming performance of crawl stroke 50 Meter.This research is a survey research study with correlational design. The subjects of this research are DIY’s male swimming athletes. The sampling technique on this research is purposive sampling with 20 person total of respondents. Data collection instrument used tests. The data analysis used multiple regressions. The results of this research indicate that: there is contribution of arm power to the swimming performance of crawl stroke 50 Meter (p value=0.016) with 18.9% of contribution. There is contribution of leg power to the swimming performance of crawl stroke 50 Meter (p value=0.046) with 28.6% of contribution. There is contribution of buoyancy to the swimming performance of crawl stroke 50 Meter (p value=0.019) with 26.3% of contribution. (2) Perbedaan pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki power tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki power rendah hasil tolak peluru. (3) Interaksi antara metode latihan dan power otot lengan terhadap hasil tolak peluru. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen rancangan 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian siswa putra kelas VIII SMP Piri Ngaglik Sleman usia 14-15 tahun berjumlah 72 siswa. Sampel penelitian 40 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes dan pengukuran terhadap power otot lengan dan hasil tolak peluru.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis varian (ANAVA) dua jalur pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode drill dan bermain terhadap hasil tolak peluru, dibuktikan dengan nilai p = 0,032 < 0,05. Metode drill memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada metode bermain, dibuktikan dengan nilai mean difffrence (selisih rata-rata) adalah 0,637. (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara siswa yang memiliki power lengan tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki power lengan rendah terhadap hasil tolak peluru, dibutikan dengan nilai p = 0,00 < 0.05 Power lengan tinggi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada power lengan rendah, dibuktikan dengan nilai mean difffrence (selisih rata-rata) adalah 2,181. (3) Tidak ada interaksi antara metode latihan dan power lengan terhadap hasil tolak peluru dibuktikan dengan nilai p = 0,865 > 0,05. The comparison between the exercise’s methods and arm’s muscle power on the result of shot put Abstract This research aims to determine: (1) effect’s differences of the exercise methods by using drill and play on the result’s improvement of shot put. (2) effect’s differences between students who have high power and students who have low one on the result of shot put. (3) Interaction between the exercise methods and arm’s muscle power on the result of shot put. This research used experiment method of 2 x 2 design. The population covered 72 male students of 8th grade of Piri Junior High School aged 14-15 years old in Ngaglik, Sleman regency. The sample of this research was 40 students taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data of the research were taken through the test and measurement on arm’s muscle power and result of shot put. Data’s analysis technique used in this research was two tracks of varian analysis (called ANAVA) on significant rate α = 0.05. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah- langkah penelitian pengembangan menurut Borg & Gall dengan beberapa modifikasi menjadi 7 tahap. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 3 Bantul, SMK Tamansiswa Jetis Yogyakarta dan SMA Negeri 1 Pundong Bantul. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pedoman wawancara, skala nilai, pedoman observasi model, lembar observasi efektivitas model dan kuesioner untuk siswa. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model latihan penyerangan (set plays) melalui goal throws dan powerplay futsal sekolah menengah atas yang berisikan 12 pola penyerangan yaitu 8 pola penyerangan melalui goal throws dan 4 pola penyerangan dengan powerplay, yang disusun dalam bentuk buku panduan dan CD (compact disk). Hasil analisis data penilaian para ahli materi dan kuesioner siswa, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model latihan penyerangan (set plays) melalui goal throws dan powerplay futsal untuk sekolah menengah atas ini dinilai baik dan efektif, indeks kemampuan bermain hasil dari uji efektivitas produk juga mengalami peningkatan, dan respon peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini memberikan respon yang positif, sehingga model latihan yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. This development research was conducted by adapting the research model proposed by Borg & Gall which has been modified to became seven stages. The research subjects were members of futsal extracurricular activities in SMA Negeri 3 Bantul, SMK Tamansiswa Yogyakarta and SMA Negeri 1 Pundong. The data collection instruments used were interview guidelines, scale of scores, model observation guidelines, observation sheets of model effectiveness and questionnaires for the students. The data analysis techniques were descriptive quantitative analysis and descriptive qualitative analysis. Metode menggunakan eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian pejudo Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 44 pejudo. Sampel 24 pejudo dengan teknik purposive random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the Variant Analysis (ANAVA).
