Penelitian ini menggunakan  desain quasi experiment dengan  rancangan pretest post tes control group design Subjek penelitian ini adalah Subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 orang laki-laki bukan atlet, berusia 16–20 tahun yang tidak sedang cedera atau perawatan Dokter, tidak mengonsumsi suplemen sumber vitamin dan mineral atau suplemen yang berfungsi sebagai pembangkit tenaga sekama penelitian berlangsung dan bersedia mengikuti penelitian. Hasil pemeriksaan denyut nadi pemulihan kelompok control menunjukkan nilai rata-rata denyut nadi pre testnya 140/menit. Sedangkan post tesnya menunjukkan nilai rata-rata denyut nadi pemulihan sebesar 156/menit. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak ada pengaruh pemberian air mineral terhadap denyut nadi pemulihan setelah melakukan aktifitas fisik. Dengan mengonsumsi air kelapa sebanyak 350 mL 30 menit sebelum melakukan aktivitas fisik dapat mempercepat menurunkan denyut nadi pemulihannya. The effect of coconut water consumption on the post exercise recovery heart rate AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of giving coconut water to the recovery pulse after physical activity.
