Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi 10 langkah- langkah  penelitian  pengembangan  sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan dan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (2) mengembangkan produk awal (draf model), (3) validasi ahli dan revisi, (4) ujicoba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (5) ujicoba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (6) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 15 siswa SSB usia 10-12 tahun pada SSB Tunas Wijaya  Yogyakarta.  Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap  30 siswa SSB usia 10 -12 tahun pada SSB Bharata. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi model, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan model, dan (5) kuesioner untuk siswa. Teknik analisis data yang  digunakan  yaitu  analisis  deskriptif  kuantitatif  dan  analisis  deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model latihan sepakbola bagi anak usia 10-12 tahun di sekolah sepakbola (SSB) yang berisikan empat model latihan,  yaitu: (1) latihan ball passing, (2) latihan ball controll, (3) latihan ball feeling, (4) latihan cordinationt. Developing footbal training basic technique models for children 10-12 years old in football school AbstractThe purpose of this research is to invent useful football training models for children 10-12 years old in football School (SSB). This development research is carried out by adapting 10 steps  of development research from Borg & Gall (1983: 775) and make it into 6 steps as follows: (1) Collecting information on the field and analyzing  the collected information, (2) developing the early product (draft model), (3) expert validation and revision, (4) small scale field trial, (5) big scale field trial and revision, and (6) final product making. The small scale trial was done toward 15 SSB trainees 10-12 years old at SSB Tunas Wijaya Yogyakarta. A Big scale trial was done to 30 SSB trainees 10-12 years old at SSB Bhantara. The data collecting instrument used are: (1) interview guide, (2) value scale, (3) model observation guide, (4) model effectiveness observation guide, and (5) questionnaires for students. Data Analysis technique that was used is quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive. Clinicians have been seeking various ways to deal with this injury. There are a variety of treatment options and strategies to manage this health issues in patients.  However, the most effective therapy in these injuries still has not be determined.Firstable, by determining the research question: \"Which is the most appropriate therapy for an ankle sprain injury?\" Then conducted a systematic review to gather the latest scientific evidence in order to help in choosing the appropriate the treatment and prevention of ankle sprain injury. Obtained two manuscripts that discuss the similar issue, entitled \"Intervention for Increasing Ankle Theurapetic Dorsoflexion After Ankle sprain: A Systematic Review\" and \"National Athletic Trainers' Associations Position Statement: Conservative Management and Prevention of Ankle sprains in Athletes\". In the manuscript describes a combination of stretching exercises, strength training, exercise therapy propioception in exercise is the most effective procedures on managing and preventing recurrent ankle sprains.We can conclude that the treatment of choice based on scientific searches in ankle sprain injury patients is exercise therapy. However, it should be noted on the prescription of exercise will vary according to the conditions and circumstances of each patients.ABSTRAKCedera sprain pada pergelangan kaki merupakan cedera yang sering terjadi pada saat melakukan latihan fisik. Para klinisi telah mengupayakan berbagai metode tatalaksana untuk menangani cedera ini. Terdapat keanekaragaman pilihan terapi dan strategi penanganan masalah kesehatan pada pasien dengan keluhan nyeri pada pergelangan pasien. Namun demikian, kombinasi ataupun pilihan terapi yang paling efektif pada cedera ini masih belum dapat ditentukan secara pasti.Langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah menentukan pertanyaan penelitian, yaitu: “Jenis terapi pilihan apakah yang sesuai untuk cedera sprain pergelangan kaki?” Kemudian dilakukan systematic review untuk mengumpulkan bukti-bukti ilmiah terbaru agar membantu menjelaskan tatalaksana dan pencegahan cedera sprain pergelangan kaki. The research on the effectiveness of bodyweighty training using Tabata method to improve physical fitness of new students of 2016-2017 academic year in Sport Coaching Education Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of PGRI Adibuana Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to give students solution to  improve and maintain their physical fitness condition that they can perform daily activities maximally. This is an experimental research using one groups pre-test - post-test design, where pretest is given before treatment and posttest after the treatment. The instruments of this research are; MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) to know VO2 max, and test of endurance and muscle strength including: (1) sit up and pull up test; (2) grip strength test, used to measure the hand muscles; (3) back dynamometer, used to measure the back muscles strength; and (4) leg dynamometer, used to measure leg muscle strength.The data analysis technique uses t-test. T-test statistical analysis is conducted to find out whether there is a significant improvement in bodyweight training using Tabata method to improve  new students’ physical fitness in 2016-2017 academic year. The result of the research shows that Ho (Null hypothesis) is  accepted, with score of -6,99192 <2,04523. The score of Fobserved is -6,99192 in which Critical score of two-tail (t-table) is 2.04523. Thus, it shows that Ho (Null hypothesis) is accepted, meaning bodyweight training using Tabata method is effective to improve physical fitness of sport coaching education department students in faculty of teacher training and education, University of PGRI Adibuana Surabaya. Therefore, it can be concluded that bodyweight training using Tabata method can improve physical fitness of sport coaching education department students in faculty of teacher training and education, university of PGRI Adibuana Surabaya. ABSTRAK Bodyweight training dengan metode tabata digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk aktifitas fisik agar kebugaran jasmani terjaga tanpa harus menggunakan durasi waktu yang panjang. Penelitian tentang efektifitas latihan bodyweighty training dengan menggunakan metode tabata untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dilakukan pada mahasiswa baru angkatan 2016-2017 Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga, Fakultas Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas PGRI Adibuana Surabaya. The design of the research was experimented research. The color of light used was white, yellow and combination of both. Modified layout and placement distance is done with a combination of parallel and zig-zag, and 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, and 9 m lamp height. Measurements using Thermometer, Hygrometer, and Luxmeter. The research was also conducted by field survey using questionnaire method to 5 athletes. The results of data collection will be analyzed based on the SNI 16-7063-2004 working climate criteria as well as the criteria for grouping existing data. The results showed that the placement of the point of light and color combinations affect the environmental conditions of indoor badminton field. The athlete's comfort lies in the placement of standard lighting points with one color at a height of 8 meters.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengaruh penempatan jarak titik lampu dan kombinasi warna terhadap perubahan kondisi lingkungan lapangan indoor bulutangkis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan eksperimen, enis warna cahaya lampu yang digunakan adalah putih, kuning dan kombinasi keduanya. Modifikasi tata letak dan jarak penempatan dilakukan dengan kombinasi sejajar dan zig-zag, dan ketinggian lampu 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, dan 9 m. Pengukuran menggunakan Thermometer, Hygrometer, dan Luxmeter. Penelitian juga dilakukan dengan cara survei lapangan menggunakan metode kuesioner terhadap 5 atlet. Hasil pengambilan data akan dianalisis berdasarkan nilai ambang batas iklim kerja SNI 16-7063-2004 serta kriteria pengelompokkan data yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penempatan jarak titik lampu dan kombinasi warna berpengaruh terhadap kondisi lingkungan lapangan indoor bulutangkis. There are reports of cardiac arrest in athletes 1: 4000 to 1: 8000.Cardiac and non-cardiac causes have been implicated as a causes of death in the field of play. Pre-Participation Evaluation (PPE) has been recommended for primary prevention of cardiac arrest in athletes due to cardiac problems. Prevention of sudden cardiac death on the field of the play should be done by immediate, precise and correct treatment. Immediate, precise and correct treatment can be provided if medical management is well performed before and during the event. Medical management in sudden cardiac arrest treatment on the field of play consists of early preparation, emergency action plan, preparing equipment, personnel, training, communication, transportation and final preparation. An ideal treatment includes elements of the chain of survival from sudden cardiac arrest.ABSTRAK Henti jantung adalah penyebab kematian mendadak terbanyak pada atlet di lapangan permainan. Terdapat laporan kejadian henti jantung pada atlet 1:4000 sampai 1:8000. Penyebab kematian akibat henti jantung di lapangan permainan bisa karena masalah jantung dan masalah selain jantung. Untuk pencegahan primer terjadinya henti jantung pada atlet di lapangan permainan yang disebabkan masalah jantung direkomendasikan melakukan Pre-Participation Evaluation (PPE). Untuk pencegahan terjadinya kematian akibat henti jantung di lapangan permainan harus dilakukan tatalaksana yang cepat, tepat dan benar. Tatalaksana yang cepat, tepat dan benar dapat diberikan jika manajemen medis dilakukan dengan baik sebelum dan saat event berlangsung. Manajemen medis dalam tatalaksana henti jantung di lapangan permainan terdiri dari persiapan awal, rencana kegawatdaruratan, mempersiapkan peralatan, personel, pelatihan, komunikasi, transportasi dan persiapan akhir. Therefore, the development about basic training media, such as adobe flash player is necessary in learning process. This research focuses on the development of media in learning by using adobe flash player.This study is research and development. The development model of this research is adapted from the development model of Borg & Gall. Borg & Gall's development research stages are: (1) research and data collection, (2) planning, (3) product draft development, (4) first field test, (5) revise test results, (6) field test, (7) result field product test improvement, (8) field test implementation, (9) final product improvement, also (10) dissemination and implementation.This product contains material on futsal basic engineering practice. Media development using Adobe Flash CS6 Professional software. The material presented is (1) basic futsal technique, (2) brief futsal, (3) futsal rules, also (4) field size, line, goal and futsal ball. Based on the stages adapted from the development model of Borg and Gall then obtained the following results: Assessment and validation of the material experts showed that the medium of learning both with a mean value of 3.87. Assessment and validation of media experts showed that the medium of learning both with the average value 4. The results of small group trials showed very good result that is average 4.42. The results of large group trials showed excellent results with a mean of 4.55. In operational test and product effectiveness, pre test and post test of 2 groups were applied. The first group was given media influence, and the second group as the control group. Operational test results pretest value 73.92 seconds into the category enough, and for the average post-test value of 58.25 seconds into the category enough. The effectiveness test shows that the interactive learning media has significant effectiveness with t count value > t table that is 123,922 > 1,70329 and p value (significance) 0.000 < 0,05 meaning that the media is effective. In the event of an imbalance in the formation of free radicals with antioxidants (oxidative stress) exogenous antioxidant administration will help to restore the balance of free radicals with - antioxidants. Provision of vitamins and massage manipulation immediately after physical exercise is expected to help in decreasing levels of MDA Plasma as one indicator of the degree of free radical in the blood and helps speed up the recovery of the body.It is an experimental research with post-test control group design with sample of 20 college students of Unipa Surabaya. Which is divided into 2 groups with each group amounted to 10 college students. The group is Control group and Vitamin E group. The all group performed 2.4 km run, the treatment was given after the sample did the physical activity. After 1 hour of treatment each group was taken by radially to see blood MDA plasma levels.After processed data got average of plasma MDA level of each group that is control group with mean 8,0870 nmol/ml, vitamin E group with average 2,9020 nmol/ml. From the statistical t test obtained of P value < 0.05. Thus, there was significant difference of MDA Plasma level between control group and vitamin E after physical exercise.ABSTRAK Dalam aktivitas fisik, selain membentuk senyawa radikal bebas, tubuh akan membentuk antibodi dalam bentuk antioksidan endogen. Jika terjadi ketidakseimbangan dalam pembentukan radikal bebas dengan antioksidan (oksidatif stres) maka pemberian antioksidan eksogen akan membantu mengembalikan keseimbangan radikal bebas dengan - antioksidan. Penyediaan vitamin dan manipulasi pijat segera setelah latihan fisik diharapkan bisa membantu dalam menurunkan kadar MDA Plasma sebagai salah satu indikator tingkat radikal bebas dalam darah dan membantu mempercepat pemulihan tubuh.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan desain kelompok kontrol post-test dengan sampel 20 mahasiswa Unipa Surabaya. Yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok dengan masing-masing kelompok berjumlah 10 mahasiswa. Kelompok ini adalah Kelompok kontrol dan kelompok Vitamin E. Semua kelompok melakukan lari 2,4 km, perlakuan diberikan setelah sampel melakukan aktivitas fisik. Setelah 1 jam pengobatan, masing-masing kelompok diambil secara radial untuk melihat tingkat plasma darah MDA.Setelah data yang diolah didapatkan rata-rata kadar MDA plasma masing-masing kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dengan rata-rata 8,0870 nmol/ml, kelompok vitamin E dengan rata-rata 2.9020 nmol/ml. Dari uji statistik diperoleh nilai P <0,05. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh dengan memberikan suatu perlakuan yaitu latihan dribble 20 yards square. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen menggiring bola. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data uji pengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan dribble 20 yards square memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai t-hitung 8,48 > t-tabel 2,045. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan dribble 20 yards square memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan menggiring pada siswa ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 1 Pagar Dewa Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat.ABSTRACTThe problem in this study is that the ability to dribble students is not optimal. This study aims to determine the difference in influence by giving a treatment that is the exercise of 20 yards square dribble. The type of research used is an experiment with a sample of 30 people. Data collection techniques using dribbling instruments. Data analysis uses influence test data analysis techniques. The results showed that the training of dribble 20 yards square had a significant effect with t-count 8.48> t-table 2.045. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes dan pengukuran. Populasi penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh atlet panahan usia 7-12 tahun di wilayah Kabupaten Sleman. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 anak. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes antropometri, tes kemampuan fisik, dan tes kemampuan ketrampilan panahan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan atlet panahan di Kabupaten Sleman dalam kategori sangat berbakat sebanyak 5 anak (12,5%), berbakat sebanyak 24 anak (60%), dan cukup berbakat sebanyak 11 anak (27,5%).This study aims to determine the potential of athletes who have talent in archery in Sleman Regency at the age of 7-12 years. It is descriprive quantitative research with survey methods and data were collected through tests and measurements. The population of this study involved all archery athletes at the age of 7-12 years in the Sleman Regency. The sample used in this study was 40 children. The data collection techniques used were anthropometric tests, physical ability tests, and archery skill tests.The data were analysed descriptive qualtitatively using precentages. The results show that there were 5 children (12.5%) categorized as very talented, 24 children (60%) as talented, and 11 children (27.5%) as satisfactorily talented. Para klinisi telah mengupayakan berbagai metode tata laksana untuk menangani cedera ini. Terdapat keanekaragaman pilihan terapi dan strategi penanganan masalah kesehatan pada pasien dengan keluhan nyeri pada pergelangan pasien (Kaminski et al., 2013; Terada et al., 2013). Namun demikian, kombinasi ataupun pilihan terapi yang paling efektif pada cedera ini masih belum dapat ditentukan secara pasti (Terada et al., 2013). Langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah menentukan pertanyaan penelitian, yaitu: “Jenis terapi pilihan apakah yang sesuai untuk cedera sprain pergelangan kaki?” Kemudian dilakukan systematic review untuk mengumpulkan bukti-bukti ilmiah terbaru agar membantu menjelaskan tata laksana dan pencegahan cedera sprain pergelangan kaki. Didapatkan 2 manuskrip yang membahas isu yang hampir serupa dengan berjudul “Theurapetic Intervention for Increasing Ankle Dorsoflexion After Ankle Sprain: A Systematic Review” dan “National Athletic Trainers’ Associations Position Statement: Conservative Management and Prevention of Ankle Sprains in Athletes”. Pada manuskrip tersebut menjabarkan kombinasi latihan peregangan, latihan kekuatan, latihan propioseptif dalam terapi latihan fisik sebagai prosedur tata laksana dan pencegahan cedera sprain pergelangan kaki berulang yang paling efektif (Kaminski et al., 2013; Terada et al., 2013). Dapat disimpulkan terapi pilihan berdasarkan penelusuran ilmiah pada pasien dengan keluhan cedera sprain pada pergelangan kaki adalah terapi latihan fisik. Namun perlu diperhatikan pada peresepan latihan fisik setiap pasien akan berbeda disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan keadaan masing-masing individunya.ABSTRACTAnkle sprain is a common injury that often occurs during exercise (Terada et al., 2013; Kaminski et al., 2013; Ktaiche et al., 2015; Lin et al., 2012). Clinicians have been seeking various ways to deal with this injury. There are a variety of treatment options and strategies to manage this health issues in patients (Kaminski et al., 2013; Terada et al., 2013).
