Today, there is no doubt about the expediency and importance of involving business structures (including insurance companies) in social and environmental projects, promotion and observance of human values, implementation of inclusion, responsible consumption. In general, everyone will benefit from the implementation of social responsibility measures: the insurer's clients, employees, the region, the state, and the insurer itself. This study is devoted to the examination of the insurers’ participation in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals through the prism of social responsibility. \u0000Based on the essence of insurance, its social nature, the article describes in detail the role of insurers in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in the main directions. Measures of internal and external social responsibility of insurance companies are described. The positive consequences of the corporate social responsibility introduction measures by insurers have been identified. The main financial and non-financial indicators for assessing the socially responsible strategy of the insurer are given. On the basis of the conducted research, it was established that a socially responsible insurance company is a company that is aware of its impact on the internal and external environment of operation and conducts its activities responsibly, interacting with consumers, employees, partners, society in general to solve acute problems of humanity. It is noted that the priority of insurers' activities in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals forms an appropriate model of business social policy, which depends on the level of development and existing problems of the economy in the country, the nature of state policy, the level of the population's quality of life and its readiness for further changes.","PeriodicalId":286389,"journal":{"name":"Economics. These measures should represent guarantees to each representative of the territorial community for a certain level of benefits and services at the expense of both their own contributions and the redistribution of resources among the population for the purpose of its material support. Attention is drawn to the fact that the current legislation, in its majority, focuses exclusively on the public needs of the state, which is manifested in the dominance of measures that are related to the adoption of decisions that are populist in nature and do not solve the existing problems of the population. It is emphasized that the development and introduction of new forms and types of social protection are not always able to positively influence the achievement of real results. This is due to the low efficiency of the current legislation in the direction of social security of the population, as well as the high level of violation of the rights of the specified category of society, in particular, by the state itself and its authorized bodies. This is precisely why the issue of managing the social protection of the population is highly relevant. In these conditions, the marketing strategy is more relevant than ever for enterprises whose goal today is not just to make a profit, but to maintain competitiveness. The article covers the theoretical aspects of developing a marketing strategy and its role in marketing management at an enterprise in modern business conditions. It has been proven that in the formation of an enterprise marketing activities’ management effective system the marketing service plays a leading role and occupies one of the main places in the organizational structure and, together with other functional divisions, create a single integrated process aimed at satisfying consumer requests and obtaining profit on this basis. The main development and implementation stages of an the enterprise effective and efficient marketing strategy are highlighted. It was found that the level of the marketing strategy effectiveness and flexibility largely depends on how quickly the company adapts to changes in the external environment and uses its internal potential and the capabilities of the chosen organizational structure. The content of the article reveals the trend of formation and implementation of the strategic component of marketing management at enterprises, which nowadays is increasingly expanding, but all its forms are not yet used to the full extent, and are often carried out chaotically, unsystematically or insufficiently qualified. We can use SMM to inform a potential client about the emergence of a new idea, and to provide information about innovations, plans and forecasts. \u0000Social networks have become a tool of influence not only on human consciousness, but also on the technology of conducting business. The facts of physical isolation of contact between people due to the pandemic and military actions became not only a factor of oppression and destruction, but also a reason for changing the technology of communication in the social sphere and methodology in business activities. The traditional approach of marketing activities has changed to functioning in the online environment. The most effective trends in the social media marketing system of the company should be highlighted as micro-influencer marketing, artificial intelligence, agile marketing, voice search and live broadcasts and short video content. Equally important are quality service and the uniqueness and protection of data. By integrating these trends into the business, the company gets the opportunity to reach a new level of development. By applying modern marketing tools, thanks to the dissemination of quality information through the platforms of Instagram, Facebook and other social networks, we can multiply the number of visitors. Promotion of a trademark or brand of a restaurant or hotel in social networks is an effective, inexpensive tool that brings a quick level of payback. SMM trends help to find the target audience, spread information about the hotel and restaurant establishment and attract a real client, subject to compliance with the relevant quality service parameters. With the possession of technologies and tools in the field of SMM, the company can form its own business strategy for the year, using SMM tools it is possible to forecast trends, study and expand the target audience. Undoubtedly, one of the most important elements of organizing logistics processes is tracking, which can become either one of the activities or a separate information technology service. The underlying aims and characteristics of the application of benchmarking as a project tool for searching as well as justifying management decisions regarding the increase of competitiveness of the business are considered. The scientific concepts of defining the essence of benchmarking as an economic category are presented. It is established that there are numerous ways of interpreting this very definition. A universal approach should be specified, since currently benchmarking is not only used for enterprises, but also within the organization and management of individual areas. Two approaches on how to interpret the definition of benchmarking are suggested, namely a static and a dynamic one. On the one hand, it allows to define benchmarking as a management method and, on the other, as a constant and changing process determined by external and internal factors. Consequently, it is proposed to consider benchmarking as a management method, the essence of which is to highlight the most outstanding outcomes of economic agents (primarily business entities) and utilize it in the performance of other enterprises, institutions, and organizations. The intention behind the use of benchmarking in the business activities is justified and the main stages of its implementation at the enterprises are determined. It is concluded that the use of benchmarking yields marginal efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes, increases productivity and quality of the services; enhances competitiveness and marketing effectiveness; improves the utilization of resources as well as supports the quality of the management and optimal management decisions-making. It is shown that benchmarking has been widely established in Ukraine, yet. The major underlying causes are the lack of a unified conceptual tool, the unavailability of information, the lack of developed cooperation and partnerships as well as the reluctance towards innovations in the management processes. In the course of the study, the main sources of filling the state budget were analyzed. It is established that tax and non-tax revenues, income from capital transactions, transfers formed the basis of state revenues in the pre-war period.  It is revealed that in the conditions of war the state is acutely dependent on external financing and domestic borrowing.  International loans, grants and proceeds from the sale of bonds (including military bonds) become effective means of covering the state budget. The article contains information on the implementation of this year's state budget and analysis of the structure of financial revenues to the budget of Ukraine from external sources for 2022.  The article summarizes the priority areas of public spending: army, social security, education, medicine and post-war reconstruction.  Among them, defense expenditures occupy the largest part. The structure of social payments is investigated, among which the following key areas of financing are highlighted: pension fund, assistance to families with children and internally displaced persons, \"ePidtrymka\", benefits and subsidies. It is proved that the solution of the problem of financial support of the Ukrainian economy in the conditions of war requires a balanced combination of monetary and fiscal policy instruments. Today, the budget deficit is covered mainly by international financing and by selling government securities. The deficit of expenditures should be financed by non-monetary means, as excessive dependence on money emission intensifies \u0000 inflationary processes.","PeriodicalId":286389,"journal":{"name":"Economics. Their goal should be to overcome the critical inequality in access to treatment, primarily for the socially vulnerable sections of society. This should be based on ensuring the provision of effective and high-quality medical services and reducing the costs of health care services on the part of households, primarily through the institute of highly qualified family doctors. According to their status, they will have the ability to detect early signs of diseases before the onset of a crisis state of the patient's body. An innovative mechanism is the implementation of the decentralization reform with the transfer of responsibility for the provision of primary medical care to the community, secondary medical care to newly created districts, and tertiary medical care to university clinics in the region \u0000The development of the metropolitan healthcare system will receive a powerful boost after the decentralization process is completed. This will require the regulatory implementation of coordinated actions by the metropolitan authorities and local self-government bodies in three metropolitan gravity zones (the first zone – up to 15 km., the second – up to 60 km., and the third – up to 300 km.). The active metropolises in Ukraine include mm. Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv. \u0000Pioneering steps should be the humanization of relations between family doctors and narrow specialists, between doctors and nurses, with the granting of the latter the status of autonomous providers of medical services, between medical personnel and patients based on an informed dialogue, the introduction of the priority of preventive care, traditional medicine, ensuring systemic changes in pharmaceutical industry for the production of generics and the introduction of biomedicine. \u0000Reforming the health care system in metropolitan areas and in Ukraine as a whole should be based on modern expert developments, domestic and foreign managers, economists, and the scientific and practicing medical community.","PeriodicalId":286389,"journal":{"name":"Economics. After gaining popularity on the company's social network page, there is no need to invest resources and funds in it. Such a page does not have to be run by a professional PR manager - it can be managed by any employee of the company, and in mini-hotels the owner himself. The article analyzes ways to use the capabilities of social networks and forms of work with their audience. It is determined that the advantages of SMM (Social Media Marketing) include: reaching a wide audience, several times lower than the cost of advertising in search engines, increasing the number of customers by increasing the number of visits to the company's website. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram have been found to be the main social networks used to promote hotel and restaurant businesses. It has been found that social activity on Instagram is ten times higher than social activity on other popular social networks. The choice of a particular network to achieve maximum effectiveness of the advertising message depends on the characteristics of the target audience (gender, age, place of residence, interests, etc.). Facebook and Twitter, not Instagram, are best for advertising the hotel's business forum. The main forms of work with hotel or restaurant clients on social networks are competitions (which include photo reports, voting with likes and comments, receiving feedback, which helps to activate the audience) and publishing posts (which involves constant updating of information, support for two-way communication). publishing news, posting links to a website or blog, using hashtags, publishing photos and videos from the daily life of the company and events). It is not possible to identify the relationship between the indicators of statistical reporting and the Management Report, as individual statistics on individual enterprises are not published, only consolidated statistical information is disclosed. The management report characterizes the development strategy of the enterprise and may contain information of a descriptive nature. \u0000It was found that the users of statistical information on the environment are the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, public authorities and local governments, society, NGOs, environmental protection institutions, research and educational institutions, social and demographic institutions, etc. \u0000An algorithm for regulating the preparation of the Management Report for enterprises in accordance with the Law of Ukraine \"On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine\" has been developed. \u0000A comparative description of financial and non-financial indicators in terms of environmental aspects of the published Reports on the management of domestic enterprises by different types of economic activity. \u0000It is proposed in the Report on the management of large and medium-sized enterprises, in terms of environmental aspects, to disclose the following indicators: the volume of waste by hazard class; volumes of electricity consumption; volumes of water consumption for own and economic purposes; volumes of fuel consumption for transport needs; capital investments in the implementation of environmental measures; current costs for the implementation of environmental measures; environmental tax and resource intensity indicators. \u0000We consider it expedient to publish information on the planned list of environmental measures, the degree of their implementation, as well as current and capital expenditures incurred for their implementation, the results achieved to improve the environment.","PeriodicalId":286389,"journal":{"name":"Economics.
